I am so grateful to have found this vet. I have brought in my dog Murphy several times over the last few months for a myriad of issues. I have always been treated with such kindness, and felt everyone I talked to was knowledgeable. I have never been guilted into any decisions, and they have been quick to tell me when they feel a procedure is unnecessary. Murphy loves it here, and I can tell he gets loved on when they take him back. Highly recommend.

Great staff who love what they do and treat my pets as if they were their own

We just had our first visit to Duluth Animal Hospital and we loved them! They were very professional and friendly-Brittany and Candace were helpful and kind. Dr. Holson was knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions about caring for our pup. I highly recommend them!

Simply the Best! I feel so fortunate that I found Duluth animal hospital and Dr Niagara. My cat is not easy to deal with and Dr Niagara found a way to get the test that she needed. She and the rest of the staff are kind, caring, compassionate, and above all very competent. It's so obvious that Dr Niagara loves what she does as does the rest of the staff. I never write reviews, but I needed to share my experience with this place. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I was charged an additional fee when getting my pup fixed a few months ago (they removed additional teeth from her mouth without informing me about the process/why she needed them removed or the additional fees. My dog now has an underbite, which is fine, but she never had it before the surgery. I had to dispute the charge, that they fought me on and were extremely rude about. Months later, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made a another check up appointment for my dog. As I arrive, the front desk asked me to bring my pup to the front (in 35 degree weather). I wait outside as the front desk is watching me. I then decided to wait in my car since it was warmer and as I called the front desk to let her know, she couldn’t recall who I was or what I was there for after just speaking with her on the phone and as she was watching me wait outside. I cancelled the appointed after waiting for 20 minutes. Very unorganized and difficult place to work with. I don’t trust my pup in their hands anymore and don’t think anyone else should either.

Very good clinic with friendly and responsible staff.

Our dog got acl surgery here and he’s 3 weeks out, so far so good. The vet calls me back anytime I have a question, very easy to get a hold of.

These people are the best they take very good care of Scrappy. And when it's an emergency they work him in I love them all

Staff is very nice and treated my dog super well. I took her in on Friday for a Wellness exam and bloodwork, and I got the results over the weekend, so they are also very fast! They also have recommendations on pet insurances. trainers, etc. Very nice team they have!

They know how to take care of your lovely pets here. I've been coming here for the past three years and I always feel at ease when I have to leave my beautiful baby with them. Definitely recommend taking your babies here if you live nearby ????

The entire staff cares about you and your pets! I've moved away from Duluth to Flowery Branch, but bring my fur babies back to this practice.

I had just adopted my puppy and had been referred to Duluth Animal Hospital and I am so happy that I was. They took such great care of my very scared baby. Plus they didn't try to up sell me on anything. Even though I live 20 miles away and drive pass several other Vets on my there, we will certainly be back.

Dr. Miller and his staff are so very caring and compassionate! My husband and I live in Tennessee. Our dog needed surgery to remove a mast cell tumor with a complete tail amputation, however, our regular vet said that we couldn't get her in for 10 weeks! Dr. Miller was willing to read over the report and results and got our dog in right away! He made sure we understood every step of the procedure and never felt bothered by the many questions and phone calls! We are forever grateful!

We have two Labradors and this office has treated them since they were 13 weeks old. I find the office admin staff to be friendly and professional. The medical room staff are very good with your pet and the Doctors very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Called several times to give previous vet information. After 15 minute hold, I get a click and dial tone. I call back and on hold for 10 more minutes. When someone finally answers, I am told my appointment has been cancelled because I haven't contacted them. The person I talked with stated "we don't hang up on people." "We have other appointment times on different days". I took time off work for this appointment, i am VERY busy and my time is valuable to me. The fact that it was implied that I was lying is unprofessional and should be addressed.

Duluth Animal Hospital have a wonderfully friendly staff that show great care for our pets. We have been going to them for many years now and I can't say enough good things about them. Dr Holson is a wonderful veterinarian and does a wonderful job explaining everything to us and never fails to follow up if needed. You can't go wrong using Duluth Animal Hospital for your pets needs.

They were especially accommodating to my schedule and needs and very prompt, courteous and gentle with my cats. My cats are indoor cats and rarely go anywhere so this was stressful for them. They seem to have been very comfortable and happy when i picked them up and minimally stressed considering.

I love them!!! I have been to a few vets and have never been so satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Niagro is the best! The facility has state of the art equipment and my dogs get the best of care!

They always treat me and my fur baby like family. They are patient with me and always answer my questions.

Staff was patient enough to understand the concerns of my dog, provided good information & excellent service. Recommended 100%. I went for my 8 week puppy and I was amazed by the care they provided.

This is hands down the best place to take your loved ones. They treat your pet with gentle love and care. Very caring staff and beautiful building. Know your pet is safe and well taken care of by going to Duluth Animal Hospital. I was referred my Melissa the tech there she was very knowledgeable and sweet.

I have worked with Dr. Miller in the past and he is an excellent veterinarian. Duluth Animal Hospital staff is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. Very happy with them.

Great experience, took great care of our little man!!

Made an appointment in late May 2021 for my dog. The day before the appointment they emailed me a consent form to sign saying they would be taking my dog from the car and I could not enter the vet’s office due to COVID restrictions. All treatment would be done without me, and I could only speak to the vet on the phone. That is just not an option for my dog, so I had to cancel the appointment, leaving my dog in discomfort until I could get an appointment at another vet. They should have told me when I made the appointment over the phone that I could not enter with my pet. I would have had time to schedule elsewhere (all other clinics in the area allow owners in with their pets now) and my dog would not have been without treatment and medication for 5 days. This was an unacceptable oversight.

Dr. Miller is wonderful. We are grateful to have his wisdom when it comes to our puppies. (They are six years old but will always be our pups) He has helped to get to the cause of digestive issues and other problems as they came up. He truly cares.
