They are amazing! My poor dog broke out in hives from head to toe. I was a new patient there and it was a bad case so I knew I needed to get her somewhere quick. They squeezed us in, saw us immediately, and took amazing care of Bailey. Thank you so so much. Your newest customers ❤️

This clinic has been regular veterinarian for my dog and they are great. Professional, kind, compassion towards animals. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for one.

All I wanted was an estimated price quote for Spay/Neuter surgery, but I apparently have to book an appointment to get my cat evaluated/consultation so that I can get a price estimate. I just wanted a simple price estimate over the phone so that I can determine whether to go to AHS (which they gave me an online quote of $95) or shop around.

The front counter staff is super helpful, especially when I need an emergency visit. But today they suggested I fluorescent stain on my pups eye to find out if the swelling was due to an ulcer or a scratch in his eye. So of course I went ahead and did it because they said if not I’d have to give him non steroid treatment which could prologue his healing process, and could make his eye worse. But when the vet assistant came in she told me that just by looking at the color of the discharge from his eye she could tell it was an infection. So essentially he would’ve never needed the fluorescent stain is the vet had came in and looked at his eye herself. And even after an unnecessary test, all they could tell me is that it was due to an infection. They couldn’t tell me what kind of infection or what exactly caused it, so I could prevent it in the future. Just gave me an ointment to apply to his eye. I feel like they should’ve been able to give me more information on what caused his eye to look like this overnight especially since he slept at hime where he always does. He wasn’t exposed to a new environment which could have lead to this. And once again took him in for a lepto shot and was not told he would need to be seen by a doctor until the third time the shot was discussed. And they stated he needed to be seen by the doctor in case he had an allergic reaction but a minute after the shot was given the doctor told us we could go which didn’t make sense if we were told he needed to be seen by the doctor but gave no time to make sure he didn’t have an allergic reaction to it. So once again feels like they’re over charging for a service they weren’t even going to fully provide because they were saying we didn’t have to wait here, because it could take about 4 hrs for the shot to demonstrate a reaction to it. At this point it feel like they are making things up to charge more. Which is really devastating because I just want to make sure my baby is okay, which is why I keep paying it…

As a first time puppy mom, I have allllll the questions. VCA Terrell Mill has always been patient, thorough, helpful, and reliable. They always seem to truly care for my pups, Nala and Simba. I trust them and will not take my pups anywhere else.

Asked me to bring a dog to them that had their clinic’s name on the dog and then stuck me with the dog, in a storm, without transportation or money, and wouldn’t hold the dog in a safe kennel until Animal Control could pick up the dog.

Our dog was choking and this vet office was within walking distance but the doctor refused to take him. This was highly disappointing.

I definitely won’t go anywhere else. I came here because the day that I rescue my dog, Atlanta Human Society ask me to go to VCA for her first check. The staff is very kind, organized and the doctors are great. It’s also well located

As a prospective new client I expected and hoped as someone who doesn’t like taking their dog to the vet, nor being someone who agrees to pay for services before I know what they cost, I would have expected someone to greet and speak with me and walk me through services and their fees. Instead this vca is so woke I had to stand outside their window and talk on the phone to them. While they told me I had to pay 68.50 so a doc could visually look at my dog and then determine what they would charge later. I understand some things have to be diagnosed and can vary in intensity of treatment needed but a range would have been nice. I will be taking my business to someone who isn’t afraid to see and speak with me.

The facility is nice. However, they are overpriced and extremely late. If you're going to double the cost, at least be on time. They have tripled booked appointments and I am waiting for over an hour our for a scheduled appointment. 3pm is 4pm. I won't be back. This grave tardiness has ruined my work schedule and I'll be late for class. Shame on these "doctors".

The doctors and staff take very good care of our pets.

VCA Care is pricey. I was charged $25 fee because the card I had on file got lost. No one called to get an updated card. Front desk staff is not that friendly or helpful. There are better Vets to take your animal to

My dogs will never go anywhere else. Myah,prince,and Phoenix are all patients here. They have always taken great care of my pets and gone put of their way to meet both my financial restrictions and at the same time provide the best possible care to my pets. Every vet and every tech we have ever dealt with has been more then accommodating and so nice! They have taken such amazing care of our pets! I like them enough that I recommend them to family and my parents take their boy chase to see them too! My boy price had a life threatening injury and with out hesitation they got him in and saved his life!! I am forever grateful!

For 14 years they were Kit's only vet and we can't recommend them enough. They have been Beau's vet since he adopted us 6 months ago. Sadly, we are moving and we will miss everyone. Thankfully there is a VCA office near our new home.

I absolutely love this animal hospital! The staff is friendly, attentive, and so sweet to my pup. We both have an enjoyable experience every time my puppy visit.

I am registered veterinary technician, but work in a specialty practice. I recently found a 4 week old kitten, and he needed to see a vet who could treat him for diarrhea. The staff were nothing but professional from start to finish. I could tell that every person I spoke with genuinely cared for my sweet kitten, even though I was not yet an established client. The follow up call regarding his labs was great and timely. Thanks again, and I cant wait for you all to see baby Yoda grow up!

I always feel like I get the chance to ask my pets' doctor as many questions as I need. They work with you on scheduling and make sure you know the cost of everything up front and help you make the most cost effective choices for their treatment plan.

I love Dr. Marshall and the rest of the staff. They've been taking care of my Zola boo for 3 years now. She's always well cared for, even when boarding. She's never hesitant to get out of the car.

We are so pleased with VCA Terrell Mill! The staff is always so nice and accommodating. We have called several times with emergency-type situations, and the front desk listens well and makes sure that we can get our pet in the same day if needed. All of the vets are so professional and obviously love animals. We always know that they have our pets' best interest at heart.

Staff is great, here. Shout out to Dr. Louis and Erin the tech for great service! Dr. Louis really took the time to answer my questions and provide plenty of resources. Erin was very polite with my pup and overall provided good service, even though I couldn't physically go in due to COVID19 restrictions. I always feel like my pets are in good hands here!

They are the most compassionate group. Love everyone there, they are simply the best.????♥️♥️????

Really unhappy with how they're handling contactless appointments. Owners pull up to a side door and a tech grabs your dog from the side of your car. This obviously creates a stressful situation for a dog. Instead of taking their time, and making my dog feel comfortable, they rushed the appointment. When they called me to pull around to the side door to pick my dog up, they said he seemed extremely stressed and agitated during the appointment.......... no kidding. I have absolutely no control over my dog's behavior when I'm inside my car, outside in the parking lot. Not even allowing owners to walk up to the tech and hand off their dog is setting the dogs up for failure and exacerbating a situation that is, for many dogs, inherently stressful. They also did not perform the bloodwork I made the appointment for in the first place. Contactless appointments are totally understandable, but this facility is not taking the time and care needed to make animals feel comfortable while being separated from their handlers.

Love these people. They take such good care of our pets, and we have a Rottweiler rescue who is...difficult, to say the least. No problem, they work with us on a calming and sedation plan, and treat all of our pets (2 big dogs, 3 cats) as family.
