Everybody is very professional and caring. There was so much care and support when we agonized over putting our dear Jake to sleep. Thank you for that.

This was our go to veterinary hospital until we moved to Florida. We would drive 25 miles to take our dog there as the facility was so nice and clean and the staff was wonderful.

I don’t recommend this place for emergencies. Brought in my cat who had a shattered paw. They just wrapped it when it actually needed amputation upon going to another vet. Our cat has been in excruciating pain with his paw wrapped up. They also said they were too busy to fit us in because of the amount of dental appointments, which seems more urgent? A broken leg or dental?

Staff was caring and Vet took time to explain treatment and choices Exceeded expectations.

We just transferred here from out of town and so far I've been very impressed with the staff here. They are so sweet and very detailed. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet

Very rude, not professional service.. I had appointment, but because of traffic i was 10 min late. On my way I called and ask if it's OK, the answer was ,,, yes, sure, no problems, 10 min is not big deal. After I arrived, another girl took me and my pet to observation room and told me to wait. I spent 30 min there waiting after what she finally came in and told to take my cat and go home because they took another customer. I was shocked. Its so rude and unprofessional. nobody apologized.

The staff and Doctors are caring and compassionate animal lovers. Highly recommended.

They take care of our dog really well. If say it's expensive but every vet clinic around her it's, so can't complain. As long as my dog loves coming here we have no problem. Doctors are great, technicians are really nice.

Doctors and Staff are lovely to and professional. Easy to schedule and they answer every question.

Seen my pet twice in the last two years, the only issue we had are a few skin irritation spots, otherwise healthy dog. Did not provide any effective care for the skin irritation issue. Did otherwise dispense basic care, shots basically. We happen to find out via a boarding place we use that otomax cream is effective for our dog, Vickery Animal Hospital refused to write the prescription over phone, because they haven seen my dog this year. Obviously focus is on revenue over care.

We have taken 6 pets to Vickery over the past 12 or so years. We have never been disappointed or walked away with a negative thought about how the appointment went and how sweet everyone was. We have been truly pleased everytime. They are very tender and loving with our dogs and cats. They are not overpriced either. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

We had yet to establish a relationship with a vet for our cat CeeCee. She had taken ownership of us about 2 months prior to our visit. She was a stray cat and we were not sure if she was going to stay with us or not. Well she did and we absolutely love this sweet cat. She was in a fight we believe with another cat a couple of days ago. We called Vickery animal hospital and they fit us in for the next morning. I was so grateful because we were a new client and I wasn’t sure if they would be able to take her. They were amazing and I know she was well taken care of. They even called the next day to check on her. We have found our vet!!!

Everything was great from start to finish. The staff and Dr. Woods were all wonderful, and you can tell that they genuinely care about the animals that they treat. Highly recommend them!

We transferred here after a bad experience with another vet. They are reasonably priced, kind, knowledgeable and patient when you ask questions, even if you ask over and over. They've taken good care of our babies.

I (and my cat!) am a new patient. Excellent doctor and personnel. Extremely clean and does not smell at all of pets or cleansers. The calmest vet environment I have ever experienced. I highly recommend.

Vickery Animal Hospital is a very positive , professional and clean clinic, reasonably priced. They will answer ALL my questions, even if I repeat them. I feel very comfortable and confident from the care she has received I KNOW our pet is being VERY WELL taken care of. Thank you.

We have brought our 3 fur babies here since moving to Cumming and we couldn't be happier. From the front staff to Dr Woods. Very compassionate and thorough. You will always get a follow up call the next day no matter what your visit was for the prior day. Highly recommend.

They are nice but not good doctor. She didn’t do a proper exam so could not find out what was wrong. After almost $200 she sent me home with 2 medications. Next day I took my pet to another vet who actually found the issues and prescribed the proper medications.

They take very good care of my dogs and I appreciate their professionalism. I would highly recommend this veterinary service to anyone.

I have been a pet owner my whole life and by far this is the nicest place I've ever been to. When they say they treat your pet like there own they do. The whole staff is worthy of the 5 stars. I highly recommend all pet owners. Sherri

The staff is wonderful - very helpful and happy to assist. They've been great for our two big dogs!

Update- missed removing a stitch from surgery resulting in 6 months of misdiagnosed infections & another surgery here where the stitch was missed again.... I finally had to go to an out of state speciality center for emergency surgery and have a chunk of my dogs bladder removed. Disgusted
