I like staff and Dr Grice.

The greeting staff was very welcoming as a new patient. I was not a fan of Dr. Lancaster, she did not allow me or my partner to speak about the concerns we had about our fur baby. She kept interrupting us and spoke over us and created a poor patient-practitioner relationship. I believe that since my partner and I are young, she spoke down on us and our opinions didn’t matter. We will not be returning.

They never let me explain what’s wrong with my puppy and I’m afraid she’s dying or something and they are the closest to me saying that don’t have any available slots for new patients but it’s an emergency

Dr. Grice is the best vet we have ever worked with. The techs and ladies at the front work so hard and are always helpful.

Dr. Grice, the vet techs, and front desk staff have all given thoughtful attention and care to three of my cats now. It's not the cheapest vet office, but they provide dependable care and I've appreciated their COVID protocols. I've also lived in a few different neighborhoods in Macon, and it's remained a pretty convenient location to them all. It's also a lovely, well-maintained building and grounds, fairly insulated from road traffic.

I moved back to Macon about 3 years ago and after finding a home, my next task was finding the perfect Vet. I looked at all of the reviews all over Macon and it happened that they were one of the highest reviewed and right down the road from me. Serendipitous. Dr. Grice and everyone I have encountered have been nothing but kind and helpful. They have helped me say goodbye to my oldest basset who was 15 years old and also hello to my newest basset, now 4 months old. If you are looking for a vet office with a kind staff, affordable/competitive pricing, and just overall positivity even at your saddest point, this is the place!

The best care for my pet.

Great service! Currently treating my dog for heart worms and they've taken great care of him. Charles doesn't get nervous or freak out when we go to the vet. Only thing I wish they'd change is that when you go into the rooms with your pet they take your pet to the back without you. Which can be a very nervous experience for your pet.

My pup who just turned 8 last month has become diabetic abs this place helped discover that and prescribed him the right medication to help keep him well! Uber thankful. They were busy as mess but still got everything taken care of!

Dr Grice is a wonderful veterinarian and has always treated my pets with great care. Typically for routine shots and a yearly exam I go to Dr. Griffin because he is much less expensive, although the wait can be extraordinarily long. I decided to set an appointment with Northside Wesleyan Animal Hospital to avoid a long wait at the other vet clinic. I'm sure my most recent experience is covid related, and there was some veterinary emergency, but even with my appointment time the wait was well over an hour, and the cost of my visit was three times what if typically pay for the same exam and shots at Dr. Griffin. They have a beautiful and clean facility; I can see where that money goes. The vet techs on my most recent visit we're not knowledgeable, but we're kind and where to find the solution.

Excellent staff, very kind, professional, and inexpensive. My dog sprained her leg, and I assumed they would do x-rays. Doctor said it wasn't necessary. Could've easily did them just to make more money, and the fact that he didn't proves to me this is an excellent vet. Definitely recommended!

So trusting when your fur baby is being treated and you can't be with them. All employees are so friendly.

Dr. Grice, Sarah and the rest of the team have saved the lives of 3 of my cats! They were quick, professional, kind and treated not only my animals with respect but also myself. Their strict Covid-19 rules are great and they make sure to work with everyone! If you’re ever looking for a new vet, PLEASE CONSIDER NWAH. :) Thank you for helping my James, Venus and Mew!

Dr. Grice was amazing. My cat was sick and I had gone to another vet three times with no improvement or answers. Dr. Grice took good care of my cat and got him back on his feet. The staff there are amazing, no matter how many times I called with questions, they were always happy to help me. EDIT TO ADD: We ended up having to take our 15 year old cat in to help him cross the rainbow bridge. They were so kind and helpful. There was a candle lit with a sign saying to please be respectful, someone was saying goodbye to a dear friend. Afterwards they prepared him for burial and told us to worry about paying later. That was a great kindness to not have to worry about that in the moment. Today we received a sympathy card containing a paw and nose print they took of our sweet boy. I will bring my other fur baby here from now on.

I had them board my dog for five days, they either had a dog there with kennel cough or they did not clean the facility and or the food and water bowls as now my dog has kennel cough. He has never been sick and is not around other dogs.it makes me wonder what kind of care he received while he was there!!

They took fantastic care of my dog. She was attacked by neighbor dogs. The hospital squeezed her in and let me come right away. They were very caring and took great care of my dog.
