Took my 2 dogs to be groomed,gave the staff detailed instructions on what I wanted done. Well to say disappointed is an understatement, was told next time to have them cut shorter....next time won't be here for sure

Grooming can’t do their job apparently. Scheduled an apt for my dog, was informed her shots were not up to date. No problem, go get her shots & reschedule. On the day we got her shots I brought in the paperwork since I needed to grab some treats & dog food. Staff apparently didn’t enter it correctly staff claimed “it was checked with no date” and turned me away for my groom. I didn’t make the mistake, they did but yet my dog was not able to be groomed.

Assuming the manager, yelled across the store to the associate who was assisting me, to come to the front. The associate leaves me standing there. As I walk out, the manager tells her she needs to ring someone up. What...? Rude . And I will take my business to Petsmart.

Grooming says they open at 9, but when you go to the store at 10:20, they have nobody in grooming. The employee says they get to make their own hours based on appointment schedules. Even though they have it for walk in on nail file/trim.

Did a good, fair priced groom for my rough collie and I got a coupon..$5 I think, for an item purchased that day AND a $10 off grooming coupon to share with a friend.

Dog food here is a bit expensive but they have a good selection. They did a good job grooming our dog.

Lazy rude workers who tried to lie about return system and their internet being down before they finally caved and let me exchange a item I bought here that broke within a month. Cashiers are always sitting around doing nothing and are very disrespectful.

Adorable kittens ! Nice food , great toys, beautiful fish, although the workers could make an effort to say “welcome to petsense” or at least ask if you need help..I have been looking for cats everywhere here they have the cutest cats! Five stars from me!

Very helpful staff, always so kind and involved. They truly love animals at this location. This is the only place we take our pup for her grooming and buy the products she needs.

Attempted small talk for what I’m assuming was the manager to look over at her co worker and say “I’m never asking for a number again” because I listed several of my animals names vocally. Way to go petsense staff!
