I can't say enough about how wonderful Heavenly Paws and Tyler have been, during this time. They were caring, thoughtful, sensitive, considerate, attentive, and professional. They understand what you are experiencing, and make the process as gentle as possible. Their empathetic manner allowed me to mourn, knowing my little one was in loving and respectful hands. Also, the aquamation process isn't as harsh as other processes. Knowing that made it less traumatizing for me... Thank you again ???? you all are a blessing. I will always be grateful.

My baby Lucy was with me for 20 years. I was never going to be ready to say goodbye but Heavenly Paws made everything wonderful. Tyler is compassionate and his establishment far surpassed anything I could have imagined. My baby come home today in her rainbow and I know she was taken care of until the very end. While I never wanted to say goodbye I'm glad Heavenly Paws was there to help me.

Absolutely astounding, caring staff. I lost my cat and dog a week apart and they were able to make sure that we felt cared for in our time of grieving. They even gave us time for a final goodbye with blankets and roses. We are so grateful for heavenly paws for all they have done for us and our babies.

I came upon Heavenly Paws by accident when my girl Bella died suddenly. Tyler was so good to me on the phone, and I didn’t even care that it was some distance from my home. When I arrived, he took such good care of Bella, and I spent some time with her in a visitation room. I passed on the memorabilia, because I have plenty of pictures, but there were all sorts of sweet options to remember your friend by. The office was quiet and calming. The cost was absolutely reasonable, and I’m glad I learned about aquamation as an eco-friendly alternative to cremation. I’m looking into it for myself one day! When my Lola got sick, I started thinking about aftercare and just wasn't sure what I was doing. I was stressed and scared, but Cat talked me through everything. Lola passed away last week and somehow the process was seamless. I was informed once Heavenly Paws received Lola's body from the vet, given an expected time when her remains would be ready and even received a check in call from Tyler just to see how I was holding up. Honestly, they went above and beyond and were so patient and compassionate through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and go to them again.

I received great service throughout the entire process from start to finish. I had some questions in preparation of when the time came. Cat was very quick to respond via email and answered all of my questions. When I had made the hardest decision I've ever made, they were very kind and helpful to set up an appointment for them to pick up my dog because I knew I wouldn't be able to drive anywhere after it was done. They were very flexible with setting up a time for pick up. When Tyler arrived, he was understanding and patient while I said my final good bye. He brought a basket with blankets to transport with care. They were also quick to go through the process and I was able to pick up my dog's remains by the next week. When I picked up my dog's ashes, everything was packaged beautifully and with care. I would highly recommend to anyone who has to go through the same situation.

I recently had to put my precious 9 yr old dog down and it was the most heartbreaking experience. I had also just lost my cat 12 yr old cat 2 days earlier so I was crushed to say the least. My wonderful vet was incredibly kind and made all the arrangements to have Jaxx taken care of for me and that is how I heard about Tyler and Heavenly Paws. I can not express enough how wonderful they were in taking care of her for me. They were kind, compassionate, caring, understanding and spoke of her as if they knew her. They communicated with me regularly so I didn't have to worry or wonder. I felt completely comfortable with her in their hands. And the package they put together was just beautiful, and so very thoughtful. I hate I had to meet them under these circumstances, but I am glad they were there to care for her. I would recommend them to anyone in need for this service. They cared for us like family, and that is hard to come by these days. Thank you again Tyler for all you did for Jaxx and our family. Sadly, we recently lost two pets within a couple of weeks of each other. Heavenly Paws went above and beyond. We were very pleased with the options, reasonable prices, and outstanding customer service. This was the first time I’ve had to make arrangements for a family pet. I work on the human side of the funeral industry and recognize the good from the not-so-good. I chose aquamation for the gentleness of the process. Tyler and his staff at Heavenly Paws far exceeded my expectations. I felt as comfortable as possible with leaving our sweet dog in their care. They allowed me all the time I needed to say goodbye. They can even accommodate a whole family coming in to say a final goodbye to a beloved pet. From the initial phone call with Tyler until I picked up Penny’s remains, they treated her, and us, with dignity and respect. Their pricing is fair and reasonable; their service is priceless! I will only use Heavenly Paws when the need arises with our second dog.

I can't say enough good things about Heavenly Paws. While I hate the reason we had to go see them, they handled everything with such care and professionalism. They really put us at ease, explained everything in great detail, and were just all around so kind and personable. Thank you for being a bright moment in such sadness.

You'd think that after years of dealing with people grieving over their lost pets, the staff would be callous to my plight. From the moment I call the Heavenly Paws, the staff was super empathetic and understanding... no rush or sales pitch of any kind unless you ask first. After I got there, they let me have moment with Chico and say my goodbyes one last time. Chico gave us 16-1/2 years of joy and emotional support... he was one of my best friends. Today, I picked up the beautiful picture frame w/ paw print, and I would recommend it to anyone. They even included a hand-written card and it means a lot to our family. I would highly recommend Heavenly Paws to anyone. Thank you Heavenly Paws... You truly are beautiful people.

We just moved from Montana with our 10 year old Male shepherd and we had no idea he was so sick. When his time came 2 months later, we had to put him down. We we're heartbroken, and didn't know where to have him cremated. Our vet recommended this company to me. We have never felt compassion like this from ANY company. Cat called me to let me know my boy had arrived and went over my wishes and payment. We talked for about 10 minutes that day. She called again about 2 days before he came home, just to see how we were holding up...Wow! Then Tyler called me tho let me know he was ready for pick up. Thank you all for the love and compassion you showed my family and I.

Right now they have my beloved Lucy and I know that they are taking the best care of her. 3 years ago they also helped us with Duchess. My wife and I don’t have children so our dogs were our babies. They are very respectful and help you during your time of loss. Thank you Heavenly Paws.

This wonderful place took such great care of us and our Meatball on the worst days of our grief. The woman who answers the phone and works with the customers seems to genuinly care about the pet families she works with. They offer a wide range of memory products and their prices are reasonable. Sadly we will need their services twice more in the coming years, but I am happy to know that Heavenly Paws will be there for me.

My 12 year old shepherd passed away at home. I was 19 when I adopted Carly and she was the first thing I ever took care of on my own. My husband and I cared for her right up until her last breath, but once she passed I didn’t know what to do next. Kat with Heavenly Paws took the time to walk me through the Aquamation process, she and Tyler waited late for my family and I to bring our pup into their facility, and were so kind and compassionate as we said our final goodbyes to our sweet girl. I am so grateful for the kindness shown to my family and my Carly girl.

If you are writing a review here is because you just went through a really painful lost, so if in the middle of this pain we find time to write a review here is because this people went above and beyond for you in such a painful time. I lost my baby boy Dabo four months ago, he was my EVERYTHING for 12.5 years, I have been in so much pain but I decided to write Heavenly Paws a review because they were nothing but the best when I decided to use their service. They took Dabo in On a Monday and they told me they will give me the remains in one week, my family was coming on Wednesday to be with me until Sunday and I really wanted them to be there with me for support when I went and got his remains, also I wanted to do something to honor Dabo with his ashes and wanted my family to be there, so I called Heavenly Paws & explained them my situation & beg them to try to give me the remains before the weekend so I could do this with my family and Cat told me she will talk to the owner and see what they could do. She called me same day & told me they would work on the clock to be able to give me the remaining of Dabo by Saturday and they did ❤️????????. They understood my pain & my situation & they delivered the best customer service under the circumstances and I will be forever thankful to them. I highly recommend this business and this people to anybody.

Heavenly Paws has been awesome through my whole process of having to put my fur baby Spritz down. Kat was amazing and was with me through the whole time, Tyler was very nice and both of them were so compassionate during this time. I am forever grateful!!! Thank you guys!!! If your wondering if your fur baby will be taken care of they will! The services provided were by far more than I could have ever expected and my fur baby's package is amazing I love everything!!

Highly Recommend! The employees are excellent, they are always very respectful and understanding of people who feel like the loss of a pet is very significant. They don't act like it's a business. I was very impressed every time I spoke with anyone on the phone or met them in person. I like that aquamation is environmentally friendly, and the remains are returned to you in a biodegradable container. I got a paw print on canvas and a lock of hair and a HAND WRITTEN note. I would 100% recommend this company to a friend or relative.

Working with Tyler and Heavely Paws was a very good experience at a very tough time. We were comforted knowing the our dog was in good hands and being respected by their team. They allowed a visitation for us including our other dog and it was great for closure. Highly recommend.
