I’m giving this place a 2 although the grooming was a 5. I was treated so rudely & horribly by a woman who works there. First of all I misunderstood the drop off time (this was my first time and absolutely last time here). I originally had to reschedule a previous appt. because my husband and I were both home sick with fevers, so when I called to reschedule I misunderstood, I thought it was by 11:30, I did get a call asking where I was although I was a little confused since I thought I was on time. I soon found out it was actually 11:00. Upon arrival I was rudely berated by one of the workers (owners?). I apologized profusely (many times) and explained the misunderstanding but evidently it wasn’t good enough. I have always tried to support small businesses but if this is the way customers get treated there are other small businesses that would treat a customer with respect rather than literally demeaning them. I really wished I hadn’t misunderstood the time, needless to say my good mood & holiday spirit was dashed. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love how my babies, Olaf and Gus look. They are beautiful to begin but there are no word to describe how they look now. Highly recommend Vanity Fur to all fur baby parents!

I am VERY pleased with Tracey’s services. Very clean cut and he came home with a thanksgiving theme bandanna with a Christmas ornament, very creative and thoughtful with treating her clients. Her work space is very clean, organized and peaceful. She is trustworthy and her communication is very good. She was so helpful with explaining my options and is understanding. I will definitely be taking Toby back again! She did a phenomenal job with Toby! He did not have a good experience with his last groomer BUT he absolutely loved his experience with Tracey. Thank you for your business. ????

Sarah was great! Very happy customer :) most groomers were booked 2 weeks out but Sarah was able to fit our pup in at a moments notice. Great customer service and communication! Our pup also look great!

Cannot recommend Tracey enough! My new cat, Jack, is 18 years old and needed a grooming. Tracey took such good care of him and was so gentle. I was able to stay with Jack the entire grooming too which made me feel good. If you’re looking for someone who cares about your animal like you do then look no further.

I had a very wonderful first experience and impression this evening with Tracey today with my grandfathers cat. The groom took about 30 minutes, and she made sure to work with what made him happy, especially with his age and size. He was matted pretty bad and she made sure to be very easy with him while removing the problem areas to assure he was comfortable. They have separate grooming rooms for cats and dogs which made the experience 100% better for Shadow. This is a company that really focuses on proper customer service and a great environment for the animals they work with and we will definitely be coming back to her for future grooms, I definitely recommend giving Vanity Fur a chance to see if it works for your fur baby!

Tracey was amazing! Got me in so quickly to help groom my mom’s cat. Mom has dementia a d her sweet kitty calms her down. Tracey was so helpful, understanding and mindful of time to help minimize any stress on my mom being away from her cat. Tracey even helped show my some tricks of the trade to prevent matting in the future. Mom was thrilled when her sweet cat returned home all groomed, shiny, smelling like cucumber mon and having a little pink lace accessory! Highly recommend! We will use Tracey for all our pet needs!

I had contacted Vanity Fur to take care of our poor kitty Nitro. We adopted him from the Humane Society and he was matted so badly. We were instantly contacted and she worked with our many schedule changes. :) Nitro is a much happier kitty and we will be definitely using Vanity Fur Pet Parlor in the future for his grooming. Thank you guys soooooo much!!

Rocky is our first dog, so were looking for a good and close by place to take him to get his first groom. The outcome was wonderful! Tracy was helpful and knowledgeable about our yorkie! He looked so cute and fluffy! Smelled so good! ???? 10/10 would recommend! Definitely taking him back again!!

Tried Vanity Fur for the first time last weekend and we could not be happier with the service we received. We have an extremely high energy Standard Schnauzer that HATES being groomed. The past three groomers we tried gave up on him because of his anxiety. Tracey did a wonderful job with our boy! Not only did he look wonderful when I picked him up but he was also completely calm and relaxed, which never happens! It was clear to me that Tracey is a true professional that takes pride in her work. We will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

So glad to reconnect with Tracey and learn she was grooming again. Have known her for many years and my dog always got excited when I said her name as Grooming was not a frightful experience and she loved Tracey. Just had her groom my 2 new fur babies and they looked Show Ready! Can't reccomended her service high enough.

An amazing groomer! I brought my long hair persian cat and she did an amazing job on his lion cut. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure your cat is comfortable. I would recommend anyone getting their cat groomed here!

I googled for a new groomer and found “the one”! Tracey at Vanity Fur knows what she is doing. She listened to what I wanted for my Goldendoodle, Pita. Apparently they got along very well. I will be returning and highly recommend you try it out and you’ll agree Vanity Fur Pet Parlor will be the one for you too!

Best grooming our puppy has ever had!

Tracy just groomed my golden doodle. She is a very nervous dog when it comes to grooming and Tracy did a wonderful job with her! Def felt safe leaving my baby with her.
