The staff was great and very helpful and accommodating on short notice. I appreciate Dr. Bettis for her hard work and compassion for my dog.

I took two of my dogs on Wednesday and had the absolute best experience! I encountered nothing but friendly faces, and felt that the staff truly cared about the health and wellbeing of my babies. Dr. Bettis went well above and beyond in trying to diagnose the issues with my older dog, and even celebrated with us when we got negative Heartworm test results on our newest little rescue dog! She took the time to explain test results to us and made us feel at home. Prices are very reasonable as well. We will definitely be bringing all of our pets here in the future!

People were frendly and attentive. Service was fast. Our dog looked great.

Vets are very thorough, knowledgeable & experienced.. Everyone there is courteous & compassionate.

I have had three of our dogs with Dr. Ho for years and have always been pleased with the compassionate care provided. I appreciate Dr. Ho's conservative approach and gentle manner. His number one priority is the health of the pet and does not try to push expensive procedures. I like the fact that he is well trained in alternative therapies like acupuncture. April, Jamie, and all of the staff shower my babies with love when we have a visit. I can't imagine using anyone else. He also does a lot to help rescues who come in with dire situations. Top notch in my book!

Came to my 1st appointment 15 minutes early and called to let them know I was there (during Covid-19) but was put on hold for 20 minutes with no explanation. I left and they never even called me back.

We took our 5 week old kitten in on Tuesday for a wellness check. They told us she weighed only 15 ounces and was dehydrated but offered no real solutions for the dehydration other than wet kitten food. We called today because she was failing miserably. When I called, Jamie told me they had no openings. I explained that it was an emergency and she offered zero help. She couldn't even give a referral. Hopefully we got her in for emergency care in time but her condition is poor, at best. If you love your animals, please use another vet. None of our animals will darken their door again!!

I am so very grateful to Forsyth Road Animal Clinic and Dr. Ho. My 9 month old puppy had been to our regular vet but needed specialty care. FRAC accepted us on a moments notice and treated my very sick puppy. My puppy is alive thanks to them.

I've called them at two different times because I need to find a good vet for my dog - today, and approximately a year ago. Both times, I was so put off by the way the person was on the phone call, that we didn't even get that far. I guess they're saving me the time and expense of going in for a visit.

I contacted this company to inquire about getting a vaccination for a dog I adopted. I had used their services for another dog I adopted in the past. The receptionist was very unfriendly and acted as if I was bothering her by even contacting them. I was answering her questions to the best of my ability as I am not the original owner of the dog. She made very crude and rude remarks in response to my questions. I would encourage the owner to train the office staff to properly greet and respond to their customers in a warmer and more inviting tone instead of being condescending. As a result of the treatment I received, I decided to use another company.

I can second and vouch for these poor reviews on the customer service,pretty much identical. I too was "hung" up on while explaining the situation and after being asked which vet I normally use, then suddenly, they are "full" and can't see me. I asked her if she knew how rude and arrogant she is coming across to me and she said no. Worst customer service ever...

Jamie who answers phone was rude and hung up on me as I was trying to get records faxed. Her customer service skills were abysmal. Will not be back.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and at a VET HOSPITAL!! The receptionist, Janie, was extremely rude and couldn’t bother giving me the time of day when I went to pick up my kitten. She explained the bill wrong twice and got “huffy” with me when I questioned it and when the phone rang while I was asking her a question she ignored me to have a conversation with a client instead of asking them to hold. Mind you, I just wanted to know if the bill was correct and if my kitten was healthy. First and last time I will ever use this sad excuse of a vet clinic.

The customer service from the desk clerk was absolutely deplorable. Jamie was very rude every encounter that i have had with her. the last one especially. She was so rude, it made my puppy upset and he viciously barked at her to keep her away from me. She waved her finger and was very disrespectful towards me and my dog. every time i have gone there, she has tried to schedule more procedure for my dog than needed. make me feel as if i don't know how to take care of my dog. i have taken my dogs care to another vet and i will NEVER come back to forsyth because of miss Jamie at the front desk. I have taken him to another vet but because of covid-19 i wanted to make sure this procedure we were close to home. NEVER AGAIN! i will make that far drive to another vet to make sure my baby is ok. Jamie is a rude individual who does not treat customers with respect.

My dog cut his legs on glass. Called Forsyth Road Animal Clinic to see if they could see him. As soon as I started explaining the situation, they hung up. Thinking it was an accident, I called back. I was hung up on again. The third time, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up. To be fair, it was 2:30pm on 12/31/19, but they could have still answered and told me that they could not see the animal or they could have referred me to an emergency clinic. This type of rudeness is inexcusable.

Our Willie is well cared for at Forsyth Road Animal Clinic for years. Wouldn't want it to change.

Dropped off Puppy that Lisa & I Rescued off Holley Rd. About 1/4 Mile from our House in Lizella,Georgia... Put Out on Thursday Afternoon March 21 2019... We do not Believe this Puppy would have made it through the Night ....Very Cold & Dangerous Area with Coyotes, Owls & Other Predators... We are Thankful that this Photo is at Dr. HO'S Office & Getting his First Treatment ... Then Libby Walthall will be taking him to Libby's Lounge until he is Adopted... "All Lives Matter in Our Family " !!!

Great place to take your pet

Brought our Shar Pei to see the DR. Dog would cry when picked up with hand under stomach. Dog has never been this way, Dog always wants to be near us, but spent the night in other rooms of the house, lots of vomit, at least 5 times. Dog was sick and suffering from adominal pain. Dr. Diagnoise "dog is very dominat, don't like to be picked up" ...... I understand that maybe you could not tell what was wrong and that the X ray maybe showed no foregin objects, but if that is the case state this. Do not lie to our face and say. "Dog is very arrogant." Terrible Dr.S. for all i know they misread the x ray.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. Dr Ho is an excellent vet and the assistants always take good care of my dogs when I board them here.

Only been here once but they gave us great service and my demon dog actually gave the tech a hug.

Staff are wonderful and genuinely care for the well-being of your animals!

Very friendly & efficient staff. Our trip was quick, insightful, and painless.

Clean, fair, professional. Would definitely recommend this hospital.
