Efficient. Caring. Kind. I recently got my cat spayed. I paid a $25 deposit online, filled out some forms and dropped her off at 7:30 in the morning. I picked her up at 4:30 and follow the instructions from the vet about feeding her post surgery. I had her chipped while I was there and my total including the deposit was $80. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work Paradox!

They took great care of my male cat. They are very busy for sterilization days but efficient. Drop off and pick up was very easy.

Rude. Trying to take care of some neighborhood cats, and lack of communication between staffers lead to us leaving.

We had our small pup spayed at Paradox. The staff was awesome. Everyone was helpful and very gentle with our very scared pup. The process of making the appointment online was easy. Thank you all so much!

This was the 3rd pet that we have taken to Paradox. Our Great Mountain Pyrness weighs alot, they handled her with ease. Vet found that she had an ear infection, treated her, and clipped her nails. Pain meds, antibiotics, and ear drops were given. Price is VERY reasonable. Our primary vet recommended Paradox to us. Great experience

They are all very nice but it was more expensive then left over pets. But they do get you in faster then left over pets.

Yesterday morning we took our 3 cats to Paradox to get neutered.my wife came back to pick them up and had a medium size kennel for the cats . She did not want to bring it in because it was big and a pain to get out of the car. The vets were very rude to her about this and handed 2 of our cats to her and her brother in pillow cases . I did not like hearing about this ,our cats were freaking out in the pillow case and were scared when my wife struggled to get them out of the pillow case because they were freaking out . They were also fresh out of surgery, our cats could of easily been handed to my wife and her brother they know them and would have been comfortable being handed to them to carry to the car instead of being put in a pillow case after being neutered.

Kitten girl is happy and healthy.

It's a great place to take your pet. The staff is wonderful and very caring.
