I love bringing my pup Yukia here! She always has a blast and makes so many new friends! I just picked her up from a week long boarding stay while I was out of town and she’s currently cuddled up to me asleep on our couch. The staff have always been so friendly, and I’d love to give a shout-out to both Kyrah and Mitzi for being such awesome people. Whenever I bring my baby in, they both love running around the desk to give her hugs and kisses. Whether it’s through email or phone communications, this team is amazing in making me feel safe and happy while I’m away. I received so many cute pictures and wonderfully detailed updates about how she was doing, it’s heartwarming! Thank you PH East Roswell for always taking great care of Yukia! It’s so appreciated!!! <3

Great customer service here. I’ve been bringing my pups here for years now. Even when over booked, they helped me find another location with an open spot. My fur boys love Puppy Haven!

The staff is always amazing no matter which location you go to. Our dogs always have a great time there.

My puppy loves it here! He's always ready for dinner and cuddles before bed after a long day of playing and making friends. It has also helped with unwanted behaviors like nipping other destructive things. Really nice staff and clean facility. Definitely a new regular.

Puppy Haven is an awesome doggy daycare for my 2 yr old small breed. I take him there on Sundays and he always has a great experience there playing with his other doggy pals. He is super tired when I pick him. The staff is friendly.

Let me start by saying what's not to love about Puppy Haven East Roswell! We have two Golden Retrievers that we take on a regular basis and they have an absolute blast the whole time! From the moment I pull into the parking lot my dogs get so excited about the fun day they are about to have with their friends. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and truly love the dogs! The facility is always spotless and we've never had any issues in the 3+ years we've been taking our boys there. So happy we have them in our community and couldn't imagine a better place to take our boys during the day!

We've not used a doggy daycare place in over 10 years since our dogs were older but we needed a place for our new puppy and found Puppy haven. I can not say enough good things about the facility and the people that work there. I get updates and pictures of our dog when he's there. And the most important thing for me is that our dog is SUPER excited to go there.

Boomer has been going to Puppy Haven since he was a puppy! He loves going to see his friends and always comes home tired. The staff there are so caring and attentive with the dogs. We feel confident we are leaving Boomer in good care. Can’t recommend Puppy Haven enough!

Our puppy Canela is a 7 month old Vizsla that is super playful and loving. She has been coming to Puppy Haven for 2 weeks now and she loves it. Great staff and very professional. I highly recommend this location. We love the webcams as well. Thank you to the PuppyHaven Team!!!

These guys are great! Always helpful, responsive, and I feel my pup is being taken care of when he’s there.

Very friendly staff. Take my dog once a week for a play day and have boarded him overnight as well. He loves going and comes home exhausted. I like the fact that I can check on him during the day via the webcam. The only thing that would make me like them more is if they would open another location on the west side of Roswell.

I’ve taken my dog to all three Puppy Haven locations over the years. All have exceptional service. The employees are friendly and I know my dog is in good hands, whether daycare or boarding. I wish all locations had the ability to do grooming services!

My dog and I both totally LOVE Puppy Haven! I have been taking my dog to Puppy Haven for 2 1/2 years. Puppy Haven is truly Sam's "Happy Place"! When we're about 1.5 miles from PH, he starts "talking", gets happy feet and can't contain his excitement! He literally can't get out of the car fast enough to go inside. The staff always greets Sam by his name when we arrive. I really appreciate that they are extremely attentive to the dogs. My dog had an issue on his paw (not related to PH) and they called me right away to let me know. It's nice to know that they truly are keeping an eye on the dogs. The staff is always so nice and friendly. We are so thankful for this amazing and wonderful doggy daycare. Puppy Haven is the BEST! It makes me feel confident and happy that my dog is in such good hands every time I take him there.

This was my dogs first day and she has been sleeping ever since I picked her up at 6! She had a blast and made so many friends. She’s also a water fanatic, so she immediately jumped in the pool when she got there! I loved her being here and plan on taking her again very soon! The staff was very professional and kept their eyes on the dogs constantly!

The staff is amazing. You can call as many times as you want for updates on your pup. Plus my doxie loves them!

We have been taking our dog, Vinnie, to Puppy Haven since adopting him in May 2019. Vinnie looooooves daycare here. He gets in social time with other dogs and he always come home a tired dog! I picked him up an hour ago and he is currently next to me on the couch & snoozing away! Puppy Haven was also amazingly professional when Vinnie got a little skin split next to his eye while playing with another dog. Staff called me, took him to the vet, he got minimal stitches (just 1, I believe) and he was good as new! The owner even called me the next day to check in. They truly care so much about each & every dog!

My puppy, Ruby, becomes ecstatic whenever we enter the building. She loves playing with her friends and all of the attention she receives from the employees. We love Puppy Haven Roswell!

We love taking our dog to Puppy Haven in Roswell for boarding. They are so warm and welcoming to us and our dog. She loves to stay there. They take great care of her. They contact us if there are any issues and to let us know how our dog is doing. We can keep track of her activity on the web cam which is so reassuring.

We love Puppy Haven! We've been taking our 2 yr. old lab there since she was a puppy. She loves getting to play with other dogs and is tired out at the end of the day. It is a great way for her to get her energy out. We also use their boarding services when we go out so out town so she can play with the dogs during the day while there.

Great staff. Our dogs are always safe. They also close at 7:00 p.m. which allows us flexibility in picking them up after a vacation or after work

From the moment you walk in, it is incredibly evident that the staff at Puppy Haven is nothing short of attentive to your pup’s every need. The facility is immaculate, and the environment is warm and welcoming. Talking with them on the phone is always a pleasure, as each staff member is calm and friendly and ready to assist you with taking care of your pup. They do temperament tests to make sure that your pup is in with the good company and is not in harms way. They also provide you with a little “first day of school” report card, which shows where and how your pup enjoyed spending most of their time. I was thoroughly impressed with the system and even appreciated the complimentary webcams to check in on the pup (or if you’re having a bad day, you can look at the cams to see happy pups playing around). We LOVE Puppy Haven and are happy to be a part of the PH family!

Shay has been going for almost a year and she loves it... the staff is amazing and I know Shay will have a fantastic time and be well cared for... they are the best!

Our Girl Loves Puppy Haven! She looks forward to going every Saturday morning. Millie was so excitable and high energy and we knew she needed an additional outlet for her energy (walks, dog park and daily play was not enough). We are so happy we found Puppy Haven! She has been going every Saturday for the last two years and she loves it and so do we. We get a break and time to do adult people things while she gets to play and run and be a dog! She is much calmer and happier now that she has an outlet for all that energy and we know that she is cared for an loved by her Puppy Haven family. She has sleep overs when we need to travel and we never once worried about her we knew she was well looked after and cared for. Our hearts belong to Puppy Haven.

I really can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Puppy Haven. Yesterday afternoon, we found ourselves in need of doggie daycare after our apartment flooded. We just moved to the area, so we did some research and found Puppy Haven. They got our two dogs in for temperament tests today, and our boys are going back tomorrow. The staff has been so friendly and helpful, pointing us in the right direction for quick flu shots (which is required by Puppy Haven in addition to typical vaccines—I really love that they take this precaution), getting us set up, and patiently answering our questions. Today, our doggos were nervous when we dropped them off (understandably—there’s been a lot of newness thrown at them since we moved here two weeks ago!), and we were, too. But the webcams put us at ease when we saw them romping and playing and following the workers around for ear scratches. We could see how attentive and sweet the staff were, and we knew our boys were in good hands. At the end of the day, we got a report card for each dog and a cute little swag bag. Most importantly, though, we got back our two very tired, very hungry, very happy dogs. We are going back tomorrow, and I’m sure we’ll be back many more times. We are so, so grateful for Puppy Haven!
