My pup went for a day camp and loved it. These people are extremely nice from start to finish. Lots of supplies to choose from as well.

We recently moved to the area, and we were searching for a quality daycare for our high energy pup. I am admittedly THAT crazy picky dog mom who has high standards and lots of questions. Our experience with daycare at Fido’s World was just…”eh.” Our pup was kept in a pretty small space with a bunch of other dogs with no room to run, a staff member screamed at the dogs right in front of us on our tour, there are no windows or sunlight, and the dogs didn’t go outside all day to my knowledge. The cameras are very low quality - it’s basically like viewing a slideshow of photos. It felt a bit dark gloomy and dirty there, and the staff member who gave us a tour seemed almost annoyed we were there. When I asked if it was possible to give our dog lunch while at daycare, she mentioned they could “pull him aside” to give him some food and release him back into the play area… this was a red flag to me because dogs need to have a small rest to digest their food before exercising, or they can suffer bloat which is potentially fatal. Also, the dogs were mysteriously off camera for at least the last hour and a half of the day. If you’re looking for a daycare with high quality standards that is clean, kind, spacious, offers outdoor access, room to run, high quality cameras, and more, I highly recommend PetSuites Braselton (in Buford) instead!

My 3 pitbulls were boarded here for 6 days and my girls seem to be healthy, happy and well taken care of. I will be using they're services again

I am just going to find the best place for my kids to have a great time and they have suites with TV so you can see your family is have fun it's clean a true spa for pets

Very disappointed in grooming when my poodle arrives home her ears full of hair as well as a dirty face. I ask about&was told PH BALANCE, okay I thought maybe to trim it off or shave it Wasn't touched. A $72 groom that includes a$12 tip. Still gotta go to the groomer for the ears.i won't be getting her grooming there again.The place in general is fantastic,, I feel ripped off and totally unappreciated as a customer.

I love how friendly the staff is and how they treat my dogs, but both times we have used the kennel services, we have had health problems afterwards. In December, we left our 3 dogs for four days. When we picked them up, all 3 had a bad case of bronchitis requiring antibiotics, and our pattie mix had torn his toenail off his right foot, requiring x-rays and pain meds to the tune of $250. A week ago, we left them again, thinking maybe it was winter and that's why they were sick. Our pattie again is sick with a cough and he ripped his dew claw off the same foot. Our little dog also has horrible diarrhea, but this could be stress induced. I don't know what is going behind the scenes, but I think I might pay more for the vet to kennel them next time since I'm spending money there to treat them anyways.

We board our pets here every time we go on vacation. The dogs just love the all day playtime in the doggie play rooms every day. Keeps their mind off of us. The cat gets his own little kitty condo which is larger than the average vet kennel and has some interactive play time included. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here for a five paws experience!

The front desk was extremely rude when asking her questions I’m sorry I worry about my dog to ask many questions I want to feel good about leaving him while being out of town !!! So please get better people with better attitude!!!!

I have been a customer of Fido's World for a while. We used Scot Rucker to train our dog there, and I was happy with his service. I am not happy with Fido's World and won't be using them going forward. The bottom line is they are not honest. I have been using them for day care for my dog. Lately, however, they have been doing a really poor job of communicating. I understand that dogs don't always get along and have to be segregated. But it isn't worth $25 to have them lock the dog in a kennel for a day. I can do that at home for free. What I expect is that they will be honest that there is a problem. Instead they avoid saying anything in an effort to keep collecting money from me. When I told them that I was disappointed to be hearing that my dog doesn't do well in daycare they claimed that they had made me aware on numerous occasions that there was a problem. That simply isn't true. If you don't expect honesty from them you will do fine with Fido's World. But honesty and communication are not their strong suits.

It’s such a great feeling to know I can send my sweet girl to day care or board her here and she’ll be safe, play hard and have fun. The staff love my girl & take great care of her. I check on her on the web cams and it’s common to see staff playing with her & other dogs, hugging & sitting with her. The facility is clean, & the staff is friendly to humans & loves the pups here. I tell everyone how happy I am to have Fido’s World in our community!

We have boarded our Great Dane at Fido's World several times over the past year, and every time our Dog is healthy and clean upon pick-up and the staff exceeds our expectations. The Fido's World Groomer does a fantastic job with our giant dog's nails! An added bonus of Fido's world is the seamless integration with Rucker's Dog Training School. Their Board and Train and Board and Review options are an incredible value and, in our own experience, has resulted in a well mannered and responsive pup. The facility is immaculately clean every time we drop by well maintained.

Called Fido's World to discuss having a deshedding bath & mud. Made an appointment and dropped my white German Shepherd female off at 8am, filled out the paperwork, provided the vaccine record and verified what was to be done with the front desk clerk. I received a call that she was ready 3 hours later. When I arrived to pick her up they brought her out from wherever. The first thing I did was reach down and grab her hair just under her tail. I pulled out a huge handful of hair and was told that she probably picked it up from the sides of the crate. Really? I thought this must be a filthy place. I paid the $50 and did not receive any receipt of the work done. I asked for a receipt but was told that most people don't want a receipt. I wanted at least the credit card receipt since I wasn't going to get an itemized receipt. I was told that only the bather person keeps that info. I asked for a copy of it and was told that couldn't be provided. I just wanted it so I can ask for the same bath & mud on my next appointment. I then asked to make several appointments going forward and was told that they could not do that. I was to call in just before I wanted her next bath. Really? It's been several days now since her deshedding service and she continues to shed as if nothing was done. Did she really get a bath? Wondering now. This business was very rude and unprofessional. I will not be back and will share my story. I was not able to identify any owners or management to report my unpleasant dealings with this business. Buyer Beware!!!

This place has a wonderful, helpful staff that will help you as soon as you walk in. The place is not a superstore though, it's MUCH smaller than you think, most of the space is used for their training classes. Pets are obviously welcome, but there is a cafe/bar (?) In the facility where your dog is not permitted. You have the ability to wash your dog in there for $15. If you'd like to go to the little dog park (that I've never seen a dog in), make sure you bring paperwork on your dog, and (I'm not too sure on this) I believe they must have attended the Rucker training program. The items in the shop are PRICY, so be prepared. I don't know, I think I'd rather go through Amazon. My opinion though.

Excellent place to take your dog to be trained or to attend classes with your dog. Lots of other services as well. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and Scott is the best!!

Great place for pets. My pup is being trained by Rucker Training who uses this facility. Fido's has great products and services for pets and owners. Great service and employees. I'll be boarding with them soon and I'll update after.
