Dr Allen and his staff were amazing! I needed my dog seen for an emergency visit and no one in my area could see her. We drove the hour to HH and it was worth it! They were great and very reasonably priced.

Friendly caring staff. They filled our dogs prescription after another vet refused. Our 10 year old black lab was in pain from her arthritis and walking on the beach. They clearly care for animals and not just making money. Thank you so much for helping us.

Great veterinary clinic wonderful receptionist and a great doctor/vet. Pretty cheap not overcharged or anything everything went fast and simple and my puppy is doing much better. And keep in mind they are not an animal hospital so I don't think they do walk-ins they a r e a appointment clinic.

They killed my dog. Left there for boarding came back to a dead dog. Was wrote an aweful email from the owner and Vet about how it was all my fault. They shoved unproven vaccines on to my elderly for profit! Then didn't offer any help and threatened to sue...stay away! This is a predatory vet preying off of vacationers

In and out! Great experience. The only clinic around me willing to fit us in as a new client in just a couple days. No other vets would see my dog for weeks. Now I will be a lifelong client so long as we live on Hilton Head Island! Thanks again

When we moved to Bluffton almost three years ago, we found Hilton Head Veterinary Clinic. My 12 year old Cavalier King Charles had already been diagnosed with a heart murmur and I did not have high hopes that he was going to have much quality time left. But he got better care from Doctor Dixon and his team than we ever got in the DC Metro area and Max had a great quality of life for that time. Last Friday, we just knew something was wrong and were able to see Dr. Dixon the same day. He was very helpful in talking about Max's condition and analyzing the options. Though he told me clearly and compassionately what was happening, I wasn't ready to accept it. He didn't push or judge me. On Sunday, when I had to face reality, Dr. Dixon met us and helped us end the suffering. I will be grieving for a long time but I wanted to give Dr. Dixon a heartfelt thank you and sincerest gratitude. If you have a beloved animal, you are both in the best hands with Dr. Dixon.

Mrs. Waddy and Honey had a super first time experience. Young lady's at the front were very nice and professional.

You get 3 stars because at least I could understand the person that answered the phone and she wasn't rude. HOWEVER this vet ALSO does not work with online pharmacies.

Remember this morning when I walked into your offices first thing and ask you to see my dog cause it was an emergency? And you said that your earliest apt was at 11am. I told you my dog wasn't feeling right and was not breathing right, you still didnt want to see him, and said you were not an emergency vet, and referred me to the one in Savannah. My dog died 10 mins after. Maybe just maybe you could have made an exception, and my dog would still be alive, idk. But thanks for your compassion and empathy. I called another vet, and they took me in immediately, unfortunately it was too late. Thank you ladies at the front desk this morning.

We called Dr. Hunt on a Saturday at 4:00, he stayed until 6:00 to see our sweet dog that was really sick. Dr. Hunt wasn’t even Our veterinarian and helped us when we had to make that difficult decision. He was very compassionate During this difficult time. I would highly recommend this group to take care of any pet. Thank you again Dr. Hunt .

Doctor Dixon is very knowledgeable and compassionate. And our dog loves going there!

I took my dog, Boo, for a rabies shot and nail clipping in Fall 2016. I gave my debit card to the receptionist, but he proved to be inept. 3.5 years later, I get a harassing call from a collections agency saying I had an overdue account with HHVC. Not once did I receive anything in the mail or a phone call to tell me about this unpaid bill. Not only was the payment an issue, but the vet assured me that my Boo would not go blind despite cloudy eyes from cataracts. He went blind about 2 months after this appointment. I do not recommend this clinic.

While vacationing on Hilton Head, the sad time came when it was necessary to say goodbye to our beloved Cattle Dog. We feel so fortunate to have connected with Dr Dixon whose professionalism, experience and compassion could not have been surpassed at this difficult time.

They watched our 3 week old kitten for us for a very reasonable rate. When we got her home she was exhausted so we could tell they played with her, which made us happy. We wouldn't have been able to go on an excursion if it wasn't for their services.

Take my dogs here annually for boarding during our summer vacation. They receive their check ups at that time and seem to have a great time. When i pick them up they are of course happy, but interact well with the staff. Also use this clinic for all emergency needs for pets. They always make time to see the dogs. Great place at both Bluffton and Hilton head locations.

I recieved a dog from a women who is friends with jenna. I have been working with her for over year she has been clearly abused and hit I would not go here
