My little Riley was not eating and I became very concerned. SAH scheduled a same-day appointment (very considerate). The assistant was very kind, picked Riley up for curbside service. The bill was a little more than I expected, but the details of the service and treatments were clear. Once we got Riley home, I followed the vets orders and applied meds to her food. She ate a little better. Hoping we continue to see improvement. As a dog mom of 2, I'll return to SAH, as customer service means a lot to me!

We tried other facilities and he hated from the time we walked in it was like he was telling us that something wasn't right by the excessive barking directly at me. We have been going to SweetApple about 6months now with several weeks long stays, vaccinations and other issues -- our dog loves them. They are very friendly and caring and doc is thorough with his examinations. Although for us as retirees; it is a little expensive, we know it's valid and worth every dime. Clean, friendly service with a smile. A++++++

The staff here is always so professional, friendly, especially when dealing with our rowdy angry pup. Will always be returning here for Buddy :)

So the staff was friendly, but the doctor was a little brusque. Facility was clean, but a little dated.

TLC for your pets. Came here after my dog was attacked by a neighbor's dog and they were caring and compassionate as they fixed her up. They called to follow up and took care of some ongoing issues during a subsequent appointment. Not a fancy place, but efficient, competent care in a down to earth and friendly environment.

I personally did not have the best experience here, to the benefit of the doubt, possibly just an off day for the staff. First I’d like to address the good before the bad; I made an appointment the same day and was seen for an exam on my new rescue. I felt like their prices were fair for both the medication and exam, a little pricer than other places but only by a few bucks. The facility is clean and nicely setup, the staff is also kind and personable. As for the bad, I went a couple of days after being seen here to another vet clinic recommended by a friend and had a completely different experience which is what I’m comparing mine from here to. I had 3 major issues; first I personally felt like my dog wasn’t in the best care or around people who had the best in mind for her. The vet we saw seemed to be in a routine and very absent. Secondly I don’t feel like my questions were answered, specifically I couldn’t get direct answers. It was either a shoulder shrug kind of response of maybes or it’s up to you answers. Which I understand some questions need that answer, especially when we can’t just ask a dog what’s wrong, however that was not the kind of questions I was asking and I personally believe that goes back to the first issue. Lastly the over recommendations of “add-ons” was a bit too obvious for me. Some might be helpful to others but by the end of our appointment it was just too much selling not enough care. Again, this is all based on what I personally experienced and feel compared to the secondary visit I had at another clinic.

DO NOT TRUST THESE UNEDUCATED AND UNSKILLED PEOPLE WITH YOUR PETS, my pet who was perfectly healthy ended up dying under the care of these people. The workers don’t know anything and won’t be able to answer any of your questions and they all act and look unprofessional. I’m shocked this place is still open

**READ** I believe the bad reviews are from a competing vet I left a bad review for a few weeks ago, NOTICE how all they all popped up after my initial review of the other place!!! After a horrible experience with East Roswell Vet (it was an emergency in another part of town,) I am so grateful to have Sweet Animal Hospital care for my dog Geo! We rescued him from the humane society downtown and Sweet Apple works with the rescue! We have consistently gone back, love the vets and the staff!

I boarded my Jac Russell here for a few days while away. I thought I would give a local place a try instead of the larger chains. Big mistake! When my BF picked up the dogs, the staff mentioned that he had been squinting but he went right in his travel crate and my BF didn't think too much of it. When I got home, I immediately noticed something wrong with my dog's eyes. He wouldn't open them and they looked sunken in. This isn't "squinting". I called them and they told me to flush his eyes with water and let them know how he was. I did that and woke up the next day to no improvements. I was horrified and I called to let them know. They said well, there is no vet here today but we can see him tomorrow! I debated on taking him to the emergency vet but frankly I didn't want to end up in a law suit over the cost. My poor little guy suffered through another day of red & irritated eyes. I had never seen anything like it. When they finally saw him, I feel as if they were genuinely surprised at how bad his eyes were. How long had he been that way with no one contacting me or providing him medical attention? They called it "squinting". A gross misrepresentation of what was actually going on. He was diagnosed with an eye irritation with unknown origin. That's right. They couldn't provide me with ONE plausible explanation for his condition. They said they don't use harsh chemicals. They said it could have been the bath. Did they bath him with lye? Did they spray something in his face because he was barking too much? I will never know and I am absolutely SICK over it. The worst part is...no apology. And the lady at the front desk made a big show of having to zero out the bill for them to check him. As if I'm really there to get something for free. I just spent $300 to board my dogs there and you can't even bother to see he needed medical attention. STAY AWAY! SEE MY PHOTOS UNDER THE TAB

The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. They're willing to answer any and all questions. My pets, one husky and a ragdoll car, don't even mind coming here for yearlys, or when they injure themselves from being a little wild, lol. I highly recommend then for your pets needs

As a longtime pet owner, I can safely state that Sweetapple Animal Hospital is one of the best experiences that I've had. Dr. Frazier has an excellent treatment manner, and takes time to make sure that the exam is thorough and that any questions or concerns are answered. They take time to provide caring and informative service. The staff is friendly and efficient. We recently relocated to the area, and feel fortinate to have found this Veterinary practice. Highly recommended!

Way too over priced. I don’t mind paying extra if I’m getting good, quality care, but I was not getting that either! The technician that came into the room had no clue what she was doing. Could not answer any of my questions or give me any relevant answers then almost dropped my dog. When my dog came back into the room he smelled like smoke. Seemed like the doctor only cared about seeing how much money they could make. I’ve been to this place once but will never come back.
