My family's been going here since me moved in 2015 and it's great. Every vet cares so much. My dog had to get his leg amputated and they did it so well. He's healing really fast. The day after surgery he was walking on his own without force. He came to greet people at doors. Just being himself and I appreciate the vets here and their care to every dog and cat they treat. They even have 2 cats that live at the vet. One of them only has one leg and hops from room to room checking on every patient there ???? The other one will walk right up to you and let you love it. I really love and recommend going here. From the outside it doesn't look like much but guaranteed the best vets.

Over the past 20 years I have carried several rescued and personal cats to many local veterinarians in Jefferson, Hoschton, and Braselton. Over 50 years in other locations. I have found that Galilee, and Shannon in Jefferson are the two best veterinary services of those we have tried. Their compassion, skill, and good hearts combine to make them superior to all of the other places we have visited or heard about in Jackson County. Kelly Anderson and her staff are my choice for the two fur people I care for.

Still no people inside the building but the people that are inside are still great. They really do try to make the ordeal as easy as possible. My dogs went earlier this week and if anything, it went smoother than the old way. The vet even walked out to the truck and talked with me. They get my vote every time.

They are fantastic with your pets . They only treat small animals (dogs, cats, birds?), No large animals. Very prompt & polite. My wife loves the people/place. They are slightly less expensive than surrounding Vets but still it's always high to have your pets looked after. Still a good place

Not throwing anyone under the bus,... i had a sick dog and that was the reason for me taking Max there. Took him on on a Friday, they gave him some medication and instructed me on what to do,... he got worse so i took him back on Monday,.. they seem to be more concerned that he had some live fleas on him than anything else,... took him back on Tuesday because he had not responded to any treatments in a positive manner. I had this dog for 12 years and he was like a Family member. Not one time did i ask how much treatment cost, i wanted my boy to get better,... it was not meant to be. We had to put him down Tuesday at about 5:20 pm. The staff was amazing,.... took my loss seriously, went out of their way to console me, even let be with him when he passed!!!

Absolutely great staff. They really care about Animals and also try and work with you on payment.. Outstanding Vet and staff.. Feels like family ????

I have been taking my dog to a different vet for years and kept being told I should buy their high dollar dog food. Pets are like your kids, you know when something is wrong. First visit here and the doctor knew there was an underlying reason due to weight. She's going to be tested next week and I'm certain with her symptoms the doctor has nailed it. Soon she will be on medication and in time be back to herself. Kudos to Galilee Veterinary Hospital! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your services!

We adopted our precious kitty, Confetti, from these vets. They are awesome! And they saved my ESA LilyPad when she suffered from a toxic uterus. Thank God! She was a puppy from our chi-pom-russell, Maggie, that we gave to our friend, who sadly died in a texting & driving accident. I got her back since my sweet Maggie had passed away at 14. Lily has anxiety issues as would be expected since her former human left home & never returned. We are inseparable. I have anxiety issues, too. She's traveled to the Grand Canyon in our our RV last summer. Love her! Thank you all ! ~ Aunt Linda

My pets have been patients of this clinic since it opened. I have always had wonderful attention and care here from Dr Kelly and her staff. However, I've noticed that attention and care has suffered since covid. Over the past 2 weeks, on 2 occasions, one an emergency for my dog, I've made calls to the office over and over, left messages and had no response. With the emergency situation, I finally went to the office, sat outside and called numerous times without any answer. I finally just got out of my car and went in to get someone to respond. Today, the same thing happened, made numerous calls, no answer, no response to messages left. My husband went to office to get Heartguard. He was told they needed 24 hr notice to buy meds, including Heartguard. The girl who talked with him did go ahead and help him with the Heartguard. I'm Putting this on here because I want Dr Kelly to be aware of what is happening. This has always been a great clinic but something is changing somewhere and not for the good of the customer. I so appreciated the wonderful care and attention that I previously experienced at this clinic. I pray they go back to that soon. Thanks. Update: Kudos to Dr Kelly. She responded and explained phone, message issues with Windstream. I knew this didn't sound like the Galilee Vet Clinic I have always loved. Thanks for contacting me and addressing the issue. Now that's awesome customer service

Went to another vet a week before,not by choice. My cat Doodlebug was still I'll and getting worse. I had been to Galilee 2 other times and worked it out to take my cat there. No appointment, and them being busy,I was able to drop my buddy off. They did everything possible to save him and kept me informed of his situation. He passed away the following day. They had someone donate toward the biggest part of the bill knowing my financial situation and my income. They brought my buddy out in a dignified manner and gave me a plaster plaque of his footprints. Kelly the owner came out and discussed everything with me. Despite the outcome I couldn't have taken him to a better place. R.I.P. Doodlebug ❤️ I love you buddy

I had to change vets as they stopped carrying cytopoint (very effective anti-itch shot) and due to the size of one of my dogs monthly heartworm meds would be exorbitant so I do the 6 month vaccination. Also found a lack in communication when I needed it and then had a vet tech lecture me on subjects that I disagreed with. I also received no response when one of my beloved pets who was a patient for years passed. Previously I've always received a card and/or some acknowledgement from the clinic.

I got recommended from an old high school classmate. Even though they are not an exotic veterinarian service. My rabbit had an emergency and they treated him with such kindness. Thank you guys so much for your help. Spottie is doing amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who has animals that want to be handled with nothing but love, patience, and kindness. I will definitely be taking my cats there from here on out. Again thank you so much!

I only bring my pets here but they do have a lot of different vets fill in so sometimes you will get one diagnosis bring the pet back to continue with it and there will be another vet there saying it's something different. They do not refund your money though for the last visit they just charge you again

Love that they are a bully breed specialist for my 2 frenchies!
