Wonderful vets. Really care about our pets

The genuine heart felt compassion displayed to my pets and the top notch veterinarians and staff is why I bring my pets to NGAH.

They treated us and our fur baby like family! This vet clinic is very very clean and everyone's professional while still making sure to keep the fur baby as comfortable as possible. They don't drain your bank account either....all in all, we were very satisfied with the services provided by north Griffin animal hospital oh! Can't forget to mention...they helped us save our fur baby when he had parvovirus! Stop in and see for yourself.

The staff is AMAZING!! They having been taking care of all of my fur babies for years. I am so blessed to have caring people who truly care about the health of my pets who to me are my children. Very nice and caring staff. Prices were reasonable. Wasn't a rush in and rush out, took their time and got to know my pitbull (he's been raised a lover not a fighter) and gave him plenty of caring attention. By the time we left he was happy and I was as well with the service and prices.

This was the place I've taken my pets too for quite sometime. So of course naturally I called several days ago to make an appointment for today. Keep in mind my puppy is only 12 weeks old so I dont sit him on the ground of their facility, therefore we sat in the car to wait. I was told it would be only few minutes. We ended up waiting over an hour sitting outside before I had to ask when we might be seen. The front office staff girl was flat out rude and awful in regards to how she handled my question. Needless to say I left, and will be switching to another place. All because of an I'll-mannered receptionist. This is a demonstration of not having commitment to caring for animals, meeting the expected standards nor showing compassion, sensitivity, or hospitality. That said, even if I have to contact the veterinary state board or whomever, I will make sure my complaint is heard. To the comment under mine from the "owner" I was not told anything regarding "a sick pet" if that's the lie you want to tell then you go right ahead. In fact, I was actually told that you had too many people and couldn't help. I stand by my statement when I said the staff is incompetent and I'll-mannered. I believe I also said I was taking my services elsewhere so you telling me to not return was pointless. The way you just displayed yourself is a clear indication for people to see that they too should avoid North Griffin Animal Hospital..

My baby had an earache for months that wouldn't heal with meds from another vet, I finally took her to North Griffin Veterinary hospital, and they were wonderful! They found out exactly what the reason was and how to treat her infection! I havent seen my baby happy and playing in months until I took her to them. Now shes happy and out of pain! Thank you so very much to the doctors there at North Griffin Veterinary Hospital!!

We absolutely love our vet (Dr. Lexie) and all of the staff at N.G.A.H. Dr. Lexie has been taking care of our pets/service dogs for years. I highly recommend NGAH to provide care for your furry family members ????‍???? ???? we won't take our fur babies to anyone else!

Other than not being seen at my appointment time, everyone was nice and really treated my animal well.

We are breeders and have been to two other area veterinarians, and I have to say by far this is the most caring and affordable vet that we have been too. They make our puppies and us feel so special with each and every visit. Normally you cringe when you go to the vet but we actually look forward to seeing this staff and the owner. Keep up the great work.

These people are so friendly. My German Shepard is taken very good care of here. They are more about the pets health than the dollar.
