More than once I've had the displeasure of talking to Erica. She should not be the one to answer your phones. I'll spend my money where staff has better attitude .

There receptionist Erica always has an attitude when you call up there. God forbid you ask a question because all she’s going to do is get a bigger attitude. From reading other people’s reviews apparently I’m not the only one who’s she been rude to.

Good vet. Then began to remember that every time I went to this a vet, some crying family was standing outside to say their goodbye to their fur baby. I had to go every month.

Love this animal center. I was just here to put my dog to sleep as he was having neurological health issues and made it easier on me.

Dr Grubb has been our vet for 20 years and has never let us down. BEAR-BEAR is one of 5 rescues (2 cats 3 dogs), and he is 14 years old. B-B had to have a huge lump removed from his spine/back. Dr. Grubb prepared us for the out come and then removed the mass. 6in scar, and a huge skin tag. B-B came thru very well, thanks to Dr.Grubb & his 1st rate staff. 14 is very old for a large mix breed. I don't want anyone to tell B-B, he is bouncing around like a young dog. The whole process from explanation, to after care it is our experience that Dr. Grubb and his staff are among the best at what they do. THANK YOU FOR BEING THERE

Great place with friendly staff. Took my baby here for last minute annual shots. They were able to accommodate us very quickly with out breaking the bank. The flea and heartworm treatments are quite more expensive than most places but must be because they use the top product in the market.

My family's pet, my mother's pet and my in-law pets have all been going to Lawrenceville Animal Care Center for a few years and we have never had any complaints on how they treat our pets. The vets and their medical team are great and always welcoming. The receptionist, Erica, on the other hand has been extremely rude and short-tempered with any of our questions or concerns over multiple occasions. Due to this, we will be moving on to another vet clinic staffed with respectful employees. Erica clearly lacks the professionalism and customer service skills needed for her position. I recommend you ask to speak to someone else if you choose this clinic.

I have trusted my pets to Dr. Timothy Grubbs ans staff for well over 20 years now and could not ask for a more loving, compassionate experience every visit. Very Highly Recommended!!????❤????????

I contacted Lawrenceville Animal Care Center just to ask a few questions about my dogs appointment to get neutered and spoke with Erica. She lacks professionalism and is not at all pleasant to speak with. You should not be a receptionist if you lack customer service skills.

Very rude over the phone. I called and someone named Erica responded. I began telling the story that my son's rabbit passed away and she just cut me off saying that they only service cats and dogs without waiting for me to finish. My point was to ask if they'll take the food, because I was feeling bad by throwing it away, so my response was "Okay, that's not what I was going to ask, but you made it clear" " bye". And hang up. (Very Rude)

My dog has been seen here since I moved to Lawrenceville. Today I brought him in with severe kennel cough and they refused to help, questioning why I was there so early. Won’t be going back, switching to another local vet who can take the animals when they get sick

This place is amazing I take my dog here and my cat hear who have been loved like they were at home every time I have had to bring them to the vet for whatever reason I appreciate the staff and the doctors caring sensibility of how nerve-racking it is now to not be able to be with your pet during a visit and I think the entire staff for their professionalism and how they always handle my little pets as if they themselves are the guardians of my little loved ones!!

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Even boarded my cats there a couple of times. Never had a problem or felt uncomfortable.

We have brought our dogs to Dr Grubbs for 20 years and always have had excellent care and compassion. Very satisfied for the loving care from this vet clinic and Dr Grubbs.

I took my 1 year old here from the time she was in my care. She underwent what I was told was a very easy and low risk surgery. I was told they did blood work which came back fine, but she never woke up from anethesia. I was still charged for the surgery ($800). She was a healthy dog whose bloodwork came back fine...and they surgery went fine, however the anethesia was not monitored properly and she didn't wake up. Please do not take your animals here, ESPECIALLY for surgery.

I went here a week before for an emergency visit for my sweet dog. I was provided two prescriptions of medications. Although the visit was around $325 for an X-ray, exam, and medication (which at Cumberland Vet it would have been cheaper) but I went here since it’s closer and some of her history is here. My primary frustration didn’t come from that but from the rude receptionist that answers the phone when you call in. I had a question in regards to her medicine and she answered so poorly as if she didn’t care at all. It was very obvious that I was just concerned about my baby! I was extremely disappointed because in a time of need or discomfort the Vet should be reliable. This makes me feel that they only care about money. Extremely disappointed.

My family has been seeing Dr Grubbs for almost 20 years now Dr. Grubbs is one of the best in the business. He has no problem talking directly with you and works with you to figure out your pet's issue. My cat Apollo started peeing in front of me and I immediately took him in for fear of urinary tract issues. His tests came back clean and Dr.Grubbs talked with me about his surroundings, and surmised that he was a very anxious kitty. He suggested calming pheromones instead of pills, and one extra litter box just for him. Low and behold, Apollo has been the sweetest little man since then and has been great on his litter box. THANK YOU!

I have been bringing my many dogs and cat here for many years. I am always pleased with the staff. Dr Grubbs has always been fair and honest with me. Dr's can't always deliver the news you want to hear, but I feel they are obligated to deliver it honestly and tactfully. Dr Grubbs does that and I appreciate it. There have been times we had to go a bit outside of normal routine and the staff was very obliging. Thanks to everyone from the receptionist to the groomer for taking care of my critters. Thanks Dr Grubbs and support staff.
