Dr. Mark Guilloud is an outstanding, caring person. I cannot say enough good things about him. He did so much to help us through our little Peaches fight. He went out of his way, more than once, to make sure our dog was getting the very best care possible. When it was time for our little dog to give up her fight, he was so very kind and said and did everything possible to make her last moments easier for us and her. Dr. Mark is the best.

Took my dog in for a visit. Was told he needed and antibiotic and anti inflammatory. Tech walked in with 2 scripts. I asked a question about the antibiotic And she went to check for an answer. Comes back and says they accidentally filled two different pain meds. Had I not asked a question about the antibiotic I would have walked out with two pain meds for my 11 lb dog and most likely would have overdosed my dog, possibly killing him! Will never return! I get mistakes are made but when I talked to the Vet about it she acts like they caught it before I left! I was the one who caught it! Not them!

AMC Low County Shorts Landing always accommodates our needs! Our puppies, Zeke and Lexi have lots of allergies and skin problems, and I'm so thankful for Saturday morning Cytopoint appointments and follow up visits. Both of our dogs love the staff there -- so gentle and caring. They truly make our family feel loved.

Hands down the best Vet Clinic in Beaufort! The staff are amazing and the nurses/vet techs/vets genuinely care about your pets. Our doggos got very sick from a boarding facility and Animal Medical Center-Lowcountry swiftly took action to get my fur babies healthy. The staff made sure that I understood how to administer the meds and checked in everyday to check in on my fur babies! If you want your animals taken care of, loved and checked on this is the place to go!

Animal Medical Center has taken such great care of our sweet kitties. Recently we had an issue with our oldest baby and they made absolutely certain we understood the issue and how to administer the meds before we left, and also called to check on our cat every few days. They truly care about their patients, and we couldn’t ask for better care for our fur babies! ????????????

I have been Taking my 2 Havanese there for over 10 years . The staff at their Shorts Landing location have been very professional, knowledgeable , and understanding. I am VERY satisfied with everyone there. Best animal clinic and hospital in the Low Country!

I thank them for seeing my dog and I during an emergency. The vet, who was leaving,, actually waited for us to get to the office to see my poor pup. They r great. I would recommend them to everyone, and I have. Thank you all.

Wonderful people in here! So grateful for their help and love of my fur babies when I'm in the Lowcountry.

I have brought my dog to this location twice in the last year and both visits were great! They are very thoughtful and caring as well as do a great job explaining everything that is going on with your pet. Prices aren't bad either! They tend to take their work seriously and don't want to do any work that isn't necessary - my dog hates the vet, so we both appreciate that :)

The hardest part of owning a dog is saying goodbye. Dr. Guilloud made this painful experience as gentle as possible for us when we lost two beloved old dogs within a few months of each other. He even shed tears with us through the process. This gift will never be forgotten.

Honestly this is such a great place. They have taken so much care and concern with my furbabies and are always sweet and considerate. I've heard a couple people complain their prices are a little higher than other places but it's worth it for the one on one.

Drs. Guilloud and Wreden and their team are compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. They all make you and your pet(s) part of their family from day 1. Every patient is special and given the best care possible, i’ve relied on this outstanding group since 2001–there could be no finer!

Dr. Guilloud is awesome! He really takes the time to review everything about your pet and why certain treatments are safer than others. He even helped me jump start my truck as I was trying to leave! I can't say enough good things about this Vet and his staff!

The staff is always friendly and professional and my dog gets great care. They also remember your name and your pet’s name and they are caring and gentle with your pet.

I am giving Dr. Guilloud and his staff 5 stars. My 15 old dog woke up and could not walk. They had me come in immediately and she saw Dr. Guilloud as soon as we arrived. Becky spent 3 nights in their facility on an IV. When we picked Becky up she was able to walk and she was happy. I cannot thank the doctors and the staff at The Animal Medical Center enough for the amazing care Becky received.
