Very nice staff. My chihuahua would not quit barking as usual, but they were really nice about it. Everyone was really friendly and treated my pups nicely.

We are new to the area. We took our pet for his yearly visit and a grooming session. Our boy was treated amazing and was extremely happy when we picked him up. I could tell they put him at ease through the process.

Dr. Ross, Dr. Bain and the staff at Riverside Animal Hospital are compassionate, professional and caring. They stay informed about veterinary advances. We have trusted our cats’ care to them for years and wouldn’t have it any other way.

After an office visit and prescribing a new med for my 15 yr old Lab/Retriever, Dr Aimee called to follow up on how he was doing. Really appreciate her for doing that.

Dr. Ross and her staff are the best in town! They took good care of my puppy Max. They also give follow-up calls. Everyone should take their furbabies there. I promise you will love it!

I can not say enough kind words about the staff and Dr. Bain. My husband and I are from North Carolina and were visiting family in Loganville on Friday October 29. Our 4 yo Chihuahua(Gracie) became sick with a potential life threatening illness. After calling 8 veterinary clinics with no one willing to see her, I finally got a yes from Riverside Animal Hospital. Gracie received the best care and treatment to stabilize her. The next morning Dr. Bain called and Checked on her and called in an additional medication that we could pick up at a local pharmacy. Dr. Bain even called the following Monday after we returned to NC. I was so impressed with the kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to a pet in need, especially knowing that we would not be a permanent client. I will be forever grateful.

Hi, folks, I beg you and warn you that please never ever take your pets to this place! My kitty had grooming service there and has had scooting problem ever since. I called, they never admitted they did something wrong or are willing to take responsibilities, instead, they want me to come back to get more exams, tests or treatments in order to make more money! I strongly believe they did something wrong to my kitty intentionally either because somebody working there are sick and abusive or reckless to animals or because they want you to come back to have the problem they caused to be fixed in order to charge you more, or because of both!

No real skills, only empty talking, give you guess list, no clear and certain answer, misdiagnosing: for example, one owner said she had to transfer her pet to another hospital to get surgery, which could be avoided if Riverside Animal Hospital diagnosed correctly in the first place, due to Riverside Animal Hospital's malpractice, her pet suffered a lot and much longer time. People working there have cold personality, the tone, the way they are talking is just too business, they don't truly like and love animals. Don't recommend this place to anybody.

They were great with my dogs, one of which can be a little bitey. Full check up, vaccines, and nail trim. I really like the staff and the doctor.

I just started to bring my cat to this vet. She is an anxious kitty, but they are able to take a look at her and keep her calm in boarding. The staff is very friendly.

Had to look for a vet for my cat urgently, and they were able to see her fairly quick. Both doctor and staffs are nice and treat my cat professionally. Definitely recommended.

Where can I start! Everything about this place is literally perfect. I took my pet in for a dental clearing and my dog came out happy! Usually with different places my dog comes back scared, but this time I was so surprise on the way she was acting!

Riverside Animal hospital vets/staff are very kind, professional & extremely caring. They are knowledgeable & professional. They actually care about you & your pet. They were caring & patient as I had to make a decision to assist my extremely ill & elderly cat across the rainbow bridge. It wasn’t something I had planned to do that day. The vet helped me to realize how ill she was. I just didn’t want to admit & acknowledge what I knew deep down. I was a mess, but they gave me as much time as I needed & plenty of tissues. Everything was done in a kind & compassionate way. This was my first visit with them as we had moved from another state. I will continue to bring my other fur babies to be taken care of by Riverside Animal Hospital vets/staff.

I called when I was out of town to get my sick dog in. I was crying and thought my baby was dying. I was told on a Friday I would have to wait until Monday. I even drove back into town so I could see them.

Aimee took such great care with our little Buddy when he had to get his heart checked for a heart murmur! Highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

I decided to go here since my previous vet wasn’t much help with my dog’s cancer, he also didn’t give me much information or option on what to do as well. Dr. Aimee was very kind to us and our dog! She took her time with us and gave us a ton of info in regards to my dog’s melanoma. She also listed out possible options too. The staff was super nice and very friendly. I definitely recommend this place for your pet!

We have been with Riverside for years. They are very caring and great with animals. Everyone there is very thoroughly.

I had to travel down for a work trip and my normal dog sitter wasn't available. So I brought them with me and boarded them at Riverside. They all seemed to have a great time and were well taken care of! I would definitely let my dogs stay here again.

We used Riverside Animal Hospital for many years for our dog. Everyone there is very nice and genuinely cared about animals. They were very helpful in guiding us through a difficult time when Barley was diagnosed with cancer and were very supportive. This is a great vet.

The staff is very friendly the doctors are very knowledgeable it seems like they loved all the pets that they take care of and their prices are very reasonable something that we all can afford I appreciate that being on a fixed income I love Riverside Animal Hospital
