Our dog loves it! My only complaint is staff being late, or not updating website to know when they will be closed. Showed up a couple times, and no staff was there.

They are great with my pet, she gets her nails trimed by gail. They are friendly, and i got her shaved.. They also have day care for your pet

Very nice and safe place to go on vacation and your baby gets a vacation to !!!

We have been using Gypsie Paws for a few years now and I always feel comfortable with the type of care my pups receive. All the staff is loving and caring toward Charlie and Bailey. I can tell they love it here because they are always excited upon arriving. Not only have we used the day care but we have left both of them overnight as well with the peace of mind that they are being taken care of like family. Thanks Gypsie paws for creating a great space for our fur babies.

The staff is sweet they took good care of my Missy with the exception of the bath not so good with grooming and yes I would use them again

My dog stayed for 2 nights and came home with an eye infection, an ear infection and multiple hot spots (which he has never had before). Staff was friendly just did not expect this many issues.

Here's the thing, I have used this company a few times before never really had a great experience. This time though was something else. My dog upon entering the facility saw an employee and immediately ran away in fear (red flag number 1). We hadn't done an overnight stay in awhile, and we needed to update his vaccines in their system. They didn't ask for any paperwork when we got there, and just let our dog go in (red flag number 2). Upon returning for our dog not only could the employee not handle the dog but our dog ran to us away from the employee as if he were going to be abused by the employee (red flag number 3). Finally we returned home and our dog is very sick with some extreme diarrhea and has been up all night (red flag number 4) If 4 red flags aren't enough idk what is #saveyourdog

I have a large dog with separation anxiety. He can’t be crated as he chews out and if left alone he destroys the house. My vet recommended trying a daycare. Per Reviews I chose this place. I explained to them his issues and they didn’t have a problem. The place is clean and two of the staff members were very friendly. He went 3 times and seemed ok so I decided to try an overnighter. Again I reminded the girl of his behaviors and said I better get a run not a crate he’ll destroy it. Unfortunately he got out, the girl said he was sitting on top of his “CRATE” when they came in and wasn’t aloud overnight but daycare was fine. I understood fully. Saturday we drop off, knowing they had a do it yourself bath I asked my daughter to see if we could bath him at pick up? He hates baths, we have to tie him up and hold him while bathing is never ask anyone to do it for us. I get back at 5 the manager says oh he was bad can’t come back and she had told “them” to tell me that last time. I apologized feeling horrible for his being bad asked “what did he do , was he crated? She said”I don’t know? I was a little rattled on that answer but continued talking of his issues and again apologizing. I again asked what did he do was he crated? She Again sais “I don’t know? 5 people were working that day and I was not able to see why he was bad but not able to come back. I later see I was charged more than the usual day play fee so I call the Mgr she said “Well he got a bath and that’s why he was bad!“ Why wasn’t she able to tell me that sat?i said I didn’t request a bath? Well he got a bath she said? But I did not request one so she mumbles and sais come in she will credit me. 15 min later she calls back sais her employee said my daughter asked us to bath him. I said no she did not. Then she sais well we charge full boarding on sat playday so obviously she had a problem with me coming in for a credit she said I could get and then decided to throw out other charges . The place is clean but their is terrible communication and with a rude unprofessional manager that is not in control and doesn’t know what’s going on in the facility I’ll renig on my previous good reviews to family,friends and my vet for when they need their pets watched.

Brought my friends dog for the weekend she was so excited to be there.

This is a great place for day play or bording your dog.

They took great care of my dog! I had to go out of town for a week, my dog needs special food prep and loves to run and play in the water. They went over and above to make sure she got what she needed. She was happy to see me but wanted to stay, that tells me they are truly loving and kind. So happy to have a trusted local kennel in charming midtown Gainesville. ????

Whenever we have to go away Gypsy Paws has been our go to. MS. GAIL and her staff are great. They are kind and caring and our Pepper just loves them. We have no worries when he's there we know that he's being well taken care of.

Great place to board your dogs. Thank you for taking such great care of Gizmo. The prices are reasonable and we will be back!

Well, you order at counter, help yourself to drinks, and then they tried to deliver food to us four times that wasn't ours. My sil got her food after most of us were finished. We think they gave her food to someone else. Sorry but we won't be going back.

Gypsy Paws employees LOVE my dog!! They make him feel good about himself, and he always has so much fun! They also make me feel great about leaving him there. Whether a quick play date, a last minute overnight board, or a longer stay during family vacation Bentley (dog) and I give this place 10 paws up!!

Terrible experience with staff my dog will NEVER go back. When a client ask you if you received their pets records and you say "I think so" it makes them wonder how many other animals records you"think" you have. Not a good first impression

The staff treats my dog like one of their own. They are always friendly and accommodating. Icouldn't ask for a better place to take my pup!

I've been using this place for years now. My dogs are always happy (and tired) when they come home! Also really like their new location!

My brought his dog here 3x a week for 3 yrs and that's a powerful recommendation for when I had to leave my dog for the first time.

Love Gypsy Paws. They have always taken the best care of our pups when we go on vacations. The staff are sweet to the animals and the outdoor play area is so great. I really appreciate that we have a doggie day care nearby where I feel confident living my critters!

Dogs should not be kept in runs with asphalt! This does not just irritate or make their paws sore. Tearing of the paw pad can occur which is very painful for the animal, and can lead to infections if not treated by a veterinarian. All runs should be grass, synthetic turf, or any other padded surface! Absolutely ridiculous!! Do yourself a favor and take your dog to a facility with the proper setup.

Terrible experience. My dog spent the weekend and now has to go to the vet because her pads are raw. She is limping and in pain. The place is a dump and apparently run by teenage girls. Will not go back ever!
