I've been taking my rabbit to JCVC for about 2 or so years and the staff are excellent! They have been so helpful and always able to work work with me and my bunny. We are always in and out quickly and treatments are reasonable priced. Thank you for all you do! JCVC will be my primary care provider for my bunny :)

It was our first visit and it was a very pleasant experience. We took our pet hamster in for a foot injury and was quickly seen. The staff made us feel welcome and Binky comfortable. We were happy we chose this practice!

I hate to post anything negative about Johns Creek Veterinary Clinic because under it's previous ownership, they were wonderful! Dr. Hargett, prior to retirement, cared for my dog in a very kind and professional manner. Unfortunately, however after his retirement, the clinic has undergone several staffing changes which have resulted in a lack of responsiveness. Additionally, as my dog aged, we were given very little assistance with regard to navigating the appropriate approach for euthanizing a senior dog. We finally had her euthanized at a different clinic. I would not recommend Johns Creek Vet currently as they are overworked and understaffed.

I have been taking all of my pets here for the past 15 years; cats, dogs, pigeons, reptiles. I trust all of their care to Dr. Kim at JCVC.

I recently made an appointment for my kitty to have her ears cleaned. I asked about the price and was told that they can't provide that over the phone. I would have to come in and pay $60 to get a quote on services. How about NO! So me and my kitty went to another vet with a 5 star rating. And after reading these reviews I'm glad I did. I wouldn't want anyone misdiagnosing my little one!

The people here are soooo sweet, honest, and knowledgeable. The ladies at the desk are so nice and welcoming! You can tell they really care about pets and their customers. I had a great experience here especially after previously having my cat looked at at the “all species hospital” down the street (which that place was terrible.)But, I love the vet here too she’s awesome! DEFINITELY coming back here every time to bring Pixie. They are super trustworthy and charge very reasonably.

**Receptionist and Doctors have rotated out with the C-List cast. Service is horrible and the pets seem to be the ones that will pay for it. I hate having to find another Vet, but looks unavoidable at this point. This is an amazing place to bring your pet. There is so much knowledge in here between Dr Kim and the staff. Dr Kim is absolutely fantastic. She cares so much for the animals. If feel at ease when they are caring for my dog!!

Finding a vet that has earned your absolute trust is not easy endeavor. Sure, there are plenty of vets around. Some are even very close to my house. I came to John's Creek Vet exclusively to have Dr. McManus DVM do an exam on my animal. Dr. McManus DVM is familiar with my animal's past history & sibling that we sadly had to let go a few years back. Needless to say, I had to make that dreadful decision yet once again. * If it's important to you that your DVM genuinely chose to become a DVM driven from their heartfelt passion to help animals. Versus the many, many other vets that scare the heck out of you to perform the tests or risk your animal's death. John's Creek Vet "Gives it to you Straight" Absolutely the BEST vet clinic staffed with exceptional professionals & compassion. A very special thank you to Dr. Lee DVM. I am eternally grateful for your comforting words. The extra time you took to talk with me was so appreciated. A truly Class Act. Dr. McManus DVM....Has got to be the most dedicated DVM I've ever met. Ever ! Dr. McManus DVM is the defacto example of "Being Thorough". JCVH WAS RECENTLY SOLD TO SOMEONE WHO IS ONLY ONE STAR QUALITY (either that or it’s been taken over by aliens). I originally had a five star review for this place three years ago. They used to be a loving business who knew my dog by name and she even had a “boyfriend” she looked forward to seeing (one of the vet attendants little dogs) who was shy like my little dog is and they would stay in the same crate together when she was boarded. Now they treat animals like numbers, prices are high and inconsistent, people are not pleasant to talk to, communication is poor, and it’s overall poor care. All the previous vets and staff seem to have left. I’ve taken my business and little dog elsewhere. Don’t let the high stars on here fool you—those are for the previous owners. Why anyone would buy a neighborhood business then run it like a cash cow is beyond by comprehension.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They took the time to calm down my scared pup before doing anything medical and everyone in the building was kind and professional.

Loved my visit you can always get an appointment immediately the staff is ALWAYS professional and kind they really care about your pets.

We love Johns Creek Vet! All the staff is attentive and caring, and Dr. Kim takes as much time as we need to thoroughly go over our pup's health, as if we were her only patients, even though I know they are all always busy.

We took our animal ambassador Russel the Emory Rat Snake in to see the exotic vet and they helped us diagnose and treat our special boy who was having a hard time shedding. The Vet was very professional and helpful and the staff was welcoming and we were seen quickly.

Had to bring the carcass of my cat (Marshall - RIP) there

Great staff and better service

Very kind and caring vets who explain procedures in detail and take time with their patients, both human and pets.

My bird was suffering from seizures my bird was in pain , she was suffering I went to dr.Kim with hopes she could understand what’s wrong with my bird and the next step but no she took blood work which was supposed to come two days later , there was no guarantee my bird was still gonna be here , she claimed it was calcium deficiency and she couldn’t even prescribe medication for the pain , she told us to just take the bird home my bird was screaming and in the worst pain and I don’t know if my bird would have made it if I had gone to the hospital earlier but I do know my bird wouldn’t have had to gone thru the pain she went thru , I then took her to another vet where I was then told that my bird is having seizures and needs to be taken to the hospital immediately, but how come dr.kim couldn’t see that , how come she couldn’t see my bird not being able to balance and consistently screaming and coughing, couldn’t she recognize this is a emergency she had my bird for 2 hours , couldn’t she see. the blood work taken from the hospital showed that her calcium levels were normal .I beg you do not bring your parrot here. Exotic animal

Dr. McManus is an outstanding vet!

We have always had such excellent care for both of our dogs here! The doctors and technicians are excellent.

Our first visit was friendly and caring service and our older cat was comfortable with the staff and the facility. We will definitely return and also bring our other family pets.

Dr. Kim is amazing! If you love your animals I really recommend going to this hospital! The front desk staff is sweet and resourceful! The techs are also caring and knowledgeable!

I got home from a trip and Piglet was acting oddly. I called and they fit him in within an hour and a half. They were very thorough and you can tell they care about their patients. I really appreciate the time they took with him. Highly recommend this clinic!

Having the world's most injury prone dog, I'm here a lot. The staff has always been extremely caring and professional, the vets are knowledgable, and my dog is well cared for. I'd recommend this vet to anyone with a pet, big or small.

Highly recommend these wonderful people. They took our little guinea pig as an emergency visit--same day I called. This is pretty major, as guinea pigs do downhill fast. Once you notice they're sick, it's already far along, and even a couple of days wait for a vet appt can be fatal. So thanks again to Dr. Kim and the great staff at Johns Creek VH!

Do not bring you parrot here !!!!!!!! My parrot was suffering a emergency and dr.kim failed to recognize!Highly disappointing
