Took my dog for an eye injury. They were professional and responsive, gave me the needed medication and scheduled a follow-up appointment to check on her 2 days later. Decent pricing, the whole experience less than $100. Thanks!

This vet gave my cat a rabies vaccine and dewormer twice when they were not supposed to, then gaslighted me when I questioned them. Each appointment also took approximately an hour and a half (not an exaggeration) and I never once saw an actual vet in any of my 4 visits. Some of the most frustrating interactions of my life. Thank goodness my cat did not have an adverse reaction to a double rabies vaccination and I have since been refunded.

I woke up yesterday to my dog vomiting blood so I rushed him to the emergency vet. I was unable to get them on the phone for awhile and once I got there they wouldn’t see my dog after I drove a hour to get there. My dog was actively vomiting blood in the parking lot. They did not see that as an emergency. I walked up to the door with my dog and tried to hand them my dog and they said they can’t take him. The girl I spoke to told me to just try somewhere else. So at this point I am a few hours into this as my dog was starting to not respond as well. This vet did not send anyone to actually look at my dog until I said to give me my cards back. It was very unprofessional and the way I was spoken to over an emergency was unbelievable. I do not recommend this vet. I ended up driving to Warner Robins and they came out immediately to look at my dog. Do not waste your time here for your babies.

Excellent care! From the first phone call when Stephanie asked intelligent and earnestly interested questions and worked us in for an emergency appointment to their after discharge instructions and follow up our whole experience with Hudspeth's Animal Hospital was wonderful. Lisa and Christie were spot on with their caring attitudes and professionalism and knowledge and Dr. Saul Mofya was very nice, patient, intelligent and genuinely thorough with his explanation to me about the cause and care needed for Elmo's condition, pancreatitis. I've been in the medical field for 43 years and I recognize compassion and competence and know that we received some of the best caregivers and care. Thanks again for your time, excellent care and your compassion. Elmo, his "best friend" Bella and his "Mama" and I all send our love and thank you Y'all!!!

I called Hudspeth Animal Hospital during emergency hours concerned about my dogs skin (it was turning black) they told me the emergency price up front ($115). They told me to go ahead and get there so I could check in and get my dog looked at. They were doing curbside and kept checking in on us while we were waiting (it was a long wait because they were very busy). All the staff was very professional and very informative about what was going on with my dogs skin. I would definitely recommend them!

My dog rely on vetmedin for her heart . How can you have meds on back order when everyone else has it. I can not even buy from my vet. They always give me about 5 or 10 when I have to use chewy who has it. I have seen them take a box to a car when I was sitting outside waiting on my dog. I have a care credit card that chewy do not take. So I am paying 96.00 dollars. When I call the vet to buy some the receptionist Casey always act like he is going to check and never leave his chair. I hate to be lied to. I thought they where a good vet. But now I see who they give and don’t give. Please keep your money in your pocket that’s all I can say. And Casey treated me the same way when he worked at petsmart bansfield. Thanks a lot for killing my dog.

Dr.Jules is the only vet so far that I have used and spoken to directly to discuss the illness and remedy procedure before anything is performed. I find he is an honest and a caring veterinarian and the staff are very sincere and courteous

I had an emergency with one of my cats, Ginger, who wasn’t breathing right. They took her in as an emergency patient and with their treatment and the antibiotics they gave me, she’s already getting better. I was panicked and discombobulated but their expeditious and professional care has put me and my little fur baby in a good place now. I thank them for their help immensely.

My cat was having issues with his bladder. We thought he had a UTI, turns out he had struvite crystals in his bladder. It was pricey to get him a shot, x-ray, and for the vet to even see him. However, he is doing much better now and they gave us a prescription cat food for his bladder. The wait time was also quite long and we weren't allowed in the building.

The staff is great !! My cat woke up with a terrible ear infection and could barely walk . I called the hospital and they were booked solid . Upon hearing what was wrong with Buddy they worked him into there schedule without any hesitation. There service was excellent and pricing was very fair. I would recommend them to every one !!

Disgusted with this place!!! My outdoor cat just came up she is foaming/drooling from the mouth and her throat is enlarged, you can tell she is having trouble breathing I literally just called the afterhours seeking help but the entire visit has to be paid upfront and it's already $115.00 just for them to see her, and that's all the money I have and I was informed that if that's all the money I have then they will only be able to see her nothing else! I thought yall were suppose to help and save animals life's, but no it's all about the money!!

Honestly I feel like this place is just trying to take advantage of people and get as much money as they can out of all the people that are already struggling to keep their animals alive or well. I brought my dog in yesterday, it was $115 just for the exam. I was given a printout of how much it would cost for her to have some antibiotics and a shot, was also given paperwork on a skin condition. No info was given about her exam for a mammory tumor which was the reason I brought her in... Still I came back the next day for her shot and antibiotics. Today it's completely different people, everyone's acting like they don't know what I was told yesterday, gave me a print out with completely different prices wanting to charge me $100 extra for the same thing I was told yesterday. Then blamed it on "the new girl" and "she shouldn't have told me that"... I politely asked for my money and my dog and will never go back there again !!! Completely unprofessional, there is no communication whatsoever between the staff, information concerning my visit wasn't presented and this business isn't even accredited thru the BBB !!! How are you even running this Clinic, oh I know, charging $115 to give people bad news but offering help for an outrageous price !!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!! Thank the Lord that Gordon's is still up and running cause that's the only place I trust !!!

Wow! My experience with this business was amazing. My Sphynx cat was attacked by our dog and very badly injured (head injury) our poor baby was in an out of Hudspeth for a whole week after the incident. The staff at Hudspeth was so attentive to my cats needs as well as my helicopter mom needs. Consistent with calls and checks ins to me about her progress. So thankful for their help during this very hard time. Our kitty is doing so much better since the attack last Sunday. I would like to thank the whole staff but especially warmly thank Dr. Brandon, Logan and Misty as they went above and beyond when it came to caring for our baby. I would recommend this vet to anyone. Well deserved 5 star review!

I waited 2 & 1/2 weeks for an appointment. I explained at the time how worried I was about my dogs allergies & his skin. They told me to bring his records, but I couldn’t get to them (they fell behind the file cabinet). He had on his tags & up to date proof. They said I had to get a rabies shot from them regardless & refused to see him. For over 2 weeks they could have told me this and I would have had Gordon Vet email them. My time is always crunched & I run crazy as a single mom, so I was a little late to my son’s soccer game for nothing and I’ve never even missed a soccer practice. They did not care about my Brownie, even after showing them how bad his allergies & skin are right now. It was an unethical money scheme what they were trying to do and hope no one falls for it. They pulled the card of refusing to see him unless I signed a treatment plan for a rabies shot when the proof was in front of them and it hasn’t been a year. Please, please be smart about what they are saying….they are literally milking people for money when it’s completely unethical

It was Labor Day weekend and my pet had become very I'll with enteritis. He had been seen and treated earlier in the week by his usual vet but was worsening. His normal vet would not respond to my calls and l was frantic. So we traveled to Hudspeth. Although the visit was long my baby had his meds changed and a thorough exam and is now well and happy again. It was expensive (maybe overly so) but that didn't surprise me. I was pleased with the care we received.

We had an appointment. But we still had to wait an hour and a half. We had an emergency as well. Granted they had emergency's. But we still had to wait. Our cats chin and mouth was increasingly getting larger. I think more doctors is needed. Because of the wait times.

We moved here recently from out-of-state and this was our first visit to Hudspeth. It could not have been better. We were greeted by a pleasant staff and clean reception area. Doctor Giles saw us exactly on time for our appointment. …

EDIT: THE ORGANIZING OF APPOINTMENTS NEEDS WORK! It's ridiculous to wait 35 minutes for a drop off appt, then watch 2 people pull in after you, and see staff walk to there vehicles for an appointment and not you? Don't get me wrong, the care is good but accommodating the customer volume is not! Our time is just as valuable as there's. You need more staff, organization and consistency. We will be moving our services to another veterinarian who can do that. Great caring folks and love being able to drop off and pick up later for routine visits or just wait in the parking lot until there done. I know the services has changed because of the pandemic but they still are providyoursgreat service to our fur babies.

I think each member of the staff is knowledgeable n hardworking. If there is a problem you have THEY WORK WITH YOU TO FIX IT. They treated each of my cats with care. The Vet I met was incredibly experienced. Can't say enough how professional they are
