The manager Mandy was VERY RUDE to my mother when she dropped my dog off for his grooming appointment. She was snapping at her for my dog not being seen daily due to his hair being matted. As the manager she should have PROPERLY informed her on what’s options are best in a PROFESSIONAL way. NO ONE should be treated that way and feel like they are being yelled at. When I called and spoke with Mandy the first thing she said was she feels accused of something she didn’t do. She didn’t apologize on her own either. Whether it was intentional or not. A MANAGER should always take accountability and try to access any complaint to the best of their ability.

Great place for pet supplies

Grooming services are outstanding! Liz took care of us today. She is attentive and obviously loves working with animals.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The ladies were very nice BUT their work area accepts any type of dog regarding they are sick, not up to date on shots, etc. I took my puppy there for her first bath to get used to being groomed. 3 days later, my puppy was severely sick and we were informed it was from another animal at petsmart in the grooming area. My pup had never been around other animals until this and this happens. I would never recommend them to anyone regarding grooming. Now we had to invest more money for a sick puppy than a groom.

They had a lot of nice fish tank supplies unfortunately a few tanks had sick fish.

In got what I needed and back to my girlfriend within 20 min. She and I both appreciated that.

This place is awesome! I always find the fish I need here for the price I want cause the fish market near my house is way too expensive. I got myself a couple goldfish for a few bucks and I have to say I love them. I’ve never tried goldfish before but they’re very nice fish. A little bit of adobo and they’re great! If you guys ever need a cheap meal come to PetSmart.

Excellent customer service, got educated on things about a new puppy by a very kind and knowledgeable young floor associate. Can't wait to go back for additional needs as the puppy grows older.

My baby was very scared to get groomed after an incident with a groomer hitting her at a private grooming salon. I expressed my worries and Beth, the groomer, was very gentle with her. She pet her and tried to make her comfortable before grooming. Also, the cut came out PERFECT. If you are gonna book, book Beth
