APR has been wonderful for my slightly reactive pup. I can’t recommend them enough, they’re practically family.

When I boarded my cat here earlier in the year, there were no issues or problems. So I thought boarding him over the holidays would be alright as well. I was wrong. My cat was extremely stressed during this time around. I don’t think the staff was as attentive with him as before. Additionally, when they returned my care bag for him, I noticed that he still had 3 days worth of canned food in his bag, and there was another pet’s medicine inside as well. I get the overall impression that they were neglectful, didn’t know how to soothe a stressed out cat, and do not have a good system to monitor whose bag belongs to which pet.

I have never boarded my dogs until this past week so I was obviously a bit nervous. I loved the fact that they had a Meet & Greet before the boarding so that they were familiar with the place. My dogs came back happy, clean, and exhausted from all the fun they had. Despite being about 45 minutes from home, I will definitely be boarding with Atlanta Pet Resort again in the future!!

Our spoiled dogs love their vacations at Atlanta Pet Resort. The folks there are very affectionate and take wonderful care of our girls. Would not trust them with just anyone.

Unfortunately rate structure has changed. The expectation on rate and pricing were not made clear at time of booking. It’s a good practice clients are aware of what they are going to be paying and all possible available options to ensure misunderstandings, specifically for some of us who have been clients for over 5 years and are used to a particular rate plan. Given how expensive the resort is -there should be a portal with cameras and regular updates to owners. At this point we are unsure on continuing using the pet resort unfortunately. Despite all of this, if price is not an issue - the resort is clean and staff is friendly and professional.

We recently used Atlanta Pet Resort for the first time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the facility was nice. Our pup was happy to see us when we got home and was tired out from all the playing she did! My one suggestion would be maybe posting pictures or sending a check-in text/email during the stay. We were nervous leaving our pup for the first time and it would have made the experience even better if we heard from APR about how she was doing while we were gone. All in all, we would definitely bring her back the next time we need to board.

We were looking a doggy daycare as we’re visiting Atlanta. Had to book them on the day of and I am so glad they were available! My dogs are a little skittish and one of their staff was so compassionate and sat on the floor to comfort my dogs as we were registering. Everyone working there seemed to genuinely love animals. If we’re ever driving by Atlanta again, we’re definitely confident in leaving our dogs in their care.

I am 72 years old with the first ever experience of away from him dog care. I love, love ,love this secondary home for Ms. Nini and she loves it as well. The staff are personable, beautiful and very respectful people .The eyes light up when they see Ms..Nini and Ms. Nini runs to then when she see them. The Staff seem to care as much for their jobs and the pets. Atlanta Pet Resort is very professional , time sensitive to the meals and outdoor outings. They give reportcards. I cannot say enough about them. Thelma

I wish there was more than 5 stars for me to give. I’m not sure if my dogs love Atlanta Pet Resort more than they love my dogs but it’s close, they come out to greet our babies, it makes our hearts so happy to leave them with caring staff, clean facilities, good food and wonderful company on their supervised playtimes twice a day. I’ve used other boarding places and it’s been like leaving them at the pound and always broke my heart but when we drop them off at Atlanta Pet Resort it feels like leaving them with family.

My Bleu has been attending Atlanta resort for a while now and he enjoy it very much gets excited once he enters through very door .

We have been using APR for many years and have found them to be a caring, professional staff that treat our four legged children as if they were their own. The dogs love going for visits and boarding. I can’t express how great a team they have assembled.

I use Atlanta Pet Resort to board my dog whenever I travel. My dogs pulls on her leash to get inside when we pull up. She loves being there. I am a longtime customer and drive over 30 minutes to board there because the service is excellent. It is a well run family owned facility. I can travel with peace of mind because I trust Atlanta Pet Resort.

I’ve been bringing my dog, Chance, to Atlanta Pet Resort for about 4 years now and they are simply amazing. They are incredibly patient and loving with my dog when he stays for boarding. As an anxious dog mom, I’m always at peace when he’s in their care. I highly recommend this business!

They took awesome care of my 4 dutch shepherds over a week this November. I know they can be a handful. Communication was great! Care was great, And I would have loved to give them 5 stars. Unfortunately after arriving home two of my dogs presented with upper respiratory infections which has required a vet visit, medications, and pulling from training for two weeks. We were to trial second week of December and this really puts us back. ????

Took awesome care of my baby during Fall Break. They definitely treat your pet like family. You won't be disappointed!

They took good care of my girl. It was the first time to leave her and I had to call to see how she was. They posted pictures of my girl on Instagram so I could see she was doing good.

I was really worried about boarding my dog for the first time. She was what I though “high maintenance” but they helped me understand every single process they complete to make sure every dog is cared for with love. They treat them like their own. I went and did a walk in visit and they had their doors opened for me to see where my dog would be staying. They have a CLEAN environment. The only thing is that if I wanted my dog to have play time with other dogs it came with an additional cost for each playtime. My dog is a Jack Russell and if she does not have her play time frequently, she will start acting up. But even then the staff came up with suggestions that worked perfectly. I was so happy to see my dog in a few FB posts where she seemed happy and was capture running (her usual self, which was a great sign). Overall it was a pleasant experience. Totally would board with them again and would recommend.

Michelle and Craig the owners run probably the best boarding facility you will find in Atlanta. They are super friendly and do anything they can to help with getting your due kids taken care of. This is really an example of how every business should be.

Atlanta Pet Resort is the best place to take your pets for boarding. The owners truly care about each and every pet, and hires staff that treats your pet like their own. I had an Akita mix, that greatly struggled with new people as well as other dogs, due to abuse she suffered before we adopted her. Atlanta Pet Resort went above and beyond, treating her with nothing but kindness each and every time she stayed. They worked with me to give her individual play times that allowed her to enjoy herself, but not scare other dogs. They would constantly post pictures of how much fun she was having on Facebook, ensuring me that she was in a great place. They were diligent to keep up with her toys and made sure she had them each and every play time. Despite her struggles, they made her love visiting. They understood her boundaries and respected the issues she had, and never made me feel like I had a bad dog. When she passed recently, they sent us a very heartfelt card that expressed their sadness for us. I truly felt like they cared about my dog, despite her being an extremely difficult dog to work with. I am so grateful for finding them, and highly recommend them. I will continue to use them for all of my boarding needs.

Super sweet staff. My Pug Bella loves it everytime she stays. I love how they post pictures of your dog so you can see how they're doing.
