Ashley Hills Pet Center Monroe, Georgia

Our golden retriever came form the kennel with a kennel cough and a bad skin infection. After reaching out to Ashley hill, we mostly heard excuses. Wouldn’t recommend leaving your pet there.

Took our dog up here while on a cruise. When we picked him up after four days he was shaking timid and wasn’t acting himself. Asked if he was let out and exercised and they said “you didn’t sign up for that” then what are you paying for?? To be let out a few times and locked in a cage?? Shocked don’t bring your pets here.

This was the best place I have found for my pets!! They take the best care of my fur babies and responded to my emails when I checked on them. This was the first time my dogs didn’t have separation anxiety or go crazy when I picked them up. They are a bit pricey to add on the activities but definitely worth it to keep them entertained! Love that the dogs were in suites!! Thanks for taking such good care of my babies!!

My evaluation with the trainer went great. I loved how thorough he was. He made sure to answer all my questions and educated me on the best options for my dog. I look forward to scheduling private lessons with him!

incredible! the care there is fantastic, both training, bathing, boarding, etc. the staff is always going above and beyond, making sure our pet is well-taken care of and comfortable. they're excellent with handling dogs that aren't the "kindest" and treat them well.

Both of my Isabellas love this place. The happy dance and race to the car when it's doggy daycare day, is crazy. The staff also adores every dog that comes here, they just love mine more.

Staff was really great and very friendly! They took good care of our puppy while we were on vacation. The prices are reasonable and it's in a nice location.

I'm relatively sure that our dog loves being at Ashley Hills more than she does being at home. During these last few crazy months I've watched this company evolve and work hard to meet the needs of their customers. I have never been more satisfied with any service. Above and beyond, and you can feel the bond and love the staff feels to your pets. Additionally, make sure you ask about, and are using, the online service where you can book, manage your payment cards on file, and other useful things. It has been an awesome addition to an already great experience.

First time boarding my baby girl and it was awesome! Staff is friendly and it's basically the Ritz Carlton for your fur baby! Now I feel comfortable leaving her in their care if I need to take a trip!

I may have written a review for this business before but I really needed to post about the service we received on our latest visit. We had a trip planned and some(we basically have a dog zoo????) of our dogs stayed at Ashley Hills Pet center. Booking and preparation for the stay between us and staff went awesome as usual. The staff was friendly and the dogs eager for their stay. The stay was apparently uneventful and we were so excited to pick up our dogs. But, the reason I'm posting is because my GSD and rescue mutt both got baths while they were there and my dogs looked , felt and smelled phenomenal! Their coats were so shiny and incredibly soft! They have never looked so great or felt so soft after a bath! No idea who yalls bathers are but they deserve major kudos and a bonus!

I have been visiting Ashley Hills with my dogs for over 10 years! I highly recommend the professional and compassionate staff. Ashley is a gifted trainer and has helped teach me how to forge some pretty special bonds with my dogs. I have never boarded my two fur children anywhere else. This past week was the longest I have ever left them. Even when I worry and email because I haven’t seen my dogs in any pictures they are very responsive even after hours letting me know they are doing fine and even send me pictures. Yes I’m that crazy dog mom, but at Ashley Hills I know they are well taken care of

Sam, Kayla, Ashley, Logan, Chloe, and others-- I can't think of a finer group to train and care for your pet. My Maisie, a Lab pup, has trained, boarded, and been to doggy daycare at AH. She's always, always excited to visit There are not enough superlatives for this facility where they love your pet as much as you do!

They take really good care of my German shepherd. Though she can be shy at times. They know she can jump and pays special attention to that fact. Faith has no problem going there at all. Thanks for taking care of her.
