We boarded our dogs here for 3 nights and I was highly dissatisfied. My 9 year old baby came home with dried pee all over his ears. And my other two smelled absolutely horrible. On top of that there were a lot of hidden fees I was not informed of when scheduling their stay so I wound up way over paying by almost $200 for things that were not necessary. My dogs could not wear their collars bc apparently they could get hurt. And I was supposed to keep them so that the staff wouldn’t lose them?? I have worked at a kennel and know that that’s just dumb. If you are running the facility properly then collars shouldn’t be a problem. And if you think you are going to lose something like that then you just shouldn’t be in business. All in all I was very disappointed in the lack of care shown to my dogs and we will not be boarding here again. I wouldn’t suggest that anyone board their precious babies here.

Very nice team, but they dropped the ball on an important situation for my pet. They forgot to send in a surgical referral which made us lose time on a time sensitive injury repair.

I love how courteous the staff is. You can tell that everyone there, genuinely loved their job. The doctor made sure to talk with me about my dogs and addressed any concerns. I will be returning to this hospital for continued care. Thank you.

I repeat do not go to this animal hospital. If I can give them no stars I would I had an appointment 9-11-21 that I also called and confirmed the date the week prior however when I get there they have no records I'm not in the system and I tell them I called a week in advance to double check my appointment I was told to come between 8 and 8:30 on a Saturday one of the ladies said that is something we say when I said 8 8:30 then they told me that they are just going to wash my dog but when I called about the grooming she was suppose to get nails clip trimed down the kept saying my dog hair doesn't get cut I will never go back to this place a complete waste of my time

I’m new to the area and found this vet. I was seeking boarding. I’m so happy to have found them. They updated most of his shots and called me to provide detailed information about everything they were going to do. My pup suffers from anxiety. Dr Rose spoke with me after his visit, and provided me with meds. Kodi hasn’t suffered from anxiety since. Everyone that I’ve dealt with here have been extremely nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

I would not trust them with the welfare of my pets. Lack of concern and proper application of procedure resulted in a fatality that could've more than likely have been prevented. My baby wasn't even sick, I just wanted to get him neutered smh.

They always take excellent care of Baylee. The groomer does a fantastic job time and time again. Unfortunately, on our last visit we weren't contacted in time enough to pick her up and Baylee had to stay overnight.

Did not notify new pet owner of Covid Policy. It was an assumption that I knew how things worked. Normally offices will make you aware of their policy, so you know what to expect when visiting. So, i’m not sure why the same expectation does not happen when visiting the veterinarian. Therefore it was a wasted trip because I wasn’t comfortable with it. It’s important to make people aware of your policy and not make assumption especially to new pet owners or new customers. I did speak with the Dr. and she stated that she will talk to her staff concerning this matter. She did make me aware that most offices had this policy and like I stated most office will let you know their policy instead of showing up and being blindsided. That is the difference.

Dr. Rose & her staff always take such good care of Cocoa Pebbles. She’s a feisty little thing so I appreciate their patience with her. They always inform me of what’s going on, what needs to be done & make suggestions for the future. I needed to bring her in for an emergency & they got her in & took great care of her. I love it there & so does my baby.

Great experience at this vet. They took very good care of our little Theodore. The Vet answered all my questions without feeling as if I was being rushed. Wonderful experience.

Saint has been going to Deshon Animal Hospital sense he was 8 weeks he is now almost 5 years old and to this day he still cry when we are leaving he never wants to leave, lol. Now sense Covid 19 and curb side service, he start crying as soon and we get into the parking lot. He can't wait to get in there, lol. I know this staff show all the animals lots of love and for that I thank each and everyone of you. Dr Rose went above and beyond, staying late to call me explaining to me step-after-step how to treat heart worms. She made sure I understood each step I needed to take and the importance of doing it all immediately. I am very pleased with Dr Rose and the entire staff at Deshon Animal Hospital and can not see myself take Saint anywhere else .

As a formal employee that worked for Deshon Animal hospital, I would have to rate this center a 1/1 due to poor management and wrongful let go. I got The acceptance email stating I’ve been hired 3/18/20 and that my first day would be Wednesday 3/25/20 I worked that Wednesday and that Friday. Due to the covid-19 we were out for the month of April 2020. Starting back working 5/1/20. Wrongful let go due to Rochelle L. Wharton who is their (practice manger), saying I was on a 30 day evaluation period and my 30 days were up and they feel this wouldn’t be a good fit. How do you except someone to learn anything with being there for only 9 days. In which it was every other day, and it was only for 6 hours! So roughly I worked maybe 2 days out of the week, if not 1. Rochelle did not Properly train her employee as practice manger. Yes, everyone has slip ups and bad days, but these people didn’t even give me a full 30 days, to learn the system on top of going though a pandemic! Over all, I wouldn’t take my dog/cat there even before I was wrongfully terminated.

Poor Service. Dr. Whitney Rose is incompetent at best and rude. Staff is unprofessional. I recommend that you run far away, Don't trust your precious fur babies here.
