My first time since pandemic boarding my dogs. Pet Paradise was referred by a reliable friend. From booking reservations, reminders to drop-off day, the entire experience was seamless. The staff was very friendly and took great care of my two dogs. The groomer, Monique did an amazing job on my dogs who were matted. Every step of the away I was well informed. From report cards to phone calls, the staff made sure their top priority was the care of my dogs. I arrived a little early and watched their interactions with other dogs... it was amazing. Such care and attention. I have found a home away from home for my dogs.

Very nice people. Charged a little extra that wasn't discussed for flea treatment but we'll worth it. They take 1/3 to 1/2 the time of other places. I'll definitely return.

My Cane Corso stayed at this resort for 4days , when I picked him up he smelled liked urine it was soo bad , me myself I have been a GM and a kennel manager at several doggy daycares around Atlanta, I have always trained my staff to check a dog before allowing them to leave smelling like urine , rather a dog gets a appointment with a groomer or not , no dog should leave smelling like urine , he smelled as if he laid in urine I bathed him 4 times to get the smell out , as beautiful as this place is I would not have ever thought this would take place and it being a thanksgiving holiday is no excuse I’ve managed over 120 by myself with no problems, I’m going to be calling the cooperate office as soon as Monday gets here!! And the bad part is I believe it was a manager that bought him to me smelling like this !!!

I booked my pets boarding a week in advance. I scheduled to have my dog vaccinated on the same day as drop off. They waited until the day of the drop off to tell me that the front desk clerk made a mistake and scheduled the vaccination for a day when the veterinarian is not in the office and further notified me that I would not be able to drop my pet off due to that reason. They offered no resolution or alternative. I was scheduled to go out of town that evening and it was a real inconvenience. They never even called back to find out if I was able to get my dog vaccinated or if I was still coming . They just cancelled appointment. Very disappointed in the customer service I received .

They never answer the phone it's honestly annoying when you are trying to both work for the company and learn more information on there doggy daycare procedures

It was our first time trying this boarding facility and I do not regret it one bit. While on vacation, they called to update us about our fur babies. Each day, they provided an electronic report card that gave details of how they were settling in. During free time, they sent the most adorable pictures of them enjoying their stay. My littlest dog is a little shy around other dogs and I enjoyed knowing that staff didn’t force her to be around other dogs after noticing she might be uncomfortable. They just allowed her and her brother to enjoy free time alone. You’ll know your fur baby enjoyed their time when they’re not dashing out the door to leave. Knowledgeable and friendly staff (not to mention, they offered us a quick tour of what their room would look like)

My furbaby just started and so far I'm very impressed. My only concern is that I wish the dogs could have more time for play rather than being crated.

Staff is friendly and prompt. Especially helpful when trying to make a flight. We always trust Pet Paradise, usually at the Woodstock location but the Atlanta airport location is clutch in certain travel situations.

Super friendly staff & they greeted each pet coming in as if it were an old friend. Facilities were clean. Loved the "report cards" & pictures they send on my pets during their stay, and the webcams that allow me to peek in on them. Highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!!

My dog was in doggy heaven. You could almost see him smiling lol. He was there for 5 days and they took great care of him.

My Yorkiepoo, Robbie, has a lot of anxious behaviors. His anxiety isn't helped by the fact that next door there are 4 large dogs, tied out, apart from each other, on chains all day and night,, without shelter,, who distress bark and howl constantly (we're working with the county to do something about the neglect). After Robbie has been at Pet Paradise for boarding with doggy daycare, he comes home much less stressed and reactive to the distressing circumstances next door. He's able to tune out and sleep through the noise for a bit.

Pet Paradise Camp Creek took the absolute BEST care of my puppy Rocsi while we were away on a family vacay! This was our first time leaving her and we have been gone for 8 days so needless to say I was nervous the ENTIRE time! She’s super shy and timid so I thought she would be so depressed while we were gone, but when we went to get her today...she DIDN’T want to leave! She LOVED her stay there that much! The facility was super clean and smelled great when we dropped her off and picked her up! The lovely ladies in the front are so friendly and professional! You can tell they genuinely love animals. I definitely will have to bring her for day care now since she made so many new friends. I have a complaint my dog came in on may 22nd and stayed over night. He was brought in with a blue collar and a black leash. When he was picked up he didn't have either. He did have a bath and I don't know if it could have been misplaced then. I spoke with a manager and she could not give me a solution all she was saying is she is going to keep looking for it. Its been over 24hrs and I'm trying to figure out what is a solution for his collar and leash being misplaced. I love you all services and Blu my dog loves coming but I feel something should be done about his items being lost. It seems as if its being brushed off and the staff does not care but I work hard for the things I purchase.

My dog loved his day here. The staff took great care of him and sent pics throughout the day. The facilities are nice.

Great place to board. I have used this location quite a few times and have been very impressed. The most recent, I had vehicle trouble getting back to pick my dogs up on time and they worked with me. Will definitely keep going back.

My Nola also has a good time. This location provides excellent customer service. Nola tends to be shy and a loner however they get her to open up share the love.

We looked at real estate to buy our new house based on being close to this Pet Paradise location. We aren’t allowed to say the words “Pet Paradise” in our house because our girls will go crazy. The employees here love our girls like they’re family, and we love the employees right back. Gracie and Stella can’t get enough, and we recommend this spot for anyone looking for a safe and fun boarding or day camp for their fur kids. If there were ever a brand ambassador program, I would be the first to sign up because I love and trust this place so much.
