Great care for Patriot. The Best. Most outstanding staff, Dr. Smith has been taking care of Patriot for 9 years, During pandemic they were always safe and making time to treat Patriot , they have the best Vets and staff to keep your pet healthy.

Compassionate staff, professional and informative. They took time to explain when my pups went for several different things. I also like that they are reasonably priced. We have seen both Dr. Smith and Dr. Castle and have been happy with both. A+.

Our trip was amazing as always! I always leave with such good information about my dog and how to keep her happy and healthy. Union Hill Animal Hospital is a rare gem!

I brought my cat here with urinary issues and 2 weeks later my cat still has urinary issues. While having my cat treated he stayed twice for an overnight visit, I was asked if an employee could have my cat, Dr. Castle informs me my cat may have something more serious wrong with him...while laughing. After paying close to $300 and being asked to keep my pet there for longer than 26hrs I decided to cease treatment and pick my cat up. I spoke to the office manager, and Dr. Castle while waiting for my cat. Almost an hour later and 2 cops later, I was able to get my cat back. This office has no compassion, and no urgency for the pets they see or their owners. They take all the time they need, meanwhile I battle a crying child who misses her cat and I still can’t tell her what is wrong with him after weeks. Horrible experience from the clinical staff to the administrative staff. I would beg you to take your pet ANYWHERE else but here.

We went for our Frenchie, Olivia's, first visit and despite the COVID protocols, came away feeling like family. The staff was thorough, friendly and very informative. Olivia, who sometimes doesn't like people, and who had a few shots, seemed to thoroughly enjoy herself! We are looking forward to bringing our scallywag Frenchie, Thomas, for his first visit soon. Keep up the good work!

Unión Hill has been great for all three of our fur babies but especially for our Parker. The care that Dr Castle has provided has been amazing from laser to acupuncture to chiropractic treatment has helped our Parker tremendously. The staff and other doctors are just great and truly care about both us and our pups. So glad we have them to care for our pups!

Sweet practice with very detailed front desk taking time to explain everything needed for a successful 1st visit. I love that the doctors look at the whole pet both body and away from the doctor behavior. It was a thorough visit that felt taylored to my baby.

Doctor Diane and staff are the most caring people. My dogs have been with them for over 10 years. From new puppies to old age. She is kind and up today on procedures. It is nice to have alternative medicine. I feel that she kept my Draco a live for a few more years for me to enjoy him with Quality of good life. She found a liver problem with our Rudy that no one else found. I could go on. You can truth her and the staff. They are the best. I would vote them in for best veterinary office in Georgia.

They treat your pet like it is their own. We have used them since 1997 and never had a bad experience. They are awesome.

Great experience on my recent visit for labs and chiropractic adjustment. The staff is friendly and takes a personal interest in me and my pet, we were seen promptly, all my questions were answered, we were treated respectfully, and we were informed of the lab results in a timely manner. Well worth the drive from my home in Kennesaw!

Dr. Smith and the whole team have been so good to our pets and us! They always take their time to explain everything and I feel like a part of the family. They went above and beyond for me when my dog was injured last year and I will always be grateful for that!

The staff here are fantastic! They care as much for your pets as you do, and it makes for a great experience when you need some extra care.

They take excellent care of your animals, but they also care a lot about getting that dollar. You can make a simple appointment, but if you are close to yearly vaccinations they add it on with out asking if you can pay for it. The other day I went in for Lou's ear irritation and some extra meds while I was out of town expecting to pay $150 or less and then when I got back from my trip go in for her Vacs and annual.... Nah they piled it all on that day. I had to embarrassly leave my ID and credit card there while I left to go borrow $400 to pay the rest of my bill.

Our situation with our greyhound was handled very well, he was given a serious diagnosis. Dr. Castle is always kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The staff downloaded his x-ray onto a thumb drive for us to take with us. She also went the extra mile to call after we left the office to inform us of something she found when reviewing Mose's chart from a previous vet. The office staff is always friendly & helpful.

Union Hill Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your precious pets. We started going there when our puppy was 8 weeks old. The staff and Veterinarians have always given 100% of their time, knowledge, effort and kindness since we have been going there for nearly 5 years now. Our Goldendoodle has been treated like a king since he has been going there. The staff have gone way beyond our expectations by taking time to help me personally as a first time dog owner. Great pace to take your pet!
