I boarded my dog with The Village Pets over Christmas and I was so happy with it. Richard was responsive, professional and you can tell he and his staff care deeply about all of the animals. My dog left happy and healthy so I will definitely be using the Village Pets for all of my boarding, grooming and daycare needs.

Village pets is amazing! They made me feel so at ease leaving my dog there! I got pictures and even a follow up phone call just to make sure he was doing good! I will definitely be using them in the future without hesitation.

Boarded my two senior cats here over the Christmas holiday. One cat is diabetic and requires an insulin injection twice a day. The other cat is scared of everything. They provided pictures and video of their stay. The cat that's usually scared felt comfortable to come out and walk around. When I brought them home they were great. Both cats were social and comfortable. When I've boarded them at the vet in the past, they would always hide when they got home. After boarding them with Village Pets, they didn't skip a beat when they got home and they acted like their normal selves. It gives me so much peace of mind to know my babies were well taken care of. I would recommend them for pet sitting to anyone and I will be using them again.

The Village Pets took care of my 3 kitties for 10 days and transported them from Decatur GA to Dartmouth MA. They made life during my move so much easier for me and the cats as well. And I received daily updates about how they were doing. I whole heartedly recommend Richard and Courtney's wonderful services!

He watched my gecko for me, after saying he had never boarded a gecko before. He learned everything he needed to do to keep him safe and asked lots of questions. Every day he sent me pictures (posted below) and texts to update me on how my gecko was doing. He was also willing to work with me when my flight changed and I needed to pick him up early. No complaints here!

Our dog walker was great-our dog can get a little nervous around strangers, but he did great with her. Will definitely work with them again

Laura is amazing! We have 4 kitties and 2 dogs that she has watched at our home for us. The daily pictures and videos that she sends kept me at ease to know that our pets were receiving a lot of attention and love while we were out of town. The pups enjoyed the walks and play time that they received. The kitties loved her attention too!

Our pup, Oskar, was timid around other dogs & we were concerned how well he'd do at a doggy daycare. Richard was very accommodating & ensured that Oskar was slowly introduced to the other dogs over a course of several visits so he didn’t feel overwhelmed. We were really impressed & it made us comfortable leaving him there. He’s a changed pup now & will actually approach other dogs. The taxi service is extraordinarily convenient as well. At first Oskar was really nervous about getting in the taxi but after about 3-4 times, he quickly decided it was a taxi to take him to fun & he started jumping right in to the van! We love watching the videos & photos posted (& trying to spot Oskar barking away at the others)…the animals are all so funny & you can tell that the team really loves & cares for animals. Village Pets came highly recommended by a friend & I highly recommend them the same!

I strongly, strongly, strongly recommend these folks. I have small animals (rats) that just needed someone to stop by and say hello once a day. Village pets had a person stop by twice and the rats had someone to play with. It was amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about Richard and the village pets. We have been regularly using his services for boarding our two cats and one dog for two years now. I love the daily updates, pictures, videos and the stories on social media. Our dog is super happy whenever he realizes we are going to Richard. Cats can be difficult being boarded but they feel like being in their second home. For cat boarding, they get a separate room and only interact with Richard's pets if desired by the owner. What makes Richard really stand out: He is a vet tech and can tell you when something is wrong. I hope you never get a call while being on vacation about your pet being sick. We got that call in April and thanks to Richard's attention, expertise and care, our cat Mistletoe (senior, FIV+ and other health issues) got to the vet in time and got the help she needed. She ultimately could not fight FIV and related issues anymore but thanks to Richard and his prompt actions, we had the chance to come back early and had two more days with our little girl. There is no one else I would trust with the care of our pets more than Richard and his team.

We've used The Village Pets for overnight dog sitting many times. The sitters have been very professional, attentive and accommodating, especially when dealing with our difficult Vizsla.

Maddie was a great cat sitter for us when we went out of town this summer. She was very professional and attentive to the needs of our two cats. While we were gone, she sent generous updates with photos! I was so happy to find The Village Pets, and plan to stick with them for future trips!

We have left Atlanta and I miss The Village Pets as I cannot find the level of peace of mind I had with this group - and the owner who is amazing. Very fast response, attentive and would also have wonderfully trained employees stay at your home. I highly recommend The Village Pets.

The Village Pets are amazing!

We have been utilizing the boarding and daycare services of The Village Pets since we got our dog in 2015. She has separation anxiety but practically bounds with excitement when she shows up for boarding. All the staff are very professional, reliable, and treat our pup like their own. Communication is clear and easy. Booking online is great and makes things simple. We love seeing all the pics and videos while we are away; it’s so comforting to know she’s safe and happy. She loves playing outside all day and having lots of space to run around with the other dogs. Highly recommend!

The Village Pets has been taking care of our golden doodle since he was a puppy—6 years. Richard takes great care with all the animals he cares for and when we go out of town, Bailey is always excited to visit. Richard also send pictures almost every day. We've used The Village Pets (TVP) for over five years. Our two pups LOVE Richard and all his staff.
