The doctor was so patient with Brad and Spot. Brad even had an accident on the floor and he picked it right on up. I was so annoyed with Brad but the vet said it was okay. I got 2 puppy packages to take care of their 1st year AND when I called they were able to fit me in same day right before the Holidays. And they gave me these cute little stuffed animals and scented candles since i got the package. Wonderful experience. We will see y’all next month! Thanks again

They took me in as a work in for my cat! I waited a long time because they were very busy! Everyone was very nice & stayed over to make sure our cat was seen & treated! They gave estimates on the cost of everything! No surprises! This is the only one now in Morrow, Ga.

I took my 6lbs chihuahua here for a bath and shots. I made sure nail clippings were apart of the bath. I dropped him off at 8am and was told to come back at 2pm. When I arrived to pick him up the receptionist told me he was very aggressive (which is normally never the case). I noticed his nails were not cut and called the next day to confirm if they nails came with the bath. I was sure not to rude b/c I was doing a fact check and could have been wrong myself. Im assuming due to caller ID she rudely stated "they were cut as best as possible due to him being "extremely aggressive" and "biting"" and ended our conversation for us. When in fact they were not cut at all. Im not even sure if he was bathed, yet I was required to pay when I dropped him off. Im upset because these things are NEVER said about him at his normal vet (which was booked). Even if he did bark, he DOES NOT bite, and how can "professional(s)" not be able to cut my chihuahua's nails???

The Dr. and assistant was very nice the receptionist is rude. I really liked the Dr. and the staff was awesome.

Willing to scan but tried to discourage me from obtaining the microchip # in order to find the owner stated "most people get the microchip, but most don't register the chip" Due to demanding chip #, I was able to locate the owner of the dog that warmed up in my back yard igloo.

I always have a great experience here. I love the staff and my dogs always leave happy. Their prices are reasonable and make caring for my babies affordable.

BACK AROUND AFTER CHRISTMAS, I CALLED , AND TALKED WITH JOANNE ABOUT 2 CALICO CATS, MORROW ANIMAL HOSPIRAL HAD UP FOR ADOPTION. I CALICO CATS A VERY RARE, IN THAT THEY ARE FEMALE, ONLY. SO I HAD C COUPLE DAYS AGO , SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY, THE HOSPITAL HAD ALREADY VETED THE, EXAMS, TESTED BLOOD AND SHOTS. SOMEHOW I MISUNDERSTOOD THAT THE TOTAL FOR BOTH CATS WAS 300.OO TOTAL FOR THE BOTH OF THEM, BUT JOANNE SAID NO , WAS A TOTAL OF 400.OO FOR BOTH , FOLLOWED BY THE STATEMENT , WE ARE INTO ANIMAL RESCUE. SO , I DID CHALLENGE, THE AMOUNT BECAUSE PET SMART AND THE ANIMAL SHELTERS ,, BOTH ARE LESS THAN 100.00. VTHE AVERAGE PERSON DOES NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY. I DO UNDERSTAND BUSINESS AND OVERHEAD COSTS. IT SEEMS TO ME IF THEY ARE INDEED INTO RESCUE, THE HOSPITAL SHOULD BE DONATING AT LEAST COSTS OF OF THEIR TIME AND COSTS OF TESTING AND SHOTS. IF THEYCARE INDEED IN THE ANIMAL RESCUE... THIS DID NOT SET WELL WITH ME. AT ALL ALMOST BOARDING ON GREED. I AM VERY MUCH IN TO ANIMAL RESCUE AND PREVENTION OF ANIMAL CREULTY, SO I WENT AHEAD AND PAID THE 400.OO. DO I WANT ANY RECONSIDERATION OF AN ADJUSTMENT, ABSOLUTELY NOT. !!. AT THIS POINT, IT IS PRINCIPLE. ONE CAN GO TO PETSMART AND THEIR LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTWRS AND ADOPT F ANIMALS FOR LESS THAN 1OO.00. BESIDES I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH CAT RESCUE VOLUNTEER AGENCIES AND THEY ALL PPICK A DAY TO PICK UP THE CATS BROUGHT IN. I HAD A CAT TO SURRENDER, I WAS GIVENVTHE RESCUES CARD TO TAKE WITH ME AND TELL THEM RESCUE TOLD THEM TO CALL THEM SO THEY COULD COME AND PICK UP MY CAT. TO GO ON TO ADD, MY DAUGHTER HAS A SERVICE DOG, AS WELL AS A COMPANION DOG FOR THE SERVICE DOG. ABOUT EVERY SIX MONTHS THESE 2 DOGS ARE TAKEN FOR SIX MONTHS CHECK UPS. 800.00 FOR THEM BOTH TOTAL. THE MEDIV.XATIONS , IF THE NEED ARE, LIKE HUMAN DRUGS ARE GROSSLY OVER PRICED. YOU CAN ASK FOR A PRESCRIPTION FROM YOUR VET AND ORDER IT ON ONLINE. IF YOUR VET, REFUSES TO DO THAT, YOU NEED TO FIND ANOTHER VET. !! LAST BUT NOT LEAST , THESE CATS THAT I JUST AQUIRED, STILL HAVE TO BE SPAYED, THUS I WILL BE GOING THRU ONE OF THE MOBLILE SPAY CLINICS. I AM CALLING , MORROW HOSPITAL OUT ON THIS ONE. IT IS NOW, PRINCIPLE. AND QUITE HONESTLY, SINCE I AM MOVING TO A MORE REMOTE AND SAFER AREA THAN CLAYTON COUNTY, I WILL BE AQUIRING A VET CLOSER TO WHERE I WILL BE LIVING.

Morrow Animal Hospital is a small family business in Morrow GA that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. Roney lives up on the north side and when he goes home there is not a vet available. They are not a 24 hour vet clinic and deserve a break and time with their families! Joann has helped TLC Pet Rescue with over 200 rescues this year, plus several emergencies! We love their old school vetting approach and keeping prices affordable! I have known Joann for 35 years and she has the same compassionate heart as the first day I met her! Dr. Allen is proud! Thank you Allen Family and Dr. Roney for all of your hard work and dedication to our pets!

I like this animal hospital we took our Oreo there to get neutered they did good work for $80

Took my cat Windsor in yesterday to be seen. We got him from the Humane Society in Clayton County. We have had him for 2 months and he got sick after a month of being with us. The Staff was very nice and helpful. The Vet and Vet Assistant helped my baby get back to his normal self and gave him the treatment he needed. They also told me some things that the Humane Society failed to tell me, but our baby is Loved and is definitely feeling better. Thank you Very Much Morrow Animal Hospital.
