I recently left my dogs, Dovah and Ripley, for a week stay at The Paw Pad. The staff was very friendly when I dropped them off. I had to have my friend pick them up, but my dogs definitely enjoyed their stay there. They were nice and happy when I returned home from my trip. It can sometimes be hard to reach them on the phone during business hours, but if you leave a message or keep trying, you will get someone. I'm sure they are just super busy with all of their daycare and boarding visitors! I would definitely recommend leaving your pups here. I'm going to take them to daycare soon!! Thanks, Paw Pad!!

The employees at Paw Pad did not hesitate to care for our babies! They were all so kind and considerate. They made sure we had everything we needed and have affordable prices. We will definitely be going back! Also, the girl with the tattoos was very attentive and helped us through any concerns we had!

My dog has shown improvements after attending doggie day care. I feel very comfortable leaving her every time I go on vacation. I am more than happy to know I have a safe place that will take good care of my sweet fur baby. The best part is you can get your dog groomed before you pick them up so she is clean and ready. My baby loves it there.! I could tell that lindsey and tonya are very loving and take great care of my fur baby because every time I go pick her up she doesn’t want to leave. She gets so excited when I drop her off. They are a blessing to have them.

The paw pad is a horrible dog center! They cut my dog and when we went home we looked at him and saw a huge mark under his chin. It was right at his skin. If the person who cut my dog cut even more I don’t know what would have happened to him. You think they do a good job when you check your dog at first but when you go home you will probably see cuts and marks on them! DO NOT GO OR CONTINUE TO GO TO THE PAW PAD!!!!

This place treats my dogs like the kings and queens they are. The professionalism is outstanding. Wonderful people and building. I could move hundreds of mile away and would still find a way to keep my babies here.

OMG!!!! what more can i say….. brought my babies there and the staff treated them like the queens they are. i just wanna give a HUGE shout out to Lindsay, Tonya, and Duwan for saving my life. at pick up, i tripped and fell (over my own feet) and dislocated my ankle. Lindsay and Tonya came running at me to help, stabilized my ankle and called my doctors office for me. Duwan (the most handsome man in the world) picked me up and carried me and my two golden retrievers to my car…. couldnt thank these people enough!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

My normal groomer is out of town, so I took Maude here. After almost 6 hours there, I pick her up and she has razor burns on her ears and belly from being shaved down too close to the skin. Her hair is patchy all over. She's a shih tzu and needs her inner ears shaved, but that wasn't done either. I told them to shave her short because she had mats, but this is ridiculous. Grooming isn't their main service, and it shows. On the bright side, it's cheap?

My baby Blaze, prior to staying at The Paw Pad, had never stayed in a boarding facility. I was very worried about boarding him because he has separation anxiety. After doing my research, reading reviews, and learning about Praying for Paws, I figured that The Paw Pad would probably be the best place for my pup. There just seemed to be a love for dogs at The Paw Pad. The onboarding/enrollment process was relatively easy, and despite my worries, Blaze seems to have done well in the facility. Surprisingly for me (because of his anxiety), he didn't seem traumatized or phased by his stay. He did have the runs when he got back, but that cleared up within 24 hours and was probably due to him being so anxious. I sure hope I don't have to be away from my Blaze anytime soon (he's my ????) but if it's ever necessary again, The Paw Pad is my first choice. Thanks!

I just picked him up around 12:15 or so. When I got there, they have a sign that says boarding is 24.95 a night but was charged 32.95 a night (im guessing because it was the weekend idk) I got there and I had to pay 99$ for everything. I called back and asked why it was so high. They said since I dropped him off late on Saturday it was an additional 15$ and I picked him up after 11:30 today and it was an additional 15$. I was not let know that I would be charged for those when I talked to them on the phone nor when I dropped him off. I picked him up and he was very excited to see me but when we got in the car I noticed he wasn't acting his normal hyper self. He's usually whining and carrying on but he's calm and he will try to whine but it sounds like he's can't breathe. Which ISNT NORMAL. I heard so many good things about them but I had a bad experience. Won't be taking him back. Also, the lady I talked to in person and over the phone was EXTREMELY rude!

My pet was still alive and accounted for but had the runs for two week afterward, and appeared to be overly stressed during his weekend long stay.

I have brought my dog there several times. He seems to enjoy it. However, a representative is consistently putting my dog on her personal TikTok and Snapchat without my permission. Also, there have been several occasions where I come to pick him up and when there are other people in the lobby, she seems never to lock his leash, lets him run out the door, and then walks away. My dog has very high energy and he is very friendly, and she has done it on a couple of occasions. The first time it happened, I thought maybe it was an accident, but it continued to happen every time I would pick him up and she was the representative at the desk. All the other representatives seem to be able to lock his leash and hand him over to me properly. Not sure of her motive, but it makes me feel uncomfortable to bring my dog back to this location.

This place is a joke, i had to board my dog here for about a month, the first two weeks were great, after that things went south, Lets start with the fact i had to call there every other day to check in on my dog to see if he had food. the staff has my phone number and i told them if my dog needs food to call me and let me know........ they told me he was out of food for a few days..... keep in mind they told me this after I CALLED, not even a few days later i caled up there to once again check in on my dog and thats when they informed me my dog has fleas AND TAPEWARMS!!!!!!!! When i spoke to one of the workers about why no one caled me all she could tel me was she forgot.......So now a week later AFTER i bought my dog med and gave it to him he STILL has tapewarms. i will NEVER be taking my dog there ever again.

They took great care of my roommates dog while on vacation, kept her phone going off with pictures of her dog and everything so easy when it was time to pick him back up.

My dogs love their days at the paw pad. I feel like they love my babies as much as I do. Staff is excellent and treat the dogs like family. You can not find a better place for day care or vacations.

I had a business trip that would not allow me to take my fur baby with me. This was the first time I've ever left her. The place appeared to be clean, the staff was friendly. Even though I was a bit leery, I left her for a few days. All seemed well. I then went on a back to back vacation and boarded her. After the fist vacation, I picked her up and she had serious diarrhea. I thought it was because I had changed her food, though she had eaten it a while back with no problems. A week later I boarded her with her REGULAR FOOD, she came home AGAIN with serious diarrhe, limp and very clingy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I will not be bringing my dog back to this facility. After 4 days of staying here my dog came home with diarrhea and was throwing up.! My dog has never been this sick before.!!! When I called the facility to ask them why this may be going on the lady responded “well he seemed fine when he was here”. Unacceptable, I will not risk my dogs health at this uncleanliness facility again. The building is old and it smells as soon as you walk in but I looked past that because I read some reviews that seemed good. Those must be friends.! Because this will never be a choice for us again.

Hearing a lot of these comments , a lot depends on the disposition of the dog and your own personality. I think the people in the front have always been kind, friendly and helpful. I have had our doggies stay there for years now. Never has there been a problem. Only thing is maybe diarrhea in dog and vet says it is dogs reaction to being away from us. I will continue to take my dogs there. The whole staff is great.
