Nice people really do what they can for your pets

We were told to drop our dogs off in the morning even though they weren't seen until late afternoon. It's stressful enough on pets going to the vet but even more so when they have to listen to other animals all day being seen and in distress. We would have liked to been there, even if just in the waiting room.

I'm sad to say I wouldn't know, I called fifteen times during work hours and could not get a response , I left a message and didn't get a return call. So right now I'll say one star because I have no knowledge of their Veterinary services.

We would like to say THANK YOU to the entire staff. Your office has never waivered from “Mending God’s Creatures.” We were always met with a smiling face and a warm heart. Whether it was Dr. Jim telling me a story about his Aunt’s boxer that had a charge account for ice cream, Dr. Michelle Hightower calling me after hours to check on Duke, or Dr Peggy’s care and compassion on Duke’s final day. Duke truly loved going to the vet. Every time we would grab his leash, he would get excited and sprint to the door. We appreciate everything that you do for all of your patients. Thank You!

My experience with Smalleys has always been great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have 2 dogs and I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Certain select employees not being responsible for keeping place secure so youre pet won't escape never to be found again,incident happened with our cat that was brought in this mourning only to let loose into the streets not to be found again,was intending on getting our cat fixed only to find out we no longer have our cat during to negligence on smalleys staff that were irresponsible, incident occurred on 06-17-21,me and my wife look at our pets like family!!

Jim Hobby owns, i do believe and you want find anyone better to help your animal or pet. I had to put my grandmother's down the week it says I went and he explained everything to me through a very difficult time but I would recommend him anytime and take this time to Thank Him! Thanks Jim!

Amazing doctors and staff! We moved to Europe with our cats and Dr Michelle guided us through the process and was there for all our questions and issues. Always very friendly. Thanks so much!

Great Dr. He takes care of all my Dogs

I had a dog that got hit that I love very much he was a big rottweiler Knicks and broke his back I care you mean they immediately took x-rays and we had to put it down unfortunately but I felt like I wasn't overcharged and I felt like they treated him with dignity and I like the staff

I don't know why pet owners would go anywhere else. It is great. Never hidden costs. Great people and I always feel good about leaving my 16 year old dog with them. And they have a lot to do with that.

Smalley's is a great place for your pet to get the best care. The doctors here are thorough and care about the animals. I have had experience with 3 of the veterinarians and they all do a great job. I appreciate the help that they offer and at a reasonable cost
