I love everything about this place...especially Eve. Makes us feel like family and they put up with my inability to keep an appointment.

I love this vet clinic! They are honest, helpful, and reliable. They can always fit me in, and are quick and thorough. I will not be taking my dog anywhere else. And Eve is the best!

We just started using this clinic and have loved every encounter! My boyfriend and I absolutely love our fur baby (duh), and we got her boarded and bathed here for four days. Of course, as soon as your drop off your fur baby to a new clinic for boarding, you get sad and can't help but wonder if your animal will be happy and safe. We picked up our doggie today and she seems so happy! She gets scared and nervous and you can sometimes still tell she was after picking her up, but she seems normal, calm and happy (just excited to see her parents!) Would recommend this place 100% to anyone like me who is extra paranoid with leaving their fur baby during vacation. Also, very nice and always nice to communicate with anyone who works here :)

I couldn’t be happier with their service. Amazing doctors. All the staff was so helpful to our family with our fury baby who had a hematoma. They took care of him and kept me calm and informed. Thank you Stephanie for helping through the process.

WMVC were extremely awesome in my experience. I was struggling to send me brother, who was stationed in South Korea, his dog Adidas. After about a month of struggling to get Adidas home, he finally made it there. The staff was completely patient, helpful and understanding. Many many thanks to you all for all the work that you do. Eve was awesome. She was there to help every step of the way and did not hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure Adidas made it home.

My family has been using west marietta for many years. When I adopted my dog they were quick to make a plan for her wellness and continued care. They are patient and answer all my questions, big or small. Their staff is kind, compassionate, and LOVE ANIMALS. They are truly a team of caregivers. All the staff have pets or just love animals and are quick to chat and tell you stories about their fur babies. Eveyone is so personable and make you feel so at ease. Any staff member you interact with will make you feel that you are heard and that their recommendations are what is best to keep your pup safe. My dog is a drama queen and a handful and all I am met with at my appointments is sweetness and patience. They are so sweet to her and never make me feel bad for her being high energy. No matter how your pal acts they will tailor their care to your individual pet. I am planning to use their boarding services and they have given me the best piece of mind about her "puppy vacation" with them. I can not thank them enough for such a great experience and I look forward to having my animals in the best hands possible for all their future care.

Took my 7 week old kitten up for an emergency visit (liquid on lungs and not eating) at 8am on Saturday and the nurse came out asked if I had an appointment I said No so she went to the next person who’s dogs nails needed to be trimmed Then told me they will not be able to see the kitten

We have been using West Marietta for several years for both veterinary and boarding services. Highly recommend them as that treat all our fur babies like their own.

They are a really nice and they took care my kitty after being turned away by two other vets.

I give them 100% for the great care given to my cat for over 8 years. The amazing employees, easy to make appointments, great atmosphere, and their love for all animals. If looking for a vet, this is the best place to go hands down.

Best veterinary care for my two fur babies love not only the staff and the doctors(although dr.joyce is my favorite along with dr.beasley) but the atmosphere as well there quick efficient and they really care about not only you but your babies as well reccomend 10/10

Thank you so much to these ladies for taking care of us. My girlfriend and I recently had to bring our cat in and were treated very kindly by the staff. Very professional! I wanted to know exactly what was going on and they let us know every step. Our little man is now comfortable. He's been diagnosed with diabetes but we are so happy that they gave us an answer. I have been a client with WMVC for many years and there is no better group of people on Earth to trust with your best friend! They took awesome care of my Shar-Pei, Smokey from the day he came into my life and they were really there for us when I had to make the decision to let him go. Their knowledge, skill, honesty and compassion are something I will cherish. Thank you so much, Eve! The paw-print was a beautiful gesture.

Love the women who works there, they take care of my animals and are not outrageously priced on services.

The staff is absolutely awesome! They were quick to work with us on appointment scheduling, and the need for both dogs to stay together.They explained everything they were doing, adressed all our concerned and were amazing when it came to questions. And they were able to help keep one of the our dogs who is highly stressed calm, a challenge no other office has been able to do. I would highly recommend them for older dogs and puppies!

Other than Eve at the front desk (she is friendly, knowledgeable and forthcoming with info and answers!) staff and doctor was impersonal and aloof. They took my dog out of the exam room and into some back area for each test and check. What is the point of the exam room if the dog spends more time away. Why not do the testing in the exam room? I understand if machines are utilized, but it should be done in the room with the owner. Never been to a vet office so closed out. Made me uncomfortable.

Groomer punctured my little dog’s eye! They refuse to reimburse me for documented expenses! I had used West Marietta Animal Clinic for several years, so I boarded my new sweet little rescue dog with them while I was on a trip. I requested that she be groomed before I picked her up. Unfortunately, during the grooming process, her right eye was punctured! It soon became infected and ultimately had to be removed. I understand that accidents happen....even bad ones like this. So while I probably have a claim for much more, all I asked them to do was reimburse me for my actual expenses for the eye treatments and enucleation (approx $1300), and I provided copies of my receipts. I have been polite and respectful in my repeated requests, but they have stalled and refused to respond.

I get really anxious about having to board my dogs from time to time, but my boys were very comfortable during their stay. One of them usually rubs his nose raw from the stress when I board them elsewhere, but this time he did not harm himself and responded very well. The staff were very kind and were easy to reach when I called to check on my pets. I really appreciate the care!

I had to wait for more than 1 hour for them to clean out my dogs ear from an infection. He was groomed there on Tuesday and the manager said that infections do not come from growing. They charged me $73,00 to treat his ear. I'll never go back or referr anyone to them.

I can't say enough great things about West Marietta Vet. I am an absolute obsessive dog mom and they always make me feel completely comfortable and give Dempsey so much love and attention. The whole staff is great, but I have to give a specific shoutout to Eve. She treats every pet as her own and truly cares about the clients. My first time visiting, I got a flat tire on my way to pick Dempsey up from tooth surgery and I called crying that I wouldn't make it in time to pick Dempsey up. They offered to stay late or board him for free. I ultimately got there about 30 minutes after closing and Eve was waiting with Dempsey. All this to say, TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. They truly believe in a "family environment" and will treat and take care of your pets better than any other vet.
