Somewhat user friendly. Didn't find the information I needed, I'm guessing because the PetSmart that we used is permanently closed.

Banfield is a great place to help maintain your dogs health, but I would not recommend them for a dog that needs more attention because they are working with so many animals a day you lose the personal connection you get at other vets

The complete staff at the hospital are absolutely the best. It was a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. I came here as our regular vet had no availability for the day. They took great care of our 8 month old little boy. He said so! ???????? They may become our Primary!

The Vet was very knowledgeable every one seemed genuinely concerned about my little dog's discomfort. My dog is better now and I am happy.

Can I give it 10 ????? Dr. Porter is excellent! She explained everything to me about my dog in language that I understood. There wasn't any high pressure talk about what my dog needed and she called after hours to check on my Sadie. My Sadie hasn't ever been this wonderful going to the Vet! We didn't even need to muzzle her! Reception was excellent! And Miss D. (I don't want to fumble here trying to spell her name) was so good with my dog. The cost was great also and while the "insurance" was offered it wasn't pushed on me as I've had done in the past. I highly recommend this Banfield location. We dropped her off in the morning and picked her up around 330. We didn't even have fight her to put on the cone.

Never take your babies here! Went to get a couple of shots for my 4 month old Beiwer Terrier. Upon receiving him back from the doctor (Anderson) she states “he jumped off the table” but I checked all over to make sure he was fine.. blah blah .. they’re pretty resilient”. Excuse me? Why would you leave him alone on the table at all! He’s barely 4lbs! Thank goodness he was in no pain but how irresponsible of a “vet”. You should know better. They’ll never see my puppy again.

Please take your dog elsewhere. Always booked, never answers the phones and when they do you're on hold for 30-45min.

Great wellness plan, they are very busy so if your pet needs to be seen ASAP, I wouldn’t recommend.

I took my dog there for shots, and along with shots she contacted canine parvovirus, and died 4 days later???? #IssaNO4Me

They were not as customer friendly or functional as their counterpart in Morrow. They need to be better organized and Customer friendly: acknowledging Customer waiting at the front desk. Even only to say we will be right with you or hello!!

I did not have a good experience. My fries were not very warm.

Building my trust again with banfield. This is my 2nd puppy so let's see if they take care of him properly on this puppy plan. I had issues with them (Conyers) not banfield itself but conyers. Gonna give them another try. Employees change so lets ????????

I left my phone number on voicemail to make an appointment after no one came back on the line to schedule an appointment. No one called me back. Called twice the next day to make an appointment and put on hold. No one ever picked back up. No customer service.

Medication errors, twice the have dispensed the wrong medication

Every one is friendly and l appreciate the reminder calls when it time for my puppy moose check ups.

Terrible. This place is always crowded and treats your pup like a number. I also enrolled in their “wellness plan”. Don’t do it. They give you hell when you try to cancel it and it’s cheaper to go to a family vet. Trash.

Good pet care, however, the maintenance meds for my dog were not mailed as promised.

The vist and the ladies at the front desk was great. I have tried for several weeks to get a prescription filled for my Baer and still have not been able to get one. I have called several times and was told the prescription was submitted to chewy but that did not happen. CHEWY said they are having problems with Banfield sending over prescription.

The entire staff was amazing, especially the practice manager Mallory. I felt so comfortable leaving my baby Dora with them. Dora is my entire world, and I am always worried when it comes to her being away from me. Yall won my trust and loyalty for life. My black Labra-Dora thanks yall!

Took my dog in for a cough that developed suddenly. It was a Sunday and my normal vet was closed. Spent 30 minutes there for a $50 office visit fee and a recommendation to go see my vet when they reopen. They did say the could do X-rays but said they were $200-$300, they didn’t know how much the X-rays would cost. It’s a massive red flag when the people providing the service can’t tell you what it will cost. The vet who came out to give me the information had no badge or identification to even prove that she was able to practice.

The vet is always knowledgeable about my doberman and they give me the best recommendations for her. They staff is also very good about letting me know what my two dogs are due for. My only issue is I can never get my dogs in for an emergency appointment same day. This is more of a place just for vaccines and all that. But its great and convenient to be able to shop at petsmart and bring the dogs for their vet care.

It’s not worth the money. I’ve complained of possible allergies that cause my dog to have breathing problems for the last year and they have not done anything but suggest $60 allergy medication.

Pricey and long wait times. Try Eagles Landing Veterinarian Hospital as they provide great care, reasonable prices and affordable payment plans.

I love that they have the ability to work with you if you can't pay everything up front the payment pet plan is one of the best out there period and my dog loves interacting with all of the people there

I took my 3 MONTH old toy poodle to a 915 a.m. appointment today for 2 shots (his last round of vaccinations) and I was told upon the nurse taking him back that it would be 2 hours. I walked around the stores in the plaza for 3 hours, and went back to check because I never got a call saying he was done. I was then told it would be 3 before he was done! I was worried so I called back up there around 130 pm because he hadn't ate since 7am, and he's still a puppy, i was told he would be taken care of. No questions answered on if he would be let out to potty, or drink water, just he would be taken care of. I went back to the store at 445 pm (STILL NO CALL) and was told they had an emergency and thats what took so long. I then waited an additional 20 minutes (which is when I believe they gave him the 2 shots) before my baby was brought out to me!! THATS 8 HOURS THEY HAD MY DOG FOR 2 SHOTS THAT WOULDNT TAKE 10 MINUTES TO ADMINISTER!!! 10 HOURS HE WENT WITHOUT FOOD!!! THATS UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Humans don't even go that long without eating! And to add insult to injury, no one even addressed the issue even with me calling and asking what was taking so long! Super unprofessional, yet they take 60 dollars out of my account on time every month! I definitely wouldn't recommend!
