Thank you so much for coming out to put Rosie at peace. Our regular vet was sick and you responded almost immediately changing your schedule to help us. We certainly did not expect Rosie to go down yesterday evening. Thank you again

The dr here answered my phone call and gave me advise about how to help my choking horse even though we were out of his service area. No other vet in my area would answer and help.

I took Princess here to have her spayed. They took good care of her and her surgery went well. She healed nicely.

We love Plantation Centre! The vets, vet techs & staff are amazing! Our Jojo loves them all. One of the best perks is that they have after-hours care for furbabies that are established patients!! That means alot, because in the past I have spent 'alot' of money at an after hours vet in WR. Prices are reasonable for the area.

I do not recommend. I took my dog for vaccination and the vet told me that my dog had some tumors and needed and emergency neutering. The front desk lady told me that it was $370 for neutering, ekg and blood work. The day of surgery I was told it was $500 for the same procedure they told me the day before. The day of the surgery when I arrived to pick him up, they told me a different amount. They kept adding stuff to the bill and I end up with a total of $700 for a $300 procedure. I understand what the do for a living, but cheating their patients is extremely unacceptable.

The front office staff is very unfriendly, When you approach them at the desk they don't even acknowledge that you're there, When you do engage them they make You feel like you're inconveniencing them, Maybe they're just very unhappy in their job? On the other hand,the only reason I stay at this location is I really like the doctor who oversees my pets.

We've been using plantation centre for years now. Dr. Brown is an amazing and caring Dr. We take our snakes there. All of the staff are amazing, understandable, very passionate about their patients. They really do treat you like family. As of now, I've had to take one of our oldest and my dearest snake Lucie. Her and her team has done everything that they can do, even ereaching out several vet specialists and surgeons in the surrounding states... But unfortunately, there is nothing anyone can do, so in the morning 10/10/202 @8am, we will be forced to say goodbye to to my sweetheart, Lucie ????????

Huge shout out and thank you to Dr Jeff Davis. Really cares about animals, the pet owner and works with farm animals. One of my Kunekune pet pigs has an infection and he was kind and took the time to educate me on what to do. I appreciate the plan and advice provided and look forward to reaching back out in the future.

Best vet experience I've had. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and were able to get me in same day after finding a pup on the side of the road. I have been taking my dog here for years before this experience and never had any issues.

We recently moved to Macon with our three fur babies. Our youngest needing the rest of his puppy shots along with check ups on the older two. Dr Lee was amazing, kind, thorough and informative. Their staff were are all extremely friendly and they met all of our expectations and more. Best veterinarian experience for our whole family.

Would not let me bring in a kitten that had been thrown from a car ahead of me & bleeding because they’re booked with non emergency appointments all afternoon. I hope this poor kitty makes it till Greenwood opens at 3pm.

Kind, caring, reasonable, and professional. A non-corporate clinic that does the right thing always. Dr Davis is great with explaining the care plan and making our girl well.

Dr. Brown has been treating all of my dogs and cats for about 8 years now. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. In emergency situations they almost immediately respond to the pets needs. You will get the absolute best care for your babies. The prices are about the same as other professional vets.

Not clients, simply as we have been clients of another vet for a very long time. Have heard great things from friends who are clients. Needed a vet only special food when we realized we had none this morning (our vet is not open on Saturday's now). They were incredibly understanding and helpful. Based on reputation and this experience, this is clearly is a very empathetic and exceptional facility. Thank you for your invaluable help today.

The office here was very clean and inviting, and they were very Covid-19 safe, seeing only one client at a time, with masks. The tech was caring and professional, and handled my cat with care. He explained things clearly and provided me with a detailed breakdown of procedures and costs. The vet was professional. He was clear and concise, and made me feel at ease. Testing went quickly. The cost was a bit surprising, but probably pretty normal. Overall, I recommend this location and will be bringing my pets back in the future

I want to thank Dr. Cindy Brown and her staff for all they did to try to save my 17 week old border collie pup. They were very loving and caring to both of us. And went above and beyond care when we finally made the decision she should be put down.

Negligent action led to the death of my best friend. I was also billed for stuff that never happened or things I never received. A part of the bill was for medications and discharge materials after being told he would be fine. I never was able to discharge my dog from there because he passed the next morning after he was left there unsupervised with a hole in his diaphragm and lungs that they “missed” and passed away about 2 hours after I was notified the next morning that he “took a turn for the worse”. The Vet that treated him when we first came in(was informed that is was Dr. Lancaster) was extremely rude; blaming the reason on him being attacked on me not having him fixed, walked out and let the door slam behind her. She was the negligent one that couldn't detect TWO MAJOR issues and never even showed up the next day as she was on vacation and still to this day she has not reached out and we have not spoken since that morning. The vet that took over the next day said he was not sure how it was missed and showed me the Xrays and tried to be as helpful as he could. I truly wish we would have received attention from him to begin with. No one looked after him over night and found him in the morning barely breathing. So, I never received the things I was billed for and their negligent actions led to Bobo passing away. I received 1 bill in the mail for items and materials I never got a chance to receive and was turned over to collections after I already paid over $700 the day of the incidence, The absolute negligence led to him passing and I was turned over to collections.
