Highly recommend. It's a commute for me and my 8 year old Pit Bull mix (Decatur to Milton) but well worth the effort. The staff are lovely, very friendly, professional and courteous. My rescue had a hard start in life so it's important to me that she feels safe and secure when boarded (especially when I travel home to England for 2-3 weeks). She always comes home extremely happy and smells wonderful (they throw in a free bath if your pet stays for more than a week). They are also extremely responsive (via email). It's a lovely facility and I feel they genuinely care about your pet, and it's not just about the money. I sometimes board her with my friend's dog (when we travel together) and I like that they pair them up on walks so the dogs have a sense of routine and familiarity.

Staff is very friendly and they truly care about you and your pet. They also take the time to get to know your pet well.

We've taken our dogs here for years. The only place I feel comfortable leaving my dogs for an extended period of time. Will continue to use.

I have a Great Dane. He's a big boy and needs room to run. This place is so great that I drive over 30 minutes to get there. Milo (my dog) has a room, not a cage or run, with a big bed and a door to his own private potty area that he can move around in to find that special spot. He goes out twice a day for doggie play time. After a week in "regular" boarding facilities, Milo goes nuts and turns into a problem child. He has to have a lot of exercise. High energy dogs will love this place. Check it out.

Been taking my dog Gulliver there since he was just a year and a half old. Since we started taking him there he's come to expect it and goes to the garage to get in the car...even on days he's not going. He'll skip breakfast and morning bathroom breaks to jump in car when he knows it's daycare day. When I go and pick him up in afternoon he's worn out and in a great mood. Been a huge help and just wish we could afford to drop him off more often. We used their boarding services for the first time recently and it went just as smoothly and he was just as happy. Highly recommend checking them out and they let you tour with your your dog before committing.

This was our first time boarding here. It was recommended by our vet. I appreciated that they are currently providing curbside pickup/drop-off. I also like that you get so much for your boarding fee without a bunch of up charges. Our dog came home clean, tired and relaxed. We will use them again in the future.

My two fur babies mean the world to me. Not too many places put alot of emphasis on taking the time to care for your cats the way they take the time to care for dogs. My boys are very affectionate and love human interaction. They allowed me too look inside the cat room so that I could see the condos and the way they handle cat care. The cat room was clean, the cats looked comfortable, and there was no nasty odor in there. I feel comfortable with them and I am confident that they will take excellent care of my kitties in my absence.

I couldn’t give 5 stars due my pet not getting a bath before coming home after boarding, (Boarded on Friday and came home on Monday), no report on how my dog was doing while boarded and I was charged a fee for picking my dog up after 12. I didn’t know there was a cut off time for pick up since this was my first time using this facility to board my dog. Not sure if I will return. I was referred by a friend who loves this place and takes her dog her when traveling and she says she is never charged for picking up after 12. Go figure. I may have to go back to my usual place in Roswell for better customer service.

We have been taking our two dogs (hound mix and cocker spaniel) to Countryside for boarding for years. The staff is friendly, attentive, and easy to work with, and they seem to genuinely care about every animal in their care. Every single time that we've picked up our dogs, they've seemed happy, healthy, well taken care of, and in good spirits. Also noteworthy is that one of our dogs has glaucoma and therefore has lots of daily eye drops - Countryside handled this perfectly during our recent time away. We highly recommend Countryside - they are the best in the business!

The absolute best place to both kennel and do daytime playdates for your dogs. The staff truly love and take care of your furbabies! They are very good about giving meds if needed as well. The facility is always immaculate, even during busy season it never smells of urine or feces. My dogs always come home happy and very tired. The only thing is that they are so good they have become super busy so you have to book vacation stays a month or so our at minimum (further out for holidays). Thanks countryside for being amazing!
