I like this place. Scooby likes this place. They do a good job of grooming him, and he doesn’t mind going. He is a senior dog with health problems and they take good care of him.

Daisy loves it there. They are really good with dogs and does a good job.

Puppy cut! 1st time at 5 months old. Great job.

Friendly people, good cuts, however if I specifically ask to have my dogs hair cut and only have one request and you tell me you understand what I'm asking then cut his hair exactly how I asked it not to be done I have a problem with that. I am satisfied with his cut however to blatantly ignore my request is not a good way to have people return. I hope that the next visits are better and that my message is received well. Thank you.

My floofer was floofed consistently and thoroughly. I may contact them about artistically trimming me as I am a sasquatch.

Barks and bubbles did a FANTASTIC job with my senior golden. I know it wasn't easy because he can't stand for long, but they were so patient and accommodating to my sweet boy. And despite the challenges, his cut actually turned out great! I will definitely be back. With both of my dogs!

My wife wants to take me here to get a bath because they did so good on our dogs. She had tried to groom me at home but just squirts me with the cold water hose and I just won't be still. Hopefully they have warm water..

Normally I trim my boxers nails myself but since becoming pregnant I let her nails grow out and then felt horrible so I decided to call about the service and they quoted me and got me right in! I am so impressed with the quality of her nails and how quick they were able to do it! The place was also nothing like I expected, it was a full house of animals and friendly staff. It was so convenient having them do her nails compared to me fighting with her I already plan on taking her back for any type of grooming service now.

What I love most about Barks and Bubbles grooming is that they treat your furbaby with so much love and care! They are amazing groomers and do such a wonderful job grooming our furbabies and have truly got the biggest hearts of any groomers I have seen!

Barks and Bubbles has been grooming or bathing our 15-month-old Yorkie every two weeks since we got her at eight weeks old and we could not be happier. They are always so thoughtful and caring, you can tell that they all love the fur babies and they do a great job on my Katy Rose.

The staff is friendly and very quick to respond! They are so knowledgeable and do an amazing job on our Lab mix and both our French Bulldogs. Not to mention they are the most reasonable place around also !

If you’re looking for a grooming salon where the owner is hands on with a natural and nurturing love for animals and requiring the same from her staff then Barks and Bubbles is your forever home. We have used Shelly for years. Absolutely trust her and her staff with our fur babies, including our aggressive chihuahua, who BTW loves Shelly!

I love this groomer! Your fur baby comes out looking like they are ready for the national Dog Show after the thanksgiving parade. Very professional grooming style. Shelly has been grooming my Maltese-Bichon since she was 6 weeks old in 2012. I highly recommend Barks and Bubbles.

They can’t accept when they do wrong. They make it impossible to find solutions when THEY mess things up. I know I’m not a professional groomer I don’t need the dumb comments... these people need to really crack down on their professionalism and customer service is all I’m going to say. Ridiculous.

Took Theo for his first groom at Barks and Bubbles and we are so pleased with the results. His cut is perfect, his nails were very smooth, and he seemed very calm after the experience. Thanks so much Makala and everyone at the shop. We will absolutely be coming in for regular grooms!

I love the folks at Barks & Bubbles. Shelley and her crew are always professional and the dogs look amazing. Just look at the pictures they post on the FB page! The entire staff have a passion for helping dogs which is evident the minute you walk in the door. They've groomed my personal dogs as well as many foster pups - which isn't always an easy task. I also love that the shop is set up so owners are able to sit & watch their pups getting groomed. In the past, at other shops, my dogs were taken to back to be groomed. I can't say enough good things about B&B and am so glad they chose to make their home in Jefferson!

I am so terribly upset and my poor pup is traumatized. They cut his eyelid, shaved his eyelashes off. Shaved down to the skin on the bridge of his nose. His cut is so choppy. When I took him back in there to see his eyes they put saline solution in his eyes and the one lady was holding him around his neck I heard him gasping and I asked them to give me my dog back. They did give me money back after me having to demand my $75 back not being so nice to me on the phone and hanging up on me. They also are paying the vet bill because he has to have ointment for a week, pain meds, anxiety medication and a cone. I have never, EVER left a business a negative review. I know folks and businesses have bad days but if any one of you went through what we did today you would be doing the same thing I'm doing and letting folks know our experience there and you can make up your own mind. I'm glad others have had good experiences there but ours was awful.

Michayla is amazing with both of my dogs. She had been grooming my dogs for quite some time now. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who loves their fur babies. She's caring and loving and I trust that she will take care of them completely.

Barks and Bubbles is the best groomer in North East Georgia! I travel from Oakwood to Jefferson but honestly, I would probably travel from anywhere. Our dog always looks amazing and is always excited to greet the groomers. We have never been disappointed and neither will you!

I have never taken my German Shepherd to a groomer before. My boy, Ajax, came home smelling wonderful, nails trimmed perfectly, ears tidy and his fur SO SOFT. He is a major shedder and boy did they do something good for him. Thank you guys, I will be returning to you in the future.
