We love Haven the Dog Spot! Well oiled machine. I'm so impressed with the staff. The process is seamless and my Bernese is in love with this place. We have boarded him here as well and this is the first time I have ever felt comfortable boarding. Ever! Even when we are not going that day he jumps in the car with excitement in hopes he is going to this daycare. First class experience and a very VERY happy (and tuckered) Bernese Mtn. Dog.

There is no better place for boarding or grooming in the Atlanta area. We’ve tried many, but have been loyal customers here for 5+ years. They did open a second phenomenal location, but when it sold to a large national chain during COVID, the new company couldn’t come close to maintaining Haven’s standards. The original location continues to be the best there is in this space. We have zero complaints and will never go anywhere else.

This place is absolutely a no I would never recommend this to anybody other then there awesome location I have 9 month old golden retriever puppy who goes to the dog park almost everyday and then we bring her here and they say she does not listen when my dog was about 6 months The owner told us my dog pulled down her manager to the ground it was just ridiculous I don’t know about other people but there is some big dogs that go there and if my 40 pound retriever can do that then I definitely don’t feel safe if anything bad was to happened there if the manager can’t handle a 40 pound dog that’s has no behavior issues worst dog day care I have ever heard of and been to only pros are the camera and the location and the price is fairly cheap but I personally would not bring her back even it was free

Nice place. Easy parking to get in and out. Staff is friendly. Our dog seems to be happy going there. They do have lots of dogs but they seem to have enough staff. On good days, they allow dogs to go out to outside playground and that is a big plus. Word of advice to mgmt: the webcam is a good addition. However in today's world, the low res view seems outdated. It should not be that much more to go to a higher res feed, and your clients would most certainly appreciate that.

The staff was so warm and welcoming! Tracy did an amazing job grooming my little yorkie that's not so easy to work with! They did exactly as I asked! Definitely bringing him here from now on!

Our Max loved this place. As soon as we hit the parking lot, he jumps up, tail starts wagging, and he is in a hurry to get in. When I pick him up, he is worn out. That tells me all I need to know. Plus three grooming they offer is very well done and very reasonable.

The staff is incredible and on top of everything and know all the dogs. They are particular which dogs can come play in the pack. My dog freaks out when I even mention Haven! She luvs it and is tired when she comes home. It is also the only place I'd board my pup, even though I love our vet. Because I know she'll get to play all day and get her own room with her own orange hammock and any toys from home!

There are quite a few dog daycares in the East Cobb area and we tried them all before finding Haven. Our dog, Gladys, loves it here and the ability to watch her on the webcams at any time is priceless. The employees are constantly interacting with the dogs and giving attention. We know through watching the webcams at Haven that our dog is constantly playing all day, which was not our experience with some of the other local daycares which keep the dogs separated for most of the day, only allowing periodic group play. Gladys comes home from Haven happy and tired which is exactly what we want. We really appreciate the staff here for taking good care of our baby.

I love this place! Take advantage of the package deal and take your dog more often. I take ours multiple times a week and she comes back happy and healthy. She’s extremely worn out upon picking her up and I can’t be a happier dog dad!

They take great pride in their safe environment at Haven. My pup got a little bump from playing his first day and the owner, Barbara, called up to check in on him the same day. Great customer service!

Love taking my dog here for day care! I feel good knowing that she is being socialized in a clean and controlled environment while I'm at work. The staff are so sweet to my dog and very attentive keeping an eye on them while they play. She comes home exhausted everyday which is also a plus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dog day care!

They take very good care of your pets while they are there. Also, while your pets are there you can check in on them via their cameras.

I was so excited... she has so much energy and had a blast . I know this because I watched the Webcam!! This was the best decision! They have an incredible team and I love that she's exhausted!

I take my daughters dalmatian there a couple times a week and he loves it. Is always standing by the door to get in while waiting for them to come get him :)

I work next door and very often I hear dogs braking loud and people yelling at the pets I also have heard slams on the cages the have in back patio ...

I watched my dog on the web cam walk in circles the whole time she was there. Anytime she'd interact with another dog it was broken up quickly. She'd come home and still have loads of energy. We tried it for 2 months. We went to another place where she could play outside and interact with other dogs, shes much happier now.
