We recently moved and had to change veterinary clinics after being with ours for many years. The staff is great and the place is clean. They answered all of my questions with a smile. They made the transition super easy.

If i could give them 50 stars i would! Hands down best vet we have ever been to. Everyone from the receptionist who answered the phone at 7:30am to my panicked phone call about my 7 week old puppy being lethargic with vomiting and diarrhea praying she didnt have parvo, all the techs, and the dr herself were all so kind and caring. They treated my sweet girl kiach and myself with the upmost kindness, compassion and respect! They truely cared about my puppys well being & that means the world to me! We will definitely be repeat customers with her as well as our other 4 dogs! Thank you again to each and everyone of you! (For those who are curious...SHE WAS PARVO FREE!) ????????

I truly cannot say enough good things about Monroe Veterinary Clinic. 3 generations of my family have used Monroe Vet and I recommend them to friends and family whenever I can. All six of our babies are currently under the care of Monroe Vet- yes, six. The staff is immeasurable and the service is supreme every single time. I love the atmosphere and the energy of those who work there. They make even the most difficult experiences comfortable and as easy as possible. (This is something no one talks about but I feel is important): We recently had to make the difficult decision as a family to humanely euthanize our 4 year old kitty with presumed lymphoma. The diagnosis was sudden and difficult but with their help and guidance, they made the last two weeks with our boy unforgettable. We are so grateful. They listened to our wants and needs and were happy to assist us along the way. They never pushed us to do anything we were not comfortable with, and showed my family a level of empathy and sympathy that we will never forget. We found this experience to be incredibly wonderful and we appreciate beyond words Monroe Vet and those who were involved in this process. The way the staff here at Monroe Vet love animals shows in the success of those under their care. All of our kids are healthy, happy, and thriving and that is because they have the best local DOGtors on their team. Any place who will love and care for our babies the way we do will always be family, and these folks welcome and ensure you feel like you're part their family from the moment you walk in the door. Very friendly staff, very welcoming when you come in. This was our first time here and we felt very comfortable and will definitely be making this our vet office from now on.

I have actually been using this vet clinic for years so I really wish I didn't have to write this review, but it's the only way I know to warn others. I have a senior dog who has never had any issues, but when I took her for her yearly around Memorial Day, Dr. Nix said she had an ear infection and he was putting BCP ointment in her ears and it needed to sit for 2 weeks. I was not warned of any potential side effects. She also had vaccines due on this visit so when she got home and was lethargic, I though it was due to the shots. Then I realized she couldn't hear. I called everywhere I could think of and was told this was normal for this ointment. A heads up would have been nice. Of course it was a holiday weekend so I couldn't take her back until the following Tuesday to get it flushed out of her ears, but the damage was already done. They gave me take-home drops to administer instead which I don't understand why they didn't give these to me first. I took her back for follow-ups numerous times and they kept charging me ridiculous fees even when I was only taking her because of what they did to her ears. They tried to tell me the hearing loss was age-related!! No. She could hear PERFECTLY until they destroyed her hearing. So here we are several months and hundreds of dollars later and she still can't hear. Please let this be a warning! There are better vet clinics out there who actually care about animals and not more about making money. This has completely changed her personality and affected our lives and routines and my dog did not deserve this! Shame on you!

I absolutely love this clinic. I love how they take care on my fur babies and after the treatment or appointment they do a follow up phone call to check on them. Love this clinic and wouldn't go to anyone else. Happy customer????

My dog Boo loves Dr Miller and the whole staff at Monroe Vet Clinic. They are wonderful to my little doggie and he loves them so much. i know he is safe and sound there and well cared for and loved. Most dogs run and hide when you tell them theyre going to the vet but Boo gets excited and happy his little tale wags a mile a minute. He is very happy when he goes there and they take wonderful care of him. I highly recommend them and Dr Miller. they are wonderful. for check ups and when issues and illness arise they handle it all and he always is taken care of WELL. i have never seen an animal taken in there that they didnt love and make sure all was taken care of for that pet.

My puppy, Lilli loves everyone who comes out to get her. The vet, Dr. Mitchell, is very good with her. My sister has used Monroe Vet for her cats and dogs for years and has always been very pleased with them.

Good service and caring, up front pricing

The staff at Monroe Vet is always so helpful and kind. Always saying "hello" when you first walk in, even if they are swamped. My pup loves going to get groomed too! I think they spoil her....lol

I waited over 3 hours in a car and they wouldn't let me go in with my pet and they got mad at me for going somewhere so my daughter (she is. 3yr old) had to go to the bathroom. I didn't like them at all
