So my sweet boy Kobe is only 9 months old and my previous groomer ruined his last cut so I found Yuppie Puppy online, read the reviews and decided to try them since I loved the other shih tzu puppy cuts I saw on their site. Look at my little honey bunny boy, he's so freaking cute. I LOVE Yuppie Puppy. They are professional, the staff that I met was so sweet and made me feel like my little munchin pot would be okay. He is my pride and joy and trusting him to anyone is hard enough but they made me feel comfortable. I cannot get enough of his cut and how cute he is. They have a new customer.

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. POOR SERVICES.

My dog's grooming appt was 12/28. When I arrived and was checking him in, I glanced over at a young girl grooming a small dog. The dog was whimpering as the young girl was a bit aggressive with him. While cutting this dog she was so focused on her phone; I assumed maybe watching videos or FaceTime. She would take long pauses in between a cut to watch what was going on on her phone. It gave me an uneasy feeling seeing this, and I should have followed my gut instinct of declining this grooming appt. I dropped my dog off around 10:30am and received a call that he was ready for pick-up around 4:30pm. As I was paying for his grooming and literally turning to walk out, another young lady casually said to me, "Oh one of his nails is broken at the base." This may have been the owner; not sure of her name. My dog's nails were not broken prior to this appt. He's a senior dog and is not as active with jumping/playing, and he's bathed at home weekly, plus he's had a very recent vet exam. I would have noticed and he would've alerted me if he was in pain. I stopped and asked her which paw and to show me. Part of his grooming was with a request to grind his nails. Everyone looked a bit confused, looking at each other, and finally she came from behind the desk and said it was his right front paw and he was showing pain. No one called me to alert me while he was there! My dog was shaking uncontrollably so we left. He's never done that! I got home and did a more thorough examination of him and his cut, and found cuts from the clippers all over him. They were mostly in hidden spots - behind his ears, on his neck, in the crease of his arms, and inside his hind legs. I've attached pictures. Please BEWARE of this place!

This company was UNPROFESSIONAL I dropped my pet off at 11am. They never called. I called and 5 pm to pick up my animal and the groom was horrible. I have a 5 year old yorkie. I PAID FOR TEETH AND BATH AND CUT. THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT PERFORM SERVICES I PAID FOR. THE OWNER Daniellle called and said she would refund me. When I arrived at the shop she tried to force me to sign a waiver stating I would not complain. I told her my opinion was not for sale and she refused to return my money. I will be contacting my state local leaders. The mayor of my city and every progressional entity to file a personal claim on the service and the stolen money. Please go to pet smart or a groomer who is professional. They did not ask for shot records at all. Please BEWARE. I will update you all shortly. I will be contacting my local news reporter to investigate.

This place…straight up trash, asked for a very specific cut on my Yorky puppies, they showed me a picture of what I asked for and I agreed it was exactly what I wanted and then six hours later they tell me to come pick up my dogs and the first thing they do is start Laughing and explaining that they’re sorry and that the groomer got into the zone. I thought they killed my babies the way they were apologizing. I didn’t even recognize my babies when they brought them out. They gave Aminah a pitbull buzz cutt… bald, their nails are not trimmed, they smell asif they didn’t get a bath. Their teeth weren’t brushed. And they appeared traumatized when I picked them up. There is absolutely nothing Yuppy about the Yuppie Puppy. The groomers was smiling and laughing as they explained how they messed up. Truth is they didn’t even try. They need to change the name to “Trailer Park Trims”. I should’ve left a soon as I got Tiger King vibes from the lead groomer.

easy group to work with. Easy appointment scheduling, friendly and professional groomers. My dog always looks beautiful after her visit.

Friendly staff, great prices! Many times I have last minute business trips etc.. I can almost always count on them to have an opening and be so friendly if not! Would recommend.

We started coming to the Yuppie Puppy for about 4 years now, My previous long time groomer became ill and could not groom my girls (Bandit & CoCo) anymore and I absolutely had no clue of where to take them! Just so happen while I was shopping in Swint Garden Supply (located down the street) I saw cards on the counter for Yuppie Puppy Grooming, and decided to give them a try. From the very first time that we came we've had welcoming, friendly & professional service. Daniella the owner is always very accommodating and treats your pets as if they are her own, so I feel very comfortable whenever I leave my girls. They have always done a good job and my dogs are always so happy & excited after they have been groomed as if they know they just got their do's done!⛲???????? Now, whenever I say y'all want to go to Yuppie Puppy they get so excited start barking and running around. So needless to say we are satisfied customers and are now regulars. Thank you Yuppie Puppy. for the excellent service. ????????????

I’ve been taking my Miniature Schnauzer (Liam) for the past six months. This is my second Schnauzer and vet particular about who I allow to groom him. I had only one small concern and they immediately took ownership and willing to correct it. I highly recommend Yuppy Puppy for your fur baby.

Yuppie puppy makes my doggies happy. When they come home they act so bougie. ???? They smell good and have on their bandanas. I have been using Yuppie puppy for several years and I have always had a great experience. Last Halloween my boy dog got an orange Mohawk. The staff is always pleasant and willing to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Yuppie Puppy.
