Have been coming here for years. I am probably not like every pet owner. I ask lots of questions, and I bring dogs that I foster through a breed-specific rescue. The vets are patient and answer my questions. Love the staff.

Great practice, been using them for over thirty years. Dr. Fant is amazing and went way out of her way to make sure we had Vetsulin for our dog. If you give them a try you won't regret it.

Great practice! They were so kind to open time for Toto my cat to be vaccinated. They were kind enough to hear my concern and be opened to help. I recommend this practice to emu one in need of a Vet.

I've taken my dog here for her entire life. She is 12 years old. They've always given us the best care. Recently, my baby had a seizure. I immediately called them to let them know we were on the way. The moment we arrived I had vet techs running out to carry her inside. Dr. Fant came out to talk to us about her health and literally stood in the rain answering our questions. She was so incredibly patient and kind, as we were so scared we were going to lose our beloved dog. She walked us through what we needed. This place has never over charged us or given us unreasonable bills. They are incredibly fair. We went back for surgery, and I was so surprised at how low the bill was (especially after price matching with other vets). My dog is healthier than she's been in years. I cannot thank this vet clinic enough for their constant are and support.

The worst vets in Gwinnett county. They act like they have no knowledge of anything and we permanently take our dog to a different vet just because of the lack of "options" we had from these people. Our dog, has a history of allergies, bad teeth, scratching and licking. Every time we had come to these people, we were only offered a pill, a shot or the only solution towards his scratching was flea related. Flea related allergies was only a quarter of the cause, but they were never able to determined what was the rest of the cause besides saying it was "environmental". That's when the shot and/or pill came in. Never worked. They acted like there was no other options. Next was his teeth, it was clear and apparent that his teeth have receded back from plaque build up but we were always told that he had "perfect teeth". Never any solutions mentioned about his teeth. Now at a different vet and were gonna have to pay for a future teeth cleaning. Next was a apparent "fatty lipoma". He recently got a growth on his paw, it has been growing and its a possibility that it could be a tumor?!?! Come on!! it should`ve been known and removed way earlier. His teeth, scratching, tumor, are finally gonna be resolved, but it could've been resolved earlier. NO ACCOUNTABILITY from these people!!! This is nothing but a money hungry clinic, do not send your pets here.

Love Dr. WALIS!!!!!! and his staff. They do a great job with all of our Bulldogs and Mini Schnauzers. They are the kind of people you want to take care of your pet. I never think twice when I hand my pet off to them. Dr. Walis will even take the time to call you personally to give you a thorough evaluation of what was done over the phone since the inside is closed for remodeling. Keep it up GAC!!!

I have been seeing dr wallace since i was a teenager. He is by far the best vet ive ever used and would never consider using someone else. I love how he can tell exactly whats going on with my animals, without me having to spend unnecessary money. He tries to save me(and others)all the money he can. His staff is excellent. Cheri, Susan and all the crew, know exactly what they are doing. They never miss a beat. I love them all and are so proud of them. They are family to me.

Amazingly helpful, dedicated staff. Finally I think I've found the right place for my fur baby; friendly and conscientious.

Waited 3 hours there today and had an appointment for my 3 dogs annuals. Cost $640. Had to wait an hour outside in the August heat with my 2 bigger dogs in the back of the truck. They said they had an emergency. I wished they would have called to tell us and give us the option to come later. My fault for not getting the prices upfront for what they did. I love Dr. Wallis but I cannot afford that or waiting outside and taking 3 hours. Oh and they MADE my dogs get kennel cough vaccines because they would not let them in the building without it. They had no symptoms. Their excuse for that extra charge was there is an outbreak in the community.

Love Dr Wallis' care of my dog, but it's been over a year and still can't go into office with my pet.

I’ve taken my 2-month-old puppy here twice for her vaccines now and both times, they finished in about one hour, which is pretty prompt. The only downside is that they took 30-40 minutes for someone to come out and check her in, so I sat in my car 30 mins past the appt time both times. Other than that, my puppy seems in good health!

Dr Wallis and staff are awesome! I've been bringing my pets here for over 20 yrs. I moved from L'ville to Snellville several yrs ago but still continue to bring my dog here.

We have been using Gwinnett Animal Clinic for 25+ years. Dr Wallis has such great knowledge in Veterinarian care. I trust him completely. He has taken care of all 8 of our Shelties and 1 Bichon through the years. Highly recommend him and his staff!!!
