I was EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of service and care my pups and I received at Pampered Puppy. EVERYONE was pleasant and made me feel comfort and confident about leaving my puppies in the care.

I love all the ladies here at Pampered Puppy. They take care of Bronco so well. They also always recommend my dog sitting service to there customers. I appreciate all of you ladies here. Thanks sooooo much for all you guys do!!!

This is the best grooming experience we have had in years! Jacqui, our groomer, was super nice, pleasant and did an amazing job on my standard poodle! She was patient and mailable when we needed to make adjustments to his cut. We are and outdoor hiking family and our fur boy is a true outdoors dog. Needless to say, he needed a LOT of work. She went above and beyond the call and she was also able to see my dogs character. All the stars. This place is amazing.

I had an appointment today 9/23. I don’t live close. When I walked in I was looked at as if I didn’t belong then interrogated because I didn’t know who I spoke with. Long story short, “someone” booked an appointment for me to see a groomer that was off today. Was I offered an alternative appointment for today? No. Was there an attempt to make another appointment? No. I really feel like if I were of a different persuasion, the outcome would have been very different. Very disappointed!

Well my son made an appointment to get our dog groomed I called and left several messages trying to confirm the correct time no one ever called me back so I have to give this a thumbs down I would not recommend this place

I have been a customer for many many years. This visit was the worst ever. I was insulted by their attitude towards my elderly Shihtuz. He is a very obedient, friendly and polite dog. He was given a bad rap. I will be searching for another groomer for my baby!!

I adopted a stray Yorkie and knew nothing about grooming other than the dog needed it. I started out with 2 different groomers because I couldn't seem to communicate my needs, so I tried Janie. Janie seemed knowledgeable, even though I ask for an Oatmeal Bath she did a medicated bath instead without asking me. It seemed to work out since my dog did not seem to scratch the same. That made me happy. I ask her not to create a part, but she said my dog would always have a part, but she hasn't. Before Janie, I was able to get her hair spiked, not parted. I always ask questions and today, when I dropped my dog off, my dog seemed very nervous. My Yorkie goes to a kennel where she plays with other dogs so she is very social. Upon picking up my dog today, Janie seemed put out when I questioned why they use such forceful cold fans to dry the dogs while frated. She began to get defensive and tell me those procedures met regulations. I commented that those loud, forceful fans was creating anxiety for me. Janie then began to tell me I was the reason Ginger, my dig had anxiety and that she felt I didn't trust her. Had I not trusted her, I would not have overtopped for services and and I would have left without asking questions. I mentioned a lost a child to suicide, that has created my anxiety. Janie's response to that was nothing, no sympathy. Janie remarked that I shouldn't bring my personal problems inside. I told her she was talking to me in a disrespectful manner and that did not phase her.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible, what a fabulous grooming on my poodle. Also the appt schedule was very accurate. We found a home at Pampered Puppy.

Been using Jamie for years. Had a definite 11 am appointment scheduled for 2 weeks, and carried the pet in as scheduled, and was told we missed our "8 am" appt. Next appt was about another week out. When I called to speak to the owner about THEIR scheduling error and asked if they could get him worked back in today AS SCHEDULED was actually CUSSED OUT BY Kara the owner....this was not a confrontational phone call on our end but rather explained THEY had made the schedule mistake and we preferred not to wait another week for rescheduling...... absolutely no cause for the owner to use the f bomb multiple times, and suggest we take our business to PetSmart...very unpleasant, unprofessional, and rude. If she cusses her long term customers over their schedule mistakes, imagine how she will treat you if your pet has a bad haircut.

First time at Pampered Puppy. Tara-owner was AMAZING and reached out to me even before our appointment to address concerns I had. The day of the appointment they maintained a COVID free environment for staff and dogs. My groomer Cheyanne was good as well. The cut that she gave my "Rylee" was one of the best he has ever had and their pricing was VERY reasonable. Thank you so much for your love and attention to my pet baby. WE WILL BE BACK! THANK YOU!!!

Janie is wonderful! Actually all of the groomers are great. They really love the animals and it shows each and every time.

I've been taking my pets here for years! They are always very attentive, understanding and accommodating! The owner is WONDERFUL!

Very disappointed. It was simply a hair cut, that didn't size up. This was our 1st time with Pampered Puppy & we were moving out of state. Wiloe's hair was uneven, from head to toe. They failed to trim his nails & around his face. I am very disappointed & haven't been able to set it straight. We even Gave a $ tip. We didn't notice these things till we were about to leave Georgia

We had an appointment for my Bichon frizze puppy. The one lady that look at my puppy was nice but the one that was going to take care of my puppy was very rude and not very friendly welcome n unprofessional yelling over the counter said she is not going to take care of matted dog. “Hellooo isn’t that your job.” WOW and we were a new customer and that’s how they treated us. ????. Sorry won’t be going back there ever. So happy my puppy don’t stay.
