Great, great experience. The charge is a little steep (as is everywhere), but the service is magnificent. Everyone is present and super friendly- doesn't feel like the employees hate being there!

Dr. Hansen has been our family’s vet since 1984! He and Lisa have cared for our dogs as well as our adult daughters’ dogs. They have a true love for animals and have always provided exceptional medical care. I highly recommend this practice.

Amazing place, Friendly and professional staff. I been taking my puppy Belgian Shepherd Malinois to this place for a skin issues and allergy and they cure her with their recommendations and medication. We went there again a couple days ago for an injury on my puppy right hand and with their recommendation and medication my puppy is getting better. The doctors and his crew are totally very good people. They even trying to save me money. So kind and very honest people. Thanks a lot for all you do…

I’ve been taking my 3 year old here for two years and they are amazing. I also found a stray and brought him here once and the love and compassion was wonderful for him.

They are really Nice and Caring. They answered every question we have and are really Kind.

Well, they allowed a walk in on the same day at 4p. My dog is itching with red skin patches. Nice staff and doctor, BUT an exam, an allergy shot that will last two weeks, and told to buy and give Benadryl 2-3 times a day and come back in two weeks. A whopping $174!!!! Gave me a $277 option for longer term med, and told might need to see a dermatologist that could cost $4,000+. Definitely NOT an affordable vet!!!! No standard price list for general services. I am still looking for knowledgeable and affordable veterinary as this one is not it! I will revisit this review in two weeks.

I like the service here, they are kind and explain everything well. As for the prices they are good, though i can't compare it much since it's my first kitten. Still, they treated me professionally and answered all my questions.

Always friendly. Vary accommodating to the needs of their animal patients. I have moved out of the area, and I still return. I can't imagine trusting the care of my baby to be as wonderful, as we receive here. I truly recommend everyone to consider, when looking for a personalized experience.

We have been taking our 2 dogs here for 5 years. And we have been boarding our dogs with them too. Every employee there is a very good person and very honest. They never try to make you buy unnecessary shots and services and they truly care about the animals.

This animal hospital is our go to place for anything. Everyone here is super super nice. Our dogs love them and is excited to see them. Pricing is fair and we have never had any issues here. Even though we moved and there is an animal hospital 4 min from us now, we will still drive down to this location.

I’ve been going to ITAH for the past 3 years, and have had only amazing experiences with them. Moving and finding the right vet can be a challenge, but we really lucked out by trying them first! All of my dogs love Doc Hansen and his team! My oldest, Zeus (25lbs), had a traumatic experience from a previous vet in NC, but after meeting the staff here he loves going to the vet again. Not only are they extremely helpful, they take their time to ensure your dog is comfortable to continue building positive associations with checkups! They also helped me with my foster dog two years ago, and gave me lots of knowledge and resources to better care for him. I told them I knew nothing about his health or previous care, and they went over everything with us, did every test they thought necessary. Turns out he had worms, and they took extra good care of him and gave us clear instructions for checking his stool to ensure everything had cleared. They commend you for the care you’ve done, and help with things you may not have known about! My foster was a big dog, at the time I didn’t know he needed an elevated food bowl. They went over everything, and ensured I had the right knowledge and tools to continue bettering his health and environment! Additionally Last year I adopted my sweet big Bear(75lbs), who has many many allergies. He was already going to ITAH and loved the staff! His previous owner also spoke highly of them, and recommended we keep using them (to which we said, DUH! of course we will!) Doc Hansen helped us choose the right treatment plan for Bear, which absolutely works wonders. Being new to allergies, I had/have lots of questions which they are always willing to help out with whether it be over the phone or in person. In the first few months I probably called once a week to ask about hot spots or different products I’ve found and if they think it’d benefit Bear. I never feel like I’m alone when it comes to my dogs’ health, they’re such a great support team and know how to help without making you feel like an idiot. Every time I go to pick up his medicine, the staff always asks how he is doing and it’s heartwarming to see how much they care about our pets. This is, and will continue to be, the best and only place I take my dogs for their veterinary needs. I recommend this place to EVERYONE, regardless of their dog’s size and travel distance. I promise, it’s worth it to see those tails wagging when you pull in the lot.

I was in need of a vet close by and Indian Trail Animal Hospital was available and delivered prompt services for my fur baby. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the staff were very patient, kind and welcoming. The scheduling went smooth and also the vet visit. Dr. Hansen and his team were great with my baby and I’ll recommend this vet for services.
