My dog has been going here for 14 years. She loves the doctors and the other employees. They treat her very special. They talk to her and love on her and this is what she likes. I am very satisfied with the Jonesboro Animal Hospital and would not take her anywhere else.

Dr. Rudd and her staff are phenomenal! They are really compassionate and caring towards the animals that come in, knowledgable about the circumstances, and can clearly explain all available options. Highly recommend!

They were GRATE they took my baby in on a Saturday when here other doctor office wouldn't see her today

I brought my cat in for neutering. The doctors and staff, as always, were professional, friendly and informative while providing me with what to expect during and after the procedure. I've been using this hospital for years and can't recall one bad experience while dealing with any of the staff.

So glad we are allowed back in the office with our pets. The tech that greeted us and did the initial work up for both pets was courteous and both dogs responded well. Dr. Grimm completed the exams on both dogs and we were quickly on our way. Great experience.

The people here are outstanding, I have a very sick cat and afraid of what to do all the time and they are always there and help me.. They never get upset with my inscure and afraid feelings. He is always treated with love and care. Unfortunatley this is my second sick cat in a row and they have always been there for both of them. I am grateful for thir support and don't know what I would do with out them I wrote this a year ago and I find it true to this day. Yes Iam still afraid that I i will do something to hurt my best friend and they are still very Patient with me. Dr. A Rudd DVM has been an angel, don't know what Id do with out her support.

My fur baby has been coming here since I moved to GA, almost 5 years ago. Dr. Rudd has always been great with my baby. Very thorough and informative. I am really glad they are back open for inside visits.

Just a note to thank Dr. Rudd and Dr. Grimms for taking care of our pets, Nacho and Banana. Really missed you when we were not able to come to the office during the pandemic but we know you were protecting us, including our pets. Last visit, we were able to come to the office and talk to Dr. Rudd. She always takes the time to give us all the information about the pets and additional advises. All the staff are very professional and care about our pets. We will continue taking our pets to JAH, our pets can't be in better hands!

Super Service and very concerned about our pets. Last visit Dr. Rudd called me as spent 20 minutes on the phone with a discussion of our precious Holley and what we needed to do to keep her in good health. It was totally unexpected. She also sent me a email with some research on what we talked about. It was just great service and care for our Holley!

We have been using Jonesboro Animal hospital for over 40 years with many of our dogs, and have always received the best of care.

First time going to the office, we had a pleasant experience. They managed to fit us in and were able to be quick as well. They also didn't try to force xrays when they thought it was just bruised, major plus! Will definitely be going back!

They care about your animal great staff.

I always feel that I get the best care for my pet. I have been going there for 8 years and am never disappointed. Because of their great service they are often busy, but remember be patient and your pet will get top notch care.

We love them. Our Japanese Akita is very picky. Our first then there she’ll leave smelling nice and have a banana, looking cute. N she is always happy after her bath here. Unfortunately we can’t afford them any more, as the price keep changing for her bath n nails. And now no more dressing her up. Still is a great place. Just wish it’s more consistent. It was $35 at first, the. $45 n now $60. And she get a bath every week or every other week.

Staff and Doctors are amazing and takes good care of my furbaby.

I brought my 8 week old Goldendoodle, Bailey, to see Dr. Grim on Tuesday. He saw Dr. Grim who did an amazing job answering all of the questions and concerns that I had as well as providing me with very thorough information in regards to dog-food brands and de-worming. I will continue to bring him here.
