The technicians and other staff members are upbeat & positive. They go over the Veterinarian's comments verbally and provide you with the notes reiterating all those comments again. I really like the way they carry out their procedures; the way they take care of our animals.

Dr. McElroy is a phenomenal doctor. She's taken care of four or five of our pets. Always professional. Always great personality. Highly recommended

I love the Dr and Staff there. They have been taking care of my Chocolate Lab mix since I got her and though my little Yorkie mix hasn't needed anything yet I had their records moved from another vet back to Pet Med because of the service and care.

I do not have enough praises and good words to describe Dr. McElroy and her team. We’ve been going to Pet Med Plus for over 8 years now. Even though we moved over an hour away we still drive to see Dr. McElroy because she is simply the best. She is caring, spends quality time with you explaining your pets situation and always has a smile on her face. And her team is equally as wonderful. If you’re looking for a vet that will genuinely care for your fur babies, then Pet Med Plus is for you.

Extremely disappointed at the lack of information received from the staff. I called to inquire about boarding our Cookie and informed not one but two of the staff members that Cookie had a heart condition and required medication every 12 hours. The young lady that I'd spoken with said that's not a problem and all I needed to do was bring Cookie in for a trial board. I brought him in and picked him up as well as brought in all medical records and shot records and the guy at the front made copies and stated that everything was good to go. An hour into dropping Cookie off while on the road I receive an email from the doctor informing me that from now on I would need to board Cookie at his veterinarian due to his heart condition. I immediately responded to the email followed up with a phone call. The vet informed me that the staff was suppose to get clearance from her in which they didn't and informed her that both staff members were informed of Cookies condition as I informed everyone including his groomer of his ailment. I told her they dropped the ball and that I did my part and had I know I would have NEVER brought Cookie there. The guy that made copies of Cookies medical threw everything away except the immunization records absolutely ridiculous. I will never step foot in this place again. They are incompetent and untrustworthy.

Dr. McElroy has been taking care of my two cats for 10 years now and I've always been pleased with the care. I tend to lean towards holistic care, and Dr. McElroy actually listens to me, and always considers solutions she feels are in the best interest of my cats. The office staff is great to work with as well.

I will never go anywhere else. My dog is honestly excited when we get to the vet because they treat him so well. They always do a great job grooming him, and do a very thorough job on his checkups. Absolutely wonderful business.

Pet Med Plus is a practice run by a bright, caring Vet who goes the extra mile. She is supported by a consistent team of multi-disciplined professionals who it's clear enjoy working together. I became a client 8+ years ago when looking for boarding for our elderly cat with renal failure (I had been let down by Pets at Home) They have known our current Burmese since he was a kitten for care and regular boarding. I highly recommend the practice.

Dr. McElroy and her staff have treated three of my Aussies over a period of roughly 20 years, and we keep returning. Although sometimes busy (a plus despite the wait), that wait occurs because she spends as much time as necessary with every animal and its owner. *****

Pet Med Plus is the best! Dr McElroy is caring and takes as much time as each patient needs. Her approach is holistic in the sense that she is concerned with all aspect of our dogs from nutrition. preventing illness and injury to how the dogs interact with one another. I have never met such a warm and loving veterinarian.

There is a big beautiful cat hotel right up front with a big playroom. We were headed on vacation for a week and had to board our cats so one of the staff showed us the cat room and play area and told us our cats would get played with and have sunshine. Well, we found out at pickup that our cats had spent the entire vacation in small metal cages in a back room with no windows, no attention beside occasional dry food (not even the food we left them with). The front end employee seemed rather stressed out that day when we picked up our cats so I guess she decided to divulge the truth of what happens when you leave your animals there. Evidently the owner is too afraid of damaging the equipment in the front cat room she advertises with and the staff is too lazy to remember to take care of cats up there, so they get stuck in little cold metal cages stacked up in the same room they do surgery and take sick animals. The place looks nice but it’s a total scam, I’ll never leave my animals there again! That’s animal abuse and false advertising!

Dr. McElroy, Dusty and the rest of the staff at Pet Med Plus are amazing! They were patient, loving, and honest when it came time to care for my senior dog. Abby had a lot of health issues but I never felt like Dr. McElroy overmedicated her. We had complete trust and confidence with Dr. McElroy and the rest of her team. Dusty was also amazing-whenever we brought Abby in, Dusty showed her love as if she were her own. When it came time for Abby's passing, Dr. McElroy was very open and honest about what to expect. The whole team was very respectful and comforting during the whole process. I could not have asked for a more positive experience for my sweet Abby.

The best vet. I always know my pup is well taken care of here. He loves going. Whoever thought that would be a thing?!

Dr.Macleroy was amazing ! I bought a Groupon to try it out and I will definitely go back. She educated me on dog food and she took her time with us. She is very knowledgeable and she really showed me that she cares about our pets. Honestly the best experience at a Vet I’ve ever had.

Needing a new vet in 2012, I found a Groupon for Pet Med Plus. I researched reviews then decided to give them a try. I’ve had great experiences there with my big dog who’s a baby. Dr. McElroy and her staff always took their time and tried to make him feel comfortable. Dr. McElroy was always very thorough and showed she cared. She even spent time with me more than once right there in the office researching reasonably priced dog foods she felt comfortable recommending to me because I just can’t afford top of the line. I am just sad I moved too far to continue bringing my dog there.

As ALWAYS, Dr. McElroy and the entire staff treat my dog and me with dignity, honesty, compassion, and respect! Often times, people complain about how expensive Vet care is but for crying out loud...think what it takes to become a Veterinarian...same as medical school only not just one species! Taking care of your pet isn't like the old days. Be grateful that these technologies and treatments are available to give our beloved pets good quality of life.

We love PetMed Plus! They have great customer service and really love on the animals to help calm them down when they are there. Great pricing and I never feel taken advantage of or sold unnecessary services. We will continue to go to PetMed Plus and drive about 20 minutes to get there because we love it so much. We have other choices closer to home, but highly recommend this vet!

Pet Med is pet focused. My pet's health is their first concern. Service is friendly and attentive to my concerns. My pets have been coming here for 20 years and have enjoyed long health lives. I highly recommend Dr. McElroy and her staff.
