They are amazing. They found out what was going on with my dog Todo and they gave him medicine to help him.

Love this place! Vets, techs, and office folks are top notch. I trust them 1000% with our fur babies.

I used to love Dogwood. I defended them when EVERYONE else was telling me how awful they are.. well, they were right. TERRIBLE attitudes and overcharging for unnecessary tests/meds waiting hours after your appointment time to get seen and ESPECIALLY the "I don't care" attitudes lost them a loyal customer that's been going there for YEARS ! They proved today that they could care less.. The receptionist/vet tech was more worried about trying to argue over me than listening. Since they remodeled the business and Dr. Shawnee plus all the older vet techs/receptionist left the clinic it has REALLY went downhill! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time!! Rude, Condescending and Arrogant. No follow up call about this experience from anyone in charge.

Cut my dog's nails and did a great job

Took my doggo here when he was sick. Got me in the same day and he is a happy little man again!

Fast and friendly staff, they treated my dog so well and she loved being there. Her itch has already subsided and she looks so happy.

Will never go there again.took my cat there, as I could not get into my vet.urinary issue, they took a urine sample, gave him a rabies shot, which I did not get a certificate for, and did a sonagram. Purchased meds for three days, they said they would call the next day about the results of the urine test.NEVER received a call and when I finally called back the second day after, they just told me to take him to blue pearl....no explanation, nothing....ended up taking him to my vet on Sat.after 3 days of him suffering, and got real help for him.ay a fraction of the cost....your indifference was appalling.do not take your cat there ever....they are AWFUL.

This is probably my 10th vet in the last 12 years. Hands down the best when it comes to care, pricing, handling of my animals, and promptness with scheduling. Sometimes they get a little behind, but with the amount of money you’ll save, the wait is well worth it. Thank you so much for what you do Dogwood.

I hope my kitty is getting better it's been a tough road for the kitty but hopefully she's in good hands now

Great clinic with a heart for all animals.

My 16 year old daughter (who is as sweet as can be) wanted the responsibility of taking her own dog to the vet. The started off by making her wait outside in the hot sun in July for over 45 minutes. Then they took advantage of her and talked her into an 80$ test she didn’t need that come back inconclusive, imagine that. Then the receptionist made a joke about her debit card not having any money on it, how her choice of dog food was bad, and made a comment about not liking the owner of another vet place. I will never EVER go back to this place or recommend anyone to go to this unprofessional snobby people. I called 15 times in a row while my daughter was there to find out what was going on and they wouldn’t pick up the phone and then when I called my daughter the vet tech said umm. She can talk to the doctor and walked out. We won’t ever go back. And you won’t find my name because I wasn’t the one who came you should take a class on responding to google reviews because that is not professional either. My daughter called me crying several times from the lack of professionalism from this place.

I love this vet. They have helped several of my animals. They are also very considerably the sweetest nurses and vets. They sent me a condolences card for my 20 year old dog when we got him put down. They are also very decent with prices ❤❤

The vet saw us for about a minute...ok. Then left the tech in the room with me putting together an estimate. The entire conversation was about up selling medical procedures because...I got home, thought about it rubbing me the wrong way. IMHO

I used to take all my pets to Dogwood but last time the bill was too much . They just check the ears , test and send some medicines and it was $260.00 + , they also charged $9.99 because I paid with credit card.

I did not post a negative review. Simply just a 3 star for my first visit. My 2nd visit was a great experience. My kitty is spayed and doing well. So this time i give 5 stars.

The ladies were helpful and friendly, my pets were taken care of on time but the bills are little pricey.

WONDERFUL PEOPLE WORK HERE! I WAS IN TOWN VISITING WITH FAMILY DUE TO MY FATHERS PASSING AND MY STEPMOMS DOG REALLY NEEDED TO BE SEEN. THESE LADIES WERE SO COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING, TREATED LUCY (MY MOTHERS DOG) INTO THEIR LUNCH TIME AND GAVE US SOME RELIEF. IM THANKFUL TO THE GOOD LADIES AND DR THERE! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! <3

My cats get there annual shots here. Exam rooms are quiet, relaxing with classical music and pheromone candles or sprays if needed. I love that I'm allowed in the exam room and the staff has always been wonderful with suggestions and caring for each animals unique needs. Highly recommend.

I had my girl dog spayed here. Very convenient, very good care and they called the next day to check on her. I'm thinking of changing to my regular vet. Update 10/2020. I did change to my regular vet for my girl & boy. Very satisfied.
