My appointment went beyond my expectations. I felt that tech and the doctor were super awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, caring and reassure me of my concerns. It was my first time here I am most definitely coming back

I bring both my pups to Thrive, Marietta. The Staff is the reason to go back. From Reception to Techs to Doctors, they are friendly and professional. Even when it comes to pain in the rear customers, like myself.

Easy to book, easy to check in, clean offices, caring staff and great prices! What else could you ask for? Thank you for taking such great care of my senior babies!

The quality of care & friendly staff is great. No complaints there. But the vet tech that helped us on my cats first visit mislead me to join the membership plan by saying I could cancel anytime and never saying it was a 6 mth commitment. I couldn’t have asked her any plainer when I could cancel and she was as clear as she could be in her answer that I could cancel “after a couple months if I wanted”. If the techs aren’t knowledgeable about the membership, they shouldn’t be making promises they cannot keep. You cannot, in fact, cancel. You still have to pay the entire amount for 6 months. I feel purposely mislead and there is no reason for it- she could’ve just answered truthfully when I asked so I could make an educated decision.

We have a dog that is strong and hard to handle when scared, he becomes stressed and aggressive. The tech and the vet at the Sandy Plains location did a great job of trying to keep him calm and never pushed him past his limits. They even offered sedation as an option to ensure that he gets his vaccinations and stays safe. We really appreciate the kindness and understanding!

Don’t recommend this place you can never get in touch with the office directly for any urgent matters. The call center will never connect your call to the office they always say they will send a msg. For someone to call back. No one ever calls back. Appointments always get canceled without notification. Definitely don’t bother going here. Price Is reasonable don’t know what’s up with the flow of the business.

I am visiting from out of town and had concerns about one of my dogs. Thrive is close to where I am staying and when I called they were able to get him in the next day. Our visit was very positive with the staff being incredibly friendly, helpful and taking very good care of my dog. If I lived in this area I would highly consider using Thrive as my dogs veterinary care center.

I loved my experience at this Thrive location. I could tell that both the doctor and staff truly cared about my pet. Would definitely go back!

Thank God for this place! I had never been to this Marietta location before and they saved my cat’s life. In particular a tech, I think named Joy, saw the look in my face & ran to the get the Dr. Everyone in the office showed true caring. Thank you!

Kind workers, they handled things well, even with a skittish kitty! Vet seemed knowledable and called back the next day with labwork. All in all a very nice experience!

Love THRIVE and love their membership (pays itself back especially with a cat who needs an exam every few months)! They always take great care of my cat & are very responsive and kind. Recently saw Dr. Finney and the Tech Hannah, they were great with Juniper!

I just had to leave a review j don't normally do this but I just want to say thank you to everyone at thrive. Today I brought my baby in because we noticed a mass in her mouth and they were all so sweet and understanding they fitted us into the schedule. When they told me the heart breaking news I was a wreck probubly looked like a mess crying and rambling and I truly couldn't get a grip on the water works. They treated with compassion and kindness and were comforting to me in a time I truly needed it. So to all you beautiful ladies today thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about Thrive Marietta! My dog Mary Lou had some serious health issues at the beginning of the year and I was very concerned we weren't going to get her through them. Dr. Donnerstag and the staff were patient, thorough, kind, committed, and also open to discussion to get to the root of what may be going on with my sweet furbaby. Through perseverance and honest communication, we moved forward with a care plan that brought my Mary Lou back to optimal health. The Doctor and staff always treated Mary Lou with such loving kindness - that I felt good about leaving her in their well-equipped hands. And I never felt pressured to spend money on needless tests. Dr. Donnerstag kept me well-informed of costs and potential outcomes. She recommended becoming a member - to save on every visit - and the savings became apparent immediately. Over my MANY years of being a furbaby Mommy, this is by far the best Vet practice I have ever had. I highly recommend! My deepest gratitude to Dr. Donnerstag and the wonderful Team at Thrive Marietta. Thank you!

I wanted to think this vet was good. Each time I have brought my dog they have acted as if they cared. They handled my dogs first surgery but shortly after my dog formed many masses. We were clearly concerned and every single time we tried to get to the bottom of what was clearly cancerous they were more concerned with the money and not my pet . I ended up taking her to the hospital where they were clearly able to see it was cancer. Long story short my dog is now suffering and maybe this could have been avoided if thrive was honest did there job and didn’t care about making money off of unnecessary blood work and ex rays!!!!!

Took my dog there for his vaccinations and the service was less than acceptable and very unprofessional. I called back multiple times to speak with SOMEONE/ ANYONE at this point and was told that no one was available because they were working on surgeries. It's two days later and I still haven't received a call back regarding my dog's vaccinations and booster shot. I would say this review is location specific, but it's not. When I called the main line again, I requested to speak with any location (I took the day off to get my dog's vaccine and was willing to drive to any location at that point), the customer service representative said that wasn't necessary and they'd call me back. Still no call.

This place is awesome! They r quick and efficient, are really caring with the all the furbabies. Very knowledgeable and respectful staff. The entire visit and experience was great from booking to follow ups.
