How they could not stabilize a dog that’s clearly in need, going through shock, and instead ask their owner to drive 40 minutes away due to “staffing shortage” where he shortly passed away. I was one of your first patients but I won’t return because at the very least you could have stabilized our baby boy

Took our pup in—Walk in. After a bit both the Vet tech Chris and Dr. Clark came out to talk to us and tell us stages of care AND estimations of each stage of care. This type of person to person conversation as well as full disclosure of care and cost is WHAT I AM HERE FOR! Heckin yeah. Glad to have them so close to where we live now!

Took my puppy there for shots and decided to get a nail trim while there. When he came out I noticed how jagged the trim was but I didn’t say anything and by the time we got to the house he is limping out of the car and has been bleeding and won’t let me touch his paws For the past hour and a half. I called to inform them and they wanted me to bring him back up there. I told them no. He is bleeding from at least 2 nails on each paw. He had to have yelped or something when they hit the quick. This was only my babies second nail trim experience and I’m sure he is traumatized.

Wonderful clinic with caring vets and techs. They really cared about our cat when they saw her. Highly recommend!

Great place they will take care of your pet.

Wow, what a great team! I called this office on Monday morning, wanting an appointment as soon as possible (my dogs had fleas, which I'd never experienced/seen before!). Not only were they responsive, the individual who answered the phone was incredibly sympathetic. The appointments are through the car (with pets being taken in) because of COVID. I thought this would lower the quality of the visit, but I was wrong. If anything, this was the most informative/ down-to-earth vet visit I've had yet. This will absolutely be my primary vet care provider from here on out!

I recommend this VET...to anyone with a furbaby...they take care of your furbaby as if they were their own...prices are reasonable

They got me in on short notice because my puppy was sick. They only offer car service which is a great idea. The vet tech was absolutely wonderful; professional, friendly, knowledgeable. She kept me apprised of every step, every part of the care plan and explained each med upon discharge.

I had a good experience with this vet on my first visit. They still have COVID procedures in place, so I met limited staff.

This place is great. It’s immediately apparent on the phone that they care about your animal and that remains consistent through every step. Very good at keeping an open dialogue and explain what’s going on with your pet. Excellent service!

My dog is huge but so scared to walk on tile floors which they have. Dr. Clark and other staffs were very kind to accommodate my dog's weird needs. Dr. Clark explained me what she thinks going on with my dog in very kind and easy to understand way. We found new vet!!

Annabelle, our 8 year old border collie had been sick for three days. Didn't have a vet and called around to find one who would see her without appointment. Tia answered and said they could work us in. We arrived and they were so accommodating with curbside service. Doctor Clark came out to car and humbly asked questions about what was going on with Annabelle. The staff were very helpful and kind. Right now we are waiting on tests. We are so grateful for them seeing us and their professional character. I would recommend them to everyone.

I moved from out of state and needed to find a vet. These guys are professional and will care about your baby. :) I’m relieved to have found them and would recommend them to anyone who is cautious about who will provide good solid loving care for their pet. I just want to say thank you for going above and beyond and helping me with my sick dog.

I have a strong history with this clinic. From Dr.McCants (sp) to Dr.Clark I still love, respect, trust, and support this clinic. Whether my Nola needs a bath or shots we do go here and the experience is always pleasant.
