They cleaned my dogs teeth, pulled a loose baby tooth and gave him antibiotics for an amazing price. My dog was so much happier and i didnt have to take a loan out. Great service!

The vet with give you overpriced medicine and creams that are literally found on the shelf at pet smart. I took my dog in because her eye was running a lot and she tried to give me stuff that was $600 plus the visit! I found the same thing at petsmart for $30. Anne, the front desk, is the vet’s mom so that’s why she’s still employed even with her attitude. She never wants to do any work. Every time I call, it’s such an inconvenience. Even sending an email takes too much time for her apparently. You can find better care and better customer service elsewhere.

All of the terrible reviews on here, particularly the ones about Anne, are absolutely accurate. I am amazed that after receiving years of terrible reviews, this woman is still employed. I have never communicated, or should I say attempted to communicate, with someone so rude and unprofessional. I understand and support wanting a vaccine record of all the animals in the home. However after we supplied that, she demanded a full medical history of all pets, including our senior indoor cat who has never had a single health problem in his life, simply to find any reason to insult/imply we are bad parents. After reading other reviews about this happening, my boyfriend and I decided to take our business to a different shelter. Who could seriously justify denying a dog adoption over not having your cats teeth regularly cleaned. That is completely unreasonable. My biggest complaint is Anne HID the fact that the dog we were inquiring about has heart worms, even after I sent her multiple emails asking about it. That is definitely something that should be made public on the listing, not something that should be hidden. It is a shame that this woman’s bitter and terrible attitude has prevented so many wonderful animals from finding safe and loving homes. Don’t waste your time and emotions on this place. There are plenty of shelters out there that are cheaper, more honest, and more sincere.

Very kind and caring. Always explains in detail and helps you make the best decision for your pet. You can tell Dr. Jordan truly loves animals and has their beat interest at heart as well as being very kind and considerate to the owners. It's hard to find that in a vet these days. They are a blessing. So thankful we found them ❤

I absolutely love crossroads animal hospital. I had a sick rabbit, called a hundred places and they either didn’t see rabbits or had a week wait list to see the exotic vet. Crossroads got me in within two hours of me calling. Dr. Jordan was very knowledge and explained everything so well to me. Anne is also amazing. They are so compassionate and caring!

Rudest most unpleasant vet I have ever been too.. the place smells horrible and the vet will just send you elsewhere ..she doesn't know a lot. She sent us to another vet because she doesn't have equipment to do the job. If you have an …

My dog was 14.5 years old and really sick when we took her there. I fully expected them to put her down, she couldn't walk or eat at all. They suggested test and cures that just kept going up in price and we kept paying thinking she was improving based on their feedback. We finally got suspicious and ask to see her but they wouldn't allow that but they told us to pick her up. When we arrived she was in worse shape than when we took her. Now she had appeared to have also had a stroke which was later confirmed. We ended up taking her to a different vet that after an hour did the most human thing and put her down after almost a week of suffering at this place.

The worst experience I've ever had with any vet or animal rescue. I fostered a dog from there briefly and she began having problems that I believe were a medical condition or perhaps from being shuffled from one foster to another. As an …

I was trying to adopt a puppy from them and they denied my first application because my two indoor cats apparently needed more than their rabies vaccine. I asked what other vaccines they needed and the response was "whatever your vet tells …

Every time I have taken one of my dogs to see Dr Jordan I have always been treated with respect. She is amazing with my fur babies and she takes the time to explain things to me as she is examining them or if I have any questions. She handles them so gently and you can tell she truly cares. The staff are so nice I have always been greeted with a smile. I definitely recommend anyone to take there animals to her.

I have been using Dr. Jordan for my fur babies care and she has been very informative about medicines and diagnosis for each one. She has the animals best interest in mind. I really appreciate her and her office members.

They make you run around in circles attempting to adopt and save a dog. After countless vet visits and shots, they still denied us for a "recommendation" from the vet for a teeth cleaning. Certainly a vet wouldnt ever try to sell a product …

One of the best bet hospitals I know. Very professional staff. Mrs. Anne at the front desk is one of the sweetest ladies I have met, and the vet there really knows her stuff. All the pets I have taken there, or fostered from there, or adopted from there were all taken very good care of. If you want honest work and honest opinions from honest people, they are the ones to go to. They even have a 24hr emergency service. Not every vet does this. But they always go beyond to help an animal in need.

I fostered a dog for 3 months and then decided to adopt her. They were really helpful letting me know the process and I adopted her within the week. It was a quick process where I signed the papers and got her vaccinations done. Some say it's difficult to adopt from here, but it might be easier to start fostering the animal and then adopting it. The transition is easier and you'll develop a good relationship with the hospital. They're still my dog's vet and they're really helpful. They've helped me with some of her anxiety issues. They're very informative, will explain the costs of everything and overall want the best for your pet
