the office staff was able to assist me and were able to accommodate me in and were very professional with handling any issues I had. My dog had fun there as well.

The staff are very friendly! We bring our dog here so much & they know her by name & they love her! Hey take good care of her for daycare & when we board her overnight too! I highly recommend them!

This place is very fantastic. They do great with the dogs. Teddy always gets the best desheds there making him come home nice and fluffy clean!!! Brie is my favorite worker an is always so helpful❤️.

Beware: My poor dog has been mauled/attacked by another dog/dogs and taken to the hospital/vet twice in the past four months while staying at Unleashed. She was attacked again yesterday, and can barely stand or walk, and is in a great deal of pain today. Both of her legs were torn up - one required stitches. This comes on top of the incident three months ago while at Unleashed whereby she received a puncture wound to her torso and stitches in her leg at that time. She is a very friendly, non-aggressive, beagle and yet this has happened not once, but twice since the start of 2021. After the first attack, we were assured that measures would be taken to ensure it wouldn't happen again and yet...it happened again. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first time...accidents happen...dogs will be dogs, but now this place cannot be trusted to keep my beloved pet safe while within its confines. I am unsure how they separate larger and smaller dogs or more aggressive dogs from less aggressive dogs - apparently not too well considering our unfortunate fate. We won’t be going back ever again.

My 2 dogs love going to Unleashed. They come home happy and.they are just as excited to go to Unleashed and see Brie and all of the doggy friends. If they are due for grooming or a bath they come home looking and smelling amazing. I can even get their shots through unleashed. We all love Unleashed!!

I love working at Unleahed. Everyone loves the animals so much likes there own!!! The staff is amazing an so great to work with! Our customers are the sweetest! I couldn’t ask to work at a better place. This is the most wonderful doggy daycare! All of our dogs absolutely love Unleahsed they know as soon as they get there and they get so excited.

The employees here are great and really care. Unfortunately, one of our dogs passed away this year and they sent us a nice package to express there sympathy and always ask how how other dog is handling it

This place is beyond amazing. I cannot recommend enough. My dogs have been coming here for a few years and they continue to exceed every expectation I have. Anita is seriously one of the most amazing, kind, compassionate and caring persons I have ever met. She and the owner have gone above and beyond for my anxiety riddled pup. I live 45+ minutes away and will drive here every single time. I wish I could bring my dogs to daycare every single day just to support this business. They will never understand just how much they have helped us! Side note! Their groomer is top notch! I LOVE the way my dogs smell when they come home. A++ for everyone at this facility. You all are incredible. ????

Helpful and friendly staff. my dog seems to enjoy herself at daycare and is always excited when I arrive! I do recommend this place for daycare. Only drawback is they don't have webcams to see your dog or have a report card system like other dog daycares. Otherwise it would be a 5 star

Safe and fun environment for your dog

We've been going to unleashed for a long time and never had any problems before. We've groomed with a full service and boarded a few times. I'll say the only good thing now is the girl in the front who is usually very friendly and knows how things work around the place UNLIKE the owner. Our troubles started when the groomer we used to have quit and we were told we could get our dog groomed with the owner instead. We always ask for a full shave (leave the tail tip) but it seemed our dog would come back with an unshaved face or nails never clipped or something not done right. We weren't picky so we didn't say anything FOR A WHILE. We are told couple times "oh it wasn't a good day for her" so we didn't think much of it. We finally couldn't take it when our dog literally could not walk because her nails were too long and when we asked them, they said she would not let them touch her nails. Literally first time hearing this...We go in the other day and finally confront them about what's going on just trying to find out why our dog isn't getting the full service we paid for. We are told our dog is not letting the groomer cut her which is understandable we were just voicing we were upset that we were never told this before. Everything is about to be situated WHEN THE GROOMER or someone who identified herself as the owner came out. She literally lied to us saying she groomed out dog from the beginning (not the case at all) and then proceeded to tell us that our dog will bite/break skin, basically tell us she's like a vicious animal. We tell her we really want just communication so we can figure out what to do with her nails then instead of trying to brush it off like everything is okay and why we should have to pay in full for shampoo and a partial cut. She says we are paying for HER LIABILITY and that we will be charged in full moving forward. Whatttt? We tell her we might have to look into another place if they can't service our dog, and she says "Next time tell the place that your dog is agressive" We know our dog and so we ALWAYS tell every place that she doesn't like grooming and is sensitive and can be agressive. ALWAYS. She just likes to cover her own A** and is combative. I say if she doesn't understand customer service, she should really just stay inside. Lastly, we are told we can either take it as is OR put her on a sedative. She said she didn't recommend it before because it wasn't that bad (but our dog is vicious and breaks skin. makes sense). This place is going downhill. We used to not be able to get an appointment for weeks but now we can do next day. We don't want to take our dog where the owner obviously doesn't understand how to take care of animals. That is part of your job by the way maybe learn something.

We have been taking our dog, Max, here for over 2 years and he absolutely loves it. The staff is friendly and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Unleashed to everyone.

I love taking my boxer, Sammi, to daycare. I know that she is well taken care of. The owner is awesome - and her staff is awesome. They are very friendly and they do CARE. Sorry I can't name all of the girls up front - Anita, Kayla and Brittany - you all are the Greatest and do such an amazing job. All of the staff in the back - you all are the BEST as well. you all take such care of my little girl - Thank you for everything! I would not go anywhere else - you all are my 2nd family and Sammi's too. Sammi's Happy, I am Happy! :)

Boarded my dog here a few months ago and he came home stressed out and absolutely stunk of urine. Even with the bath he got. I took him elsewhere for our last out of town trip and noticed a dramatic difference in his mental state and cleanliness. Originally thought maybe it was just him, now I know it's not.
