We adopted a puppy that had parvo and the staff and Dr. John at this clinic were beyond amazing. They stayed in touch with me to let me know how she was doing throughout the day. They were kind to us and upfront and honest about everything from the beginning. They saved our pup. Bailey thanks you!!!

I have been carrying my dogs here going on 12 years!! Every Dr. I've seen at this clinic have been beyond wonderful and caring to my babies. But unfortunately I can not say the same about the front desk. Today (01/07/2022) I walked in for one of my dogs cleaning and the two girls in the front didn't say anything when I came in, after I told one of them what I was here for she just stared at me as if I shouldn't be talking to her, she was Very rude and had a nasty attitude. The other one just turned her head away and laughed. Shortly after another person came in ( of different race) and was greeted with respect! They never even called me to let me know that my dog was waiting to be picked up ( which they usually do) I had to call them and got there 1 hour before they closed thank god! I never experienced this type of disrespect here but after today i don't think this is where I want to bring my babies anymore because the front desk is a absolute joke and the quality of the service have went out the window! Please train your people to have manners and how to deal with people or hire a new team

I have never had a marginal experience with the staff or Vets at Memorial Drive Vet Clinic. Several are long time friends. You will not go wrong with their care or concern for your pets. My Sam is a 4.9 yo Black Mouth Curr/Terrier mix and and has had some unique physical issues. Dr. John and Dr. Jeff resolved them successfully. They explained the issues clearly and helped us through her recovery.

They are very kind and professional in providing the services needed. They will accommodate you and your pet with compassion. They are understanding of the anxiety one of my pets suffer. He is hard to handle but they make his visits easier for him and me. I love this office and their staff.

I have been taking my 6 month puppy since she was a couple months old to get her first vaccines and the doctors were very nice… until my last visit 11-09-2021!! Ms.Miranda Rawlins a vet I had never met at this visit was very rude to me and raised her voice at me. She had no right to be so nasty this day. Every time I go to this clinic I get a new Vet so I never spoke to a consistent Vet. Luckily this day I saw that rude nasty lady it was my LAST time bringing my puppy to this ghetto vet. I have never felt so disrespected in my life by a professional. No one should be treated in such a manner under any circumstance.

I always take my pets there, great vet! Even when I call just to ask a question they will help me out and it not always just bring them in. My dog ate some grapes and they told me what to do. They are so helpful. I call ahead when I need some medication and they will have it ready when I get there.

They were so kind and caring when we had to put our dog to sleep. They were amazing. Thank you all.

I had to have my furbaby put down. It was extremely difficult. But the staff and Dr were so compassionate about everything. Helped me get him in and out the car due to his size.

I have been using this vet for a long time and yesterday (11-22-21) was the first time I have used them for an end of life. My Bill was 15(almost 16) and had lost his quality of life. From my first phone call inquiring the next steps, the receptionist on the phone listening to me sob, to Dr.Barlow and the sweet vet tech who explained everything to me and then waited for us to tell Bill we loved him as he took his last breath I can not recommend a better vets office. Thank you all for being so patient with us and allowing Bills whole family to be with him while he crossed over. It truly means a lot !!! Mattie Edwards and Family

I came in on 12/7/2021 to see what was going on with my foxhound. Unfortunately it resulted in euthanasia. I couldn't have asked for a better staff. They were so patient and kind even while I was sobbing the whole entire visit. Dr. Flanders was absolutely amazing and the receptionist gave me a hug afterwards and I just felt so loved and important there, and I also felt the love they had for my boy.

I truly love this veterinary clinic. They are top notch.

The staff here are professional and above all very kind! I had to take my dog in and was seen quickly. Never once did I feel rushed or like "just another number". The Vet took the time to explain everything that was going on with my pooch and even went so far as to take us back and explain the x-rays my dog had to have. They really treated me and my dog with concern and care. I will never take my critters anywhere else again! Thank you Dr. Flanders and staff! You guys are the best!

We brought a kitten that we rescued in due to him not feeling good for several days . They got us right in and were incredibly kind, caring, and reasonably priced. Both the vet himself and the technician were fantastic. We highly recommend them!
